Ability to be able to redeem points for gift cards. I am not someone who orders anything other than gift cards. They are great to keep or give out as gifts.

The rewards are taxed by my employer, which I find odd, as the value of gift cards vs the amount being taxed is not equal. Also, my work anniversary is not advertised to anyone at my place of employment, like it is for other employees for their 1, 5, 10, 15, etc years.
