Honest thoughts
The program has been fairly easy to use. Although our company only uses the program to track service and repairs. Inventory tracking will be something that will be used in 2020.
Vorteile
Tracking of maintenance can easily be done. Gives a clear picture of what has been performed on each piece of equipment.
Nachteile
Batch meter readings take too long to enter as with a company with over 80 pieces of equipment entering them in twice a week takes time out of my day.

Our maintenance with FiiX
As we explained our maintenance capacity in terms of Quantity knowing and stabilization of Preventive maintenance done, so further next level improvement was planning accordingly
Maintenance quality was improved, since reports and data was supporting Root cause analysis og the issue, as well as repeated issues are reducing.
Overall experience wise, FiiX was very good for maintenance support, but need lot of improvement in graphical dash board

I like the numbers and KPIs, Which was giving our maintenance dimensions and capacity
Nachteile
Graphical presentation was very poor, the way numbers are showing it required proper graphical representation with few colours
While presenting monthly maintenance reviews with numbers and exisiing graphical images difficult to explain to management, if those are in graphical easy for presentation in less time

Potential for growth
Vorteile
We are still the implementation phase. We are getting good at the basic functions. I see a lot of opportunity for growth as our company grows. it will take us longer to grow into the capabilities of Fiix, than it will to grow out of them

I cannot honestly say what I like least about Fiix, because I'm still learning it's capabilities

Used with two diff companies and as always Excellent managment of everything
We will not miss anything important that we have entered in scheduled services. History of repairs PM and readings, Logging readings for service reminders.
Vorteile
Its detailed structure tying all task parts etc together.
The purchase reqs are great and tracking is excellent.
Nachteile
Trying to delete something like an asset but it has things associated. When I'm sure I want to delete something, would like the option to delete all associated with that item.
But not a huge issue

Good Product - Needs Time to Learn
All of our PMs and calibrations are managed through this as well as asset management. We couldn't do it without FIIX.
Vorteile
This product can get your inventory, purchasing, maintenance, repair, and management of assets all on the same page. Costs can be reported, maintenance & PM are managed and audited, and the architecture allows good naming of locations and tracking.
Nachteile
It is so capable that it really takes some time to understand how to set up all of the functions. Don't sell yourself short and just jump in - take the time to learn all of the features and how to use them to avoid a lot of setup mistakes.

Excellent system for electronic tracking of maintenance work orders
Vorteile
A web based program, allows me access anywhere that has an Internet connection. Access from the app on my phone is very handy to capture issues as they happen on the shop floor.

Great CMMS for the money! Easy to use.
It is very easy to schedule work for the guys as well as print the PM sheets out.

I like the scheduling of the PMs. You are able to customize every PM if necessary.

Whats not to like?
I was using Maintenance Assistant for a couple years until the computer it was on crashed and the data was lost. When my department expanded we found that it had transitioned to Fiix and bought in much to our satisfaction. We have been able to utilize it for greater labor efficiency and cost accuracy. Very pleased with the support.

Having to re log in after being unused for awhile, kinda small thing anyway.

gets the job done but just not totally satisfied... set up for inventory could be easier and rotation for the inventory could be made easier too...

The ease of use and set up made Fiix a great solution to help us manage our inventory and stock usage. We not only run our PM and asset management but also our consumable inventory. The team is quick to respond to our questions or need for a solution.

Benefits or using Fiix.
This system has allowed us to implement a spare parts inventory for the maintenance department as well as track maintenance performed on equipment and purchase parts against equipment. This only scratches the surface of what the program is capable of, but it is a great start for a company that had nothing prior for these functions.

Nachteile
That if you want to move an item from one storage location to another location you cannot erase the old storage location as all purchases, receipts and assignment to work orders are tied to the storage location and not just the asset number for the supplies.

Fiix at small specialty chemical company
Tracking work orders and repairs to individual equipment is the biggest benefit to the company. It would be good to track and export more information about the requestor so we can determine how often individuals are submitting work orders.
Vorteile
Fiix provides a good basic frame-work for work orders and equipment tracking. The software is not overly cluttered with less frequently used tools.
Nachteile
Requestor identification is missing from WO56 Work Order Administration screen. It should be self-populated with the requestor login name, with ability to change it to other requestors.

On our 4th year and I am our community get it done guy. It keeps us current on work orders.
Vorteile
Organization of residents work order request and we never drop the ball. We have tweaked it to set priorities to 3 maintenance people. Easy to research history on each unit and set exterior preventive maintenance which we are working on.

I haven't figured out my PM at this point but not my highest priority. I haven't been able to set up pm but fiix has sent me the info to do this.

Overall experience is very good.

Sending PO's and RFQ's to only one email address with no confirmation the email was sent. Making adjustments without knowing why the adjustment was made. (It would be nice for the user to leave a comment why an adjustment was made to inventory)

Fiix Feedback
Fiix was very easy to implement and is extremely easy to use. We used the customer support hot line often in the early stages of implementation and found it to be very helpful.

The ease of implementation. It only took a few weeks once we accumulated all of the necessary data.

The licensing structure. We would like as many people as possible to use the software but we must limit the users due to high cost of user licenses.

Fiix Is Awesome
Staying on top of all Work Orders coming in and Closed Work Orders. Also keeping up with Total Work Backlogs it's all on your Dashboard.
Vorteile
I like everything about Fiix, one of the most important things I like is how fast the Work Requests come in to the Dashboard and to your email.
Nachteile
There's nothing I didn't like about the software. Everything work amazing from open Work Orders to High Priority Work Orders.

Addition of a much needed CMMS system.
Vorteile
Simple to use and set up. I like the offsite versus on-site server feature, makes it easy to see whats going on remotely. I find the mobile app extremely useful for my self and the staff.

Nothing issues with the software so far, just wish I could get more people to use it. It makes my scheduling much easier.

Easy Preventive Maintenance Applications
The price its impossible to defeat, and its has many other features like Custom Reports, and WO Filters.

Its very easy to use and develop new PM and CM, Scheduled and On the Go Maintenance Work Orders, includes Logistics handling, and Work zones geographical set up.

The rollover values on some Counters still requires some work, in order to relate to a customer value NOT previously in the set up.

Perfect for us
Fiix has already improved our maintenance team. In just a few weeks we are already tracking how much time is being spent where, allowing us to become more efficient. I think in the long term this will allow us to focus more on preventative and predictive maintenance and spend far less time doing reactive repairs.
Vorteile
Fiix was easy to implement. Within 2 days of purchasing the software we were up and running with it. Of course it took a few weeks to work the bugs out, but that is all training related.
Nachteile
Fiix has so far been nearly perfect. Im sure we will find something to complain about, but we havent yet :)

Vorteile
The ability to see all of my work orders. I like that I can go through the quote process and easily select what product I need to add to the quotes.
Nachteile
The app I do not like. For me, I do everything on the website because the app is limited and do not trust it. My pay is directly linked to how I process the work orders and I can’t trust my pay with the app.

Nachteile
Mobile application maybe the least which could be better as sometimes information's are not appearing. Unless if it a lack of experience?

Great Way to Bring Maintenance into the 21st Century
Love the ability to computerize tasks and have a record of what is getting done. Makes life a lot simpler than the post it notes that most people hand you. We had it deployed to all computers and it has simplified everything.
Vorteile
Ability to use app and be notified of work orders on your phone.
Nachteile
Submitting a request from others it has a little more in depth input and seems daunting to those who are afraid to click on options, but it can be overcome with education and a quick in-service.

MACMMS Review
An excellent maintenance CMMS platform. The price is reasonable and the customer service are great. Easy to implement and so that simple that I set up our system migrated from another system with minimum effort and cost. Output parameters such as reports are flexible too and can be set up defends on company requirement.

Great Combination
We are now better able to capture our inventory levels of maintenance items for repairs and are able to track specific issues regarding individual machine assets and adjust levels accordingly. This also helps us capture particular issues with certain machines to address potential trouble spots and adjust our preventive maintenance program accordingly.
Vorteile
This software is very flexible allowing me to customize to my specific needs.
Nachteile
It can be a time consuming learning curve, but the awesome, in software help videos, are fantastic and are a great help.
