It can be fun to send e-stars to people because they rarely expect it

When searching for a person to recognize it can be difficult to ascertain you have the correct person. The information doesn't always align with what's in Outlook, and if there are several people with the same first and last names you only have the address as a secondary thing to look at, which is not helpful.

Well this last time I printed out an e-gift card incorrectly and my points were deducted from my account but I couldn't use the e-card because I needed a account and pinn number on the sheet. where are my points?
