Simple to use, great for teams who want a CRM that integrates to Outlook
Vorteile
The software is simple to set up and use for a better experience within Outlook. It saves me the hassle of having to jump from Outlook to another CRM. Saves me time and keeps my productivity focused.
Nachteile
I tried to register from a free account to a paid account within the software and got an error. Am okay using the free version for now.

eWay CRM - the best Customer Relationship Management platform
Overall experience with eWay CRM is very good which makes a very positive impact for an organisation in boosting up their customer relations which eventually leads to business growth.

Amazing software, simple but so powerful
I tried another outlook CRM software and it was a nightmare and then I found eWay CRM and it's awesome. Synchronises in a very easy way with outlook without disrupting any of your previous contacts which is a mighty relief. The customer support is superb and I'm only using the free version at the moment, what it will be like when I starting a subscription I have no idea :) Great product which I would highly recommend

Impressed with eWay!
It's easy to use and I love that it sits in Outlook as opposed to being a separate system. It makes everything so simple and integrated and saves so much time, often a simple click gets the job done. Everything we hoped it would be. On a couple of occasions I've contacted support and they have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Vorteile
The direct integration with Outlook makes CRM seamless and saves lots of time working between 2 different systems.
Nachteile
Nothing negative so far. Outlook marginally takes a longer time to open.

Winner! eWay has developed a solid, intuitive and cost effective CRM.
We could go on and on about how much we like eWay CRM. A few points that sold us: embedded in Outlook so training is minimal, value, customization without the need to have a computer engineering degree, and OUTSTANDING customer service! Email the CEO, he will email you back personally.
For an American company, one need not worry about support. I am not sure the staff at eWay even sleep, because we get help in minutes most often regardless of what time it is.
This software could be customized for any business. We happen to be an engineering and manufacturing company that develop projects for years with massive amounts of email traffic and data to keep organized before a contract is ever executed. eWay has made this task much easier.
You want them to customize it for your business needs, just ask them. We suspect there is so much more eWay can do to make our lives easier but we have just got started.
FYI, we have used some of the big names CRM's in the past and grew tired of the app game, a whole new platform to learn, add on's for this and that. It was just to complicated and expensive. eWay just works and works well.

Nachteile
They need a Android and Apple app (I understand these are being developed). Folders for documents should be more Windows native, folders, sub folders, etc., in lieu of categories.
No way to customize reports.

The E-Way Technical staff have taken suggestions for individual improvrments or modifications and either incorporated them into the main program, or devised suitable local workarounds. Without Cost.

The fine tuned program works in our small business environment. The virtually immediate technical advice and guidance is highly valued, well informed and most importantly “Freely Provided” without additional charges to the user.

It's really good with a caveat

It is seamless in my Outlook! Excellent.
I can send individual emails to all my contacts without it looking like a autoresponder. Truly looks personalized, which it is!
Covers everything needed to maintain my client list and stay on top of what's happening.
The customer support is friendly and responsive.
Nachteile
It crashes. I wouldn't say a lot, but enough to where it impedes me at times. At least a reboot can fix it most of the time, but sometimes gotta use support. Like I said support is friendly and responsive, but the time to get responses is longer than desired when I have compaisgns I need to send.

Ideal solution for Outlook CRM
Vorteile
The customer service is excellent!
The convenience of using this within Outlook is so useful.
The best part is being able to send emails to a list of contacts as it's one to one mailing. There's no bulk mail issues at all since it's one to one. Excellent solution for that.
Nachteile
It has bugs fairly regularly. Not a ton, but enough to be inconvenient at times.

I like the connection between emails and cases, all is in the loop, even we don't use all features of the software. Sharing information across the team is crucial.
Nachteile
I would like use better the connectivity between cases and company details, because it is easier to fill all data when the opportunity starts then later. I'm sure there is a way how to do it , maybe just more practicing.

Overall, it works well for tracking purposes. There is quite a bit of freedom for customization, which works in our favour when we are a custom engineering firm.

Experience with Eway has been simply great. Probably the best Outlook based sales tracking...
Vorteile
I was looking for a simple, easy & seamless prospect tracking system within Outlook. E-way surprisingly adds so much more functionalities that some of them I haven't even started exploring yet as it more than meets my needs, out of the box.
Yet, its email marketing functionalities & campaign tracking are nothing short of awesome! Much more than what I asked for, Eway is a very powerful sales management tool & if used effectively, can simplify prospecting & convert of leads much easily.
Nachteile
Not any that I am aware of but I guess being vastly more capable than a simple sales tracking system almost places this on par with other, more expensive packages.
It would be useful to have a How To or Help button on the function panel.

The Ultimate Outlook Intergrated Experience
My Outlook inbox is empty for the first time in 20 years. Every single deal, project and task is organized and accounted for. Nothing is lost.
Vorteile
The product is right where it needs to be - in the middle of Outlook where so many of us manage out entire workflow, work day, and business processes. No other CRM or project tool integrates so seamlessly nor simplifies my day as Eway-CRM. It is not the richest in features, but because it is actually part of my Outlook experience (not just a lame plugin and sluggish sidebar, but added windows and content controls), ALL of my projects, tasks, deals, leads and daily activities across multiple companies are more organized and managed than they have ever been in my 30 year career.
Nachteile
Inconsistency in terms. Reporting is week. Custimization is clumsy. Not the best help docs, lacks a web portal that is apparently available for use as of yet. Documentation is overcome by strong sales and customer support- very responsive. Portal is almost unnecessary because because Outlook use is helpful. The mobile helps a lot as well.

Possibility to arrange sw to meet your demands is the most powerful attribute of product. Strong contact management if you are especcially in need of it.
Nachteile
We installed product on our own server following up installation instructions. Process was complicated and product was not working in the end. We had to contact technical support. They quickly responded, checked installation status and made it work. Some steps the support technician took were not described in installation documentation.Client installation is little bit more source demanding then alternative products.

We are very satisfied with the software
Vorteile
The big advantage is that the program runs in a familiar environment. This makes it easy to implement, employees are quick to orientate. It saves significantly implementation costs.
Nachteile
As the only problem I see the ability to work on one PC in one database only. This is a problem if you work in several companies.

Some delay in savings the information other than that everything is good.

Supervision of employee attendance and status of ongoing projects. Project management. Property database.
Nachteile
Usual users will not be able to use it without basic training. I have nothing else to write. It's a good system.
