Vonage Business Solutions easy to use
Vorteile
It is very easy to use, great voice quality and for the price it is very good. For my business is the best option at a good price.
Nachteile
Not a lot of features, technical support is poor. But because is so easy to navigate online it's not a big problem.

I would use again if these issues was fixed and a better explanation of how to organize your system dashboard.
Vorteile
Cost efficient, and phones are good grade. The person I dealt with was very informative and really easy to understand
Nachteile
With the Portal it is not at all first time user friendly. It was very difficult to understand how to setup your dashboard to work your system. When you tried to get any type of help was told to go to another department. I own a home business and the system had issue as it keep ringing after hours from a 101 or 100 number. This issue was never fixed.
