Professional content anyone can create
I create short explainer videos that are put into eLearnings to describe a concept or process before showing the system steps. I also create standalone videos, again, typically as a training aid to explain a new system process or how-to.
Vorteile
I use the templates to get ideas and then customize it from there, or build my own off of an idea I see in a template. There are settings and props for almost every situation. As someone with very little video production and zero animation experience, this was very easy to learn.
Nachteile
Our business is manufacturing, and I’d like to see more characters in this type of setting without the safety vests or uniform.

Quick and powerful tools for professional content
We have smaller budgets now and can't afford to spend several thousands on video content as we used to. This is such a great solution for us. It also takes away the back and forth of creating something, as well as the time it would take to work with an outside vendor. Sure, we still need certain videos to be created professionally, but for the most part, this has met and exceeded our needs as a company.
Vorteile
I love that I don't need design experience to create a professional video in a matter of minutes. The features are so easy to use. And even if you don't have too much experience using Vyond, there are a lot of great tutorials and tips to get you started. You don't need to be a pro to whip up a great looking video for your content marketing and promotions.
Nachteile
Not much - You've made a lot of great improvements so I don't have much to say in terms of what I don't like.

Easy, professional and simply the best!
Vorteile
Makes professional animation videos in a fraction of the time with all its functionalities and templates. Voice overs with lip sync allows me to easily change dialogues into different languages without needing to re-create videos. Have tried many different softwares and couldn't find a better alternative. Don't waste money and time using other options. Vyond is worth the investment.
Nachteile
Wish there are other pricing plans that are more affordable.

Vyond-instructional videos that are actually fun as well as useful
We use a variety of software including screen captures and videos to avoid learning fatigue. Since the airline industry changes quickly and we have a large workforce, nimbleness in training development is important. Vyond allows me to storyboard, script and "record" a video in a few hours, and it looks great. That is a major win in my opinion.
Vorteile
I love the custom avatar feature, not just because i could make a cartoon of myself (although I did). We have thousands of employees (over 100K) and a lot of training videos. The training teams try to involve front-line employees in the process since peer to peer advice is usually well received. Many employees who are camera shy and would never want their image recorded absolutely love having an avatar with their own voice in an animated video.
Nachteile
I wish there was more diversity in the hair and clothing styles for all character types (Modern, Business and Whiteboard). It's difficult to show a diverse group that doesn't have at least one "twin".

Expensive for what it is
I liked Vyond and made some good videos - comedy sketch shows rather than corporate presentations. But the cost seems aimed at corporates rather than individual creatives.
Vorteile
I was able to create several videos using Vyond during my two month subscribtion - this without any prior experience.
Nachteile
The preview function hanged frequently - my internet connection not an issue.
There weren't enough actions that characters could perform.

New User Who Sees Huge Potential
Vorteile
I am a fairly new instructional designer and new Vyond user but I must say that I already love the product. Vyond is very popular in the industry and for obvious reasons. As a new user, I was able to jump in and start producing with the product without much difficulty. Like any new product, it did take a bit of playing around to get familiar with the platform, but the learning curve was not a huge one. I will use this tool to create engaging e-learning videos that effectively bring storytelling to life.
Nachteile
Wish the trial was. bit longer. Many other e-learning programs ( like Storyline) have much longer trial periods that allow me to play around and explore more before committing to purchasing the product. If you are working and have any kind of busy life, the trial period is over in the blink of an eye.

Great product. Super easy to use for quick turnaround projects.
It's not perfect for every project, but for the projects, Vyond is suited for the development time is cut drastically.
Vorteile
It's very intuitive. If you have little understanding of video design you can create something great. If you're more experienced with video development then you can create something with a lot of detail and movement in a fraction of the time you would create in Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Nachteile
While you can upload your own assets, you are limited to what they have available in their catalog. Also, if you a Premiere Pro or AE user you will find the product limiting if you're trying to make it work like those programs.

Vyond is the best!
Awesome experience! And it made me very popular at work. I have a personal account that I use for fun and side (paying) projects.
Vorteile
It's so easy to learn and use. It only takes a few weeks (1-2 months) to become an expert. It also supports creativity. I created a video using animated characters with actual pictures of my my home and office.
Nachteile
A little expensive and have to pay extra for the Contemporary characters.

My customers love the videos I create for them with Vyond. The video quality I am able to create with Vyond is excellent.
Vorteile
I really like the theme templates. They help me get ideas I hadn't thought of and are easy to edit. I also really like how I can continue a scene on the next slide. The copy function also is really useful.
Nachteile
I wish they had a package that was less expensive for people like me that does not use the software often. I also wish there was a way to put a badge or logo on a characters work shirt and hat.

I like the ease of the functionality to build a video. I like that you can customize avatars and add special effects to the various objects included in the tool.
Nachteile
When personalizing avatars it can become cumbersome unless it is user error and I am doing this wrong. I do not love the music selections and would like to see that catalogue expand.

Great video build system
Overall I like the tool and I use it for replacing plain classic ppts to make things more interesting. The feedback I received for my videos was very positive, so I'm happy I discovered vyond.
Vorteile
I liked the multiple templates, animations already available but also customisable, intuitive features, lots of options to use, build your own avatars etc. It's easy to use and if really want to dig into customization you have plenty of options.
Nachteile
I didn't find any cons. I found options for all my needs to build the video. I am not sure if it doesn't exist or I can't find it: maybe have a voice option to read a script instead of recording my own voice.

Really Happy with Vyond - Would Recommend
I used Vyond for a personal introduction video when starting a new job remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. It made for a highly effective, stand out output which was easy to share with colleagues and clients. It took more work and learning curve than I expected as someone with no prior video editing experience, but this effort was worthwhile for the end product I found myself having a much easier time when using it for additional videos. Result is so good I’m now being requested to involve Vyond on professional work projects.
Vorteile
End result for video was engaging and effective for virtual introduction purposes.

I found it challenging to learn how to implement character motion paths and time up audio with lip syncing.

Cool animated videos
I use it anytime I need a static image with cool backgrounds and characters, for creating videos, animated gifs, and comics.
Vorteile
This tool made it so easy to create animated videos with ready to use characters and backgrounds. I even created comics using vyond and it wasn't difficult at all.
Nachteile
This tool provides a lot of options, but you need to spend some time poking around and learning it all. The options are not right in front of you always.

VYOND is my way to go above and beyond
I cannot live without VYOND!
Vorteile
What I like most about creating VYOND videos is its unlimited potential to create scenario-based learning. With the ability to create our own characters, we could create a scene of Socrates talking to a modern-day freshman, if we so desired. Imagine what he would say!
Nachteile
It is a little expensive so I do not think I could justify purchasing it on my own for videos I make as a student in my doctoral program.

Vorteile
I really like how user friendly Vyond is, it was very easy to learn how to use it.
I also like how they provide webinars/training to help users learn how to use the platform as well as promote new features.

Engaging, fully adaptable animations in a breeze
Vyond animations and gifs help us to get across our messages for internal communications (Talent and HR topics), spice up our training courses and add some fun to our newsletters.
Vorteile
Vyond can be fully adapted to our brand: starting from colors, fonts, all the way to creating characters who look similar to our leadership team :) I also love that creating animations is very easy and doesn't require any ID skills.
Nachteile
When trying to mix corporate videos with Vyond's animation it becomes a bit tricky and requires more advanced skills to find the workarounds.

Great way to optimize story telling without GD background
I was incredibly happy with my experience and with the finished project.

I was able to jump right in and create a animation from scratch without assistance and minimal instruction.

It's now easy to make videos
Overall I enjoyed making videos in Vyond. It has been a great experience and enhances the learning experience even more. I'm really excited about creating videos for learning.
Vorteile
I am not very creative at creating beautiful training content, however, Vyond made it so easy for me to create a really awesome video. It has so many options to chose from, it's incredible. The feature I liked the most was the lips movements linked to the recording sound you use. It really makes it tailored to what you need.
Nachteile
I didn't like that some basic poses don't exist. However, what it does have is pretty much what you need.

No Animal Character Animations
As stated before, we have a heavy need for character animation, specifically a sloth. Vyond only has human animated characters/ narrators. I reached out to customer service and it was just a "no we don't do that" That's the model, cool... but I think revenue was lost because we are the type of client that would pay for a customization AND the company could use that as revenue generation/product enhancement features for customer retention/upgrades/etc.
Vorteile
It is easy and intuitive, drag to drop video software. It combines versatility without adobe complication.
Nachteile
We would use this product multiple times a day... but will not because we have a heavy need for character animation, specifically a sloth. Vyond only has human animated characters/ narrators. We would even pay for a customization, but that was not an option.

Pricey but worth it
The program is a new must have for any organization.
Vorteile
This software is excellent and easy to use to create engaging animated videos. The templates and characters are diverse and well thought out.
Nachteile
The text to speech voice overs that I have listened to sound robotic. Secondly, the timelines for animations and audio disappear off the bottom on the monitor and are difficult to scroll to see.

Lot's of features - still missing alpha channel and reverse animation
The fast production time helps a lot to transfer ideas to consumers and clients.

Vyond add constantly new assets to expand the Vyond universe. I really like the "template" and "character creation" - function which helps a lot to build fast unique animation videos.
Nachteile
I really miss the alpha channel for export. Overlapping and masking on each element as well as show reverse animation is still missing from my point of view.

The best part of Vyond is the templates that let you quickly create content. It allows a complete novice to create high-quality content without a lot of extra training.

Create a Video like a Pro
I am really satisfied with what Vyond can offer. Great animation and will enjoy creating a unique and personalized video.
Vorteile
I really like making videos. And when I first got the free trial in this software, I tried to explore and enjoy having the video. I love choosing animated character, customise the background. I am novice in creating videos and always amaze how others created one. I find it cute when I did it by myself when the character can sit, talk and walk. As an elementary teacher, it is useful for us to create stories that our students would love to.
Nachteile
Though this is a great app, it’s a bit pricey to avail. If you are full time video creator, then it would be worth it.

I would like to see more additions to the "Whiteboard" palate...seems like most of the innovation happens for the Contemporary or Business Friendly palates. My company has adopted the Whiteboard palate as it's brand standard and there doesn't seem to be many improvements/additions made to the palate.

Animation Made Easy
Vorteile
Okay over time of making animations, Vyond is a 21st century tools. The designing of characters, layout, plot is so simplified that even a novice can navigate his or her way around it.
And I love that even with slow internet connection I can still use Vyond it shows it was well cached. Vyond is simply amazing.
Nachteile
What I like least about Vyond is that uploading your work ot downloading takes time and most times you are not even sure it's working. So I think this feature can be improved and worked on for a better user experience.

Vyond Overview
Vorteile
Using Vyond is always a fun experience. The templates they've established spark my creativity and give me ideas to implement in my videos. They're always adding new features.
Nachteile
My two asks for Vyond would be to continue adding character actions in a wide range of motions (potentially without props to allow for more flexibility). I also think Vyond could incorporate more graphic styles; business friendly and contemporary are great, but there are many other illustrative styles that could help create more tones.

vyond is good online software for beginners animation video creator
Very easy for starters need a basic video knowledge to create a video in vyond. I personally recommend Vyond to new users for creating basic animation videos. There is a lot of things which can be improved.

it is easy for beginners to learn animation using vyond and start their career as a animation artist.
Nachteile
there is many limitations for video creators like you can't hold drinks etc while any character is in running position. character should be added more because every time using same few characters is boring.

Vyond makes for great training videos
Excellent. I've used Vyond to design various lessons where animation was a perfect fit as a replacement for live action.
Vorteile
Easy to use and fast to design scenarios. Able to create scenes with ease and showcase creative environments.

Limiting in how elaborate animations can be. Restricted to set animations.

Overall, a great tool for creating videos.

I enjoy the wide variety of animations that you can choose from within the tool to really decide the look and feel of your video.
Nachteile
The recording over a character for audio feature is difficult to use. It's also difficult to find certain items based on what you are searching for in the animation tool. Maybe more tags for items?

Overall, it has been a great product to use. It was my first product I used when I moved into my new role, and it was been good to me ever since! I only have the minor complaint of there not being more power with audio tracks and other creative transitions.
Vorteile
I love how easy it is to use, the support from Vyond, and how the platform has given us an added approach to E-Learning. I used to see the product as a finished product before I became a user, so I have always appreciated how it made training more fun. It is easy to teach others how to use as well.
Nachteile
I wish the application could run more like an Adobe editing software, where our audio is crisper, can import more fun transitions and slides into the video. Sort of an all in one application, instead of where I have to come in and plug in other material, or take a vyond video with characters and have to export it and take it elsewhere to finish the video.

Use this tool instead of hiring a videographer
I wish there were more options with the graphics. I feel like I can tell when a video was made with Vyond because all their designs are the same. Other than that, this is a major win for SMBs. Instead of having to hire someone to create videos, the platform is simple enough that anyone can build a video on it. So it definitely will save you money in the long run, especially if you only need a few videos. Videos is the best way to connect with customers, so it's becoming more of a necessity these days. It's worth the investment.

It does look very generic and I think it's easy to identify as a Vyond video.

It is the best animation tool. It is the best for non-graphics use who do not have any animation experience.

One of the easiest video maker with amazing animations
Easy enough to use, simple to use for 'animation'.
Vorteile
Easy to use, customizable characters and scenes, plenty of assets
Nachteile
not very easy to use callout boxes or to highlight certain sections, and all of the assets that are uploaded are together, you cannot separate the your uploaded assets to different projects, so sometimes if you want to reuse assets, you have to scroll very far below or re-upload the same assets multiple times, because you cannot find it.
