I enjoy how easy it is to use. It is very easy to recognize a team member, redeem my gift cards, view the different brands I can redeem a gift card for, etc. The platform is overall intuitive.
Nachteile
I think there can be more diversity in the types of businesses that you can redeem a gift card for. For example, more across food, fashion, health, and travel particularly would be great.

Having to select the specific recognition instance to "spend" while redeeming SHINE points is a bit counterintuitive. It would make more sense to simply deduct the appropriate amount of points.
