I do enjoy on the WorkHuman website that you can shop for physical items or gift cards Having the option between the two is nice. And you can choose to send items or gift cards to any email address or mailing address you want, so it is not always sent to the same place if you want to change that. It is also fun that they have a sale section, and that you can shop by your points range as well.
