Staying away from your products
Had to quickly switch to another service due to the absurd price increase, resulting in many additional hours of work after being on your service for many years.
Vorteile
Easy to setup, easy to use, just worked for the most part
Nachteile
License pricing increase with no additional benefit, the account rep never responded to any of my follow ups about price matching prior to my legacy file backup license being done away with.

Easy to configure and decently priced
Overall a pleasant experience, easy to setup, restoration works, and it works well with Azure.
I wasn't pleased that I had to set up and then turn off AWS storage as it's the default when you first set up your account, but it wasn't too much of a hassle.
Vorteile
For the most part, configuration is easy.
The management console easily shows what jobs are current or behind.
Nachteile
I had difficulties setting up Azure storage management. (Auto movement from hot to cool storage.)

Cloudberry does everything I need it to.
Vorteile
Unlike many other backup solutions I've tried for home use, Cloudberry allows you to backup from more or less anywhere to more or less anywhere you want. Other products I've struggled with have typically hamstrung my backup ambitions by only offering local to cloud (usually with a limited selection of providers) only, or local to mapped drive location but not UNC path, or vice versa, or from network locations but not to them etc. etc. and I've ended up cobbling solutions together with symlinks, scripts, multiple tools etc. Cloudberry has made it easy for me to setup my preferred 1-2-3 scheme with a single tool offering all of the bells and whistles you'd want, including universal encryption, compression and more.
