Limble Makes Work Life- SIMPLE!

Limble keeps things simple and makes your work life much easier. Everything you need is at the tip of your fingers with their mobile application as well.

Vorteile

Limble has so many features and has extensive free training available to teach you how to set things up for your facility.

Nachteile

Limble has left me with nothing to want for because it already hits all the high notes for me!

Easy to use and set up

I have been very happy with Limble and with Scott, my rep. He helped me get everything started and is available when I need him

Vorteile

I really like the ease of use with the various devices. The QR codes are being used regularly now and the learning curve is small. The customer support is great and my rep has been there throughout the learning process

Nachteile

There are more features than I know what to do with, but I am sure they are very helpful to those who use them

Limble Experience

Our experience with Limble has been great. I feel like the process went smoothly due to the support of our Customer Success Manager, Ciro Cuellar.

Vorteile

The pros would be the systems flexibility and our Customer Success Managers assistance with setup and issues.

Nachteile

It would be nice to see how others have set up their systems in a University setting. Examples would have probably been helpful for assisting with the initial set up.

Limble Review

My over all experience with limble would have to be great. It easy to understand just needs a little adjustments or more people to sign off on a task.

Vorteile

I like how easy it is to understand the checklist.

Nachteile

The confusion of the tasks that limble haves (It's in the works at the moment) but once everything is organized to each person correctly I don't believe they'll be anything I like least about limble.

Slow, Buggy, Unreliable, Tedious

I don't enjoy using it, especially for the price I'd rather just go back to using greasy pieces of paper. But I'm not the one who makes those decisions, I'm just the one who has to slog through trying to use Limble every day.

Vorteile

UI is mostly straightforward.
Communication through Limble between mechanics and drivers is generally smooth.
Desktop/web use is slightly better than the app.

Nachteile

Immense amount of wasted time logging back in and reloading work orders as Limble is constantly closing or reporting an error that requires refreshing. Also huge wasted time putting parts in a work order multiple times as they often don't save. Parts that are confirmed on a WO will sometimes not be taken from inventory. Parts search page is terrible, the part you're looking for will appear as you type in the number but the list resets itself before you can click on the part. Comments will often not save at all or save with words in different order than typed. Generally frustrating and feels tedious to use. Automatically playing a meme GIF after closing a WO/PM feels childish and patronizing, with the icing on the cake being an error message appearing when you press the button to turn it off.

Amazing System

I am familiar using other CMMS system however I highly recommend Limble to other companies. My overall experience of the system is that it is smooth to use with a vast amount possibilities. Moreover, it is easy to learn. It is always operational, in other words: reliable. There are scarcely any system shutdowns.

Vorteile

It is user friendly, and it has many capabilities in its feature. It also can integrate with other systems. The learning curve is really low as well.

Nachteile

The only con is that when a PM is extremely large it lags however, I provided this feedback to the product owners, and they said that they'll work on it.

Limble review by Deb

Good experience, rep [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful, checking in, giving us idea's and answering our questions. She has been great about getting us to use more tools, such as the PM's which we continue to add to. It's a work in progress for us and the crew using to tools.

Vorteile

Have a place where all tasks can be done, and viewed.

Nachteile

Every time you make a change to a work request it goes out and sends another email to people tied to the work request. Could have 3 edits to make and it will send 3 emails!!!! Should just have an edit button, when I'm done editing the work request, it would save it and then send out an email only after edits and a save.

Maintenance Management and Parts Inventory Software

Trying to implement a new program while performing regular day to day activities and without support of a team of workers has been slow going. However, as each functionality has been accessed and the system captures and summarizes new data on the dashboards; it is very satisfying to be able to assess performance, expenditures and the need for specific parts inventory.

Vorteile

The connectivity between tasks or work orders, parts inventory and the purchasing of parts for replacement of those used or new as required. The system easily allows tracking of operating costs, maintenance performance and stock level management. Capturing these costs and KPI's facilitates the preparation of one's business plan with ease.

Nachteile

Updates made in one location are not automatically uploaded in the alternate locations for your business. For instance, G/L assignments which get added to the existing list for the pack plant are not made available in the juice plant unless manually added here also. In our case departments like maintenance and parts inventory are shared over multiple locations and therefore these lists should not be distinct from each other.

Limble Review

Great. No complaints. I like the way Limble is constantly improving.

Limble checked all the boxes I had when shopping for software. Customer service is excellent.

Nachteile

Cost. In a perfect software design for me I would implement a unique numbering system for each asset and use the numbers to transfer assets via a transfer w/o along with drag and drop system.

Nachteile

Although the dashboards lack some functionality, they still provide essential insights and get the job done. AI integration would also be a welcome feature.

New CMMS Customer

Overall, we're happy with the software, and we were easily able to tailor it towards our needs. I'm sure we will underutilize the vast number of features available, but over time we hope t work up to the software's capabilities.

Vorteile

It was nice to find a software that anyone could use. Many other options tend to only "speak" maintenance or upper management, and usually are unable to bridge the gap. It was also very easy and straight forward to set up, and any assistance was covered in the weekly hands-on meetings or the vast tutorials available. We were easily up and running within a month and a half across the 10+ machines we set up for our initial rollout, with a plan to scale this further.

Nachteile

While I understand why the pricing structure is what it is, it would be nice to see the base license be more expensive, but more accommodating. While it's a consequence of our facility, requiring operators to have individual licenses to close out daily PM's seem a little much. This seems structured more for a maintenance team that performs every PM rather than splitting the work between operator and maintenance.

Solid CMMS- Lots of Potential and Knows its Lane

Very positive. Having a Limble contact directly assigned to your company is very helpful when onboarding and building out the system. [sensitive content hidden] (Customer Success Manager) is a great example of this- very willing to help solve problems and get down into the inner details of the system interactions to get you a reasonable answer. Limble's customer service team comes across very respectful and humble- they are willing to accept that some things in the system are not yet perfect and will tell you the truth when you are trying to make Limble do something it is not built to do. Overall great experience and I look forward to continue working with them to further build out my company's unique structure.

Vorteile

Limble's ease-of-use provides for easy start-up and explanation to new users. The system logic is relatively easy to understand and is great for what it is built to do: be the an amazing CMMS. It also excels as a company database/register for Vendors, parts, and company assets.

Nachteile

The system can get complicated quick as you go deeper- one needs to have the end in mind when building out the system. The limitations with this system involve its programer's scope: Limble could do many things but it is built to do one thing...

P&M Steel Review

Our implementer [sensitive content hidden ] has been great to work with and if she didn't know an answer to some off the wall question we asked she went out and seeked an answer for us. Getting it set up was a huge step in getting buy in from the company.

Maintenance Tracking, Easy Setup, Simple to Use

In the past, we had problems with some of our technology-challenged staff not using a program because it was too difficult. We haven't had this problem with Limble.
I feel we are much more organized on our service calls. Billing customers is more streamlined. Customers love receiving pictures of the completed work.

Vorteile

The training was spot on—not too much at one time. (Thanks, [sensitive content hidden] !) The setup for exporting the customer list from QuickBooks and uploading it into Limble was easy. I can't wait to use it for our vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Nachteile

I can't think of anything off-hand. I will update my review after a year. We are in our 6th month of daily use at this time.

A+ Service. Overall Great Experience.

Overall experience with Limble has been great. I have no major issue with the service. I find it all to be very well organized and convenient to use. Aside from some minor glitches it really hasn't caused me too many issues. A+

Vorteile

Ease of use. Everything seems to be well put together and not very confusing to navigate. Also, I rather enjoy the automated features of the system, such as the automatic sign off feature and the automatic timer for how long a work order is open. This makes it very convenient to complete my work orders.

Nachteile

Some minor glitches and bugs on the website can be problematic for me at times. For example, sometimes my sign off won't register and it will have to be resubmitted. Also, coming from an evening shift perspective, the routine maintenance that causes the site to be shut down for a period of time can come at inopportune times. I understand this is a necessity and that is not my issue, I just think it could be done at a later time.

Maintenance Manager

it functions...when there are 'glitches', the software team has a fast response but then it slows after our contact submits to engineering support to get it resolved.
That might be due to a back log of issues?

Vorteile

the ability to create specific reports once the data is compiled along with search function of individual components.
secondly, the ability to utilize the 'tablets' in place of paper, specifically the PM system.

the format of the presentation purchase orders and preventative maintenance forms.

First Time User - Positive Experience

Vorteile

Being new to CMMS programs, the ease of using Limble removed the overwhelming feeling of learning a new system. Video training is available, resetting passwords offers several options, the chat feature to reach out for help is second to none. Quick response and typically quick fixes. The service team helps by screen sharing, to creating or sharing a video on how to accomplish something. Plus there's a Customer Success Manager who can meet with you, and provide additional assistance if needed.

Nachteile

Saving a log-in link will cause issues when updates/changes are made, so you shouldn't save the link as a favorite. Limble ipods are too small, hard to see, cover is so large it hides too much of the screen.
Parts - a notification "reminder" would be helpful if a part does not get ordered/stocked within a certain amount of time to eliminate the part dropping to a critical level.

Great program

When I was initially looking for a CMMS program, I had calls with 5 other companies including Limble. I started to see a lot of similarities after the third interview. I would say the main reason for choosing Limble was the UI. It's was the easiest to use and the rep I had, [sensitive content hidden] was very professional and know everything about the product. I have reached out to him on several occasions and he is super responsive and always has a good answer.

Vorteile

I have a few older gentlemen on my maintenance team who are very savvy with electronics. Limble has a very user friendly platform with big buttons. The bigger buttons make it easier to use. The steps used in a WO or PM are in a nice step-by-step order with the ability to create the WO or PM however desired to fit the needs of the business. It's easy to use.

Nachteile

I'm sure I'm not the only maintenance team out there that doesn't get to complete a WO on the same day. I would like to be able to back date jobs. Sometimes we get extremely busy and don't have time to stop.

Made specifically for Maintaining Facilities with the Most Usable and Flexible Database

I recommend Limble to anyone exploring CMMS options. It is simply the best software in all levels of user and implementation.

Vorteile

Limble allowed for a comprehensive system of maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and tracking of a complex food production facility, restaurant, and marketplace. The support team are all real people who know the product and respond quickly and completely. The Limble team is open to new ideas and implements new features regularly.

Nachteile

There is a level of complexity that many people aren't willing to work through. This is a feature, not a bug and allows for developing more understanding of equipment and facility details.

Once you go Limble you can't go back.

The overall team of Limble is awesome and friendly, and they make you feel like one of the Limble family.

It covers all our wants and needs in one application, such as work order, PM, reporting, asset tracking, and asset cost tracking.

It needs a little more improvement on the check-in / check-out capabilities.

Very Customizable

Overall positive experience with this system. It helped us to create a robust preventative maintenance program and better track work orders in a centralized place.

Vorteile

The QR codes are a game changer. You are able to customize a lot of fields to include information you want on assets. We have also created unique preventative maintenance checklists and instructions for all our equipment. Editing is relatively easy.

Nachteile

It takes a little bit of a learning curve on how to set things up initially but the customer service chat feature is pretty fast. Customer service does prefer to email or chat so if you are hoping to talk to someone each time, that isn't their first option. Figuring out the quirks initially is the most time consuming part.

Great product for the price point

Overall we are pleased with the product. The few improvements mentioned would increase our positive experience

Our old system was a in house built access program that was extremely limited in function

Nachteile

Would like to see improvement in inventory functions like future parts prediction.
Knowing the parts needed for the upcoming month of scheduled PM's would be life changing.

Being in maintenance field more than 25 years and 15 years just as maintenance planner in one of world's biggest poultry food industry. I had a chance to work with different CMMS systems like MP2, Megamation and SAP system. So far the Limble CMMS is the friendliest user system for Maintenance I could work with. It's very easy create the work orders, assets, PMS, change the schedule, prioritize the list of work orders, able to see completion charts, labor reports, parts...
I highly recommend this Limble System to all future customers. This system has everything that one maintenance department needs.

Its been great. Overall experience

It was quite user friendly, did not take long to get acclimated too.

The Auto Generating PM's, QR functionality

Nachteile

Internal Part numbers did not increment automatically. If we had an asset example Boiler and we wanted all boiler parts to be numbered from example 202000 to 202099, It would not select the next available part number, we would have to search to see what the last part number was that we used.

Great system for manufacturing

Vorteile

-Ability to associate assets with PM's and parts
-Ability to input a work order without an account and associate all of the work orders that were put in with an email
-Easily send a work order to a vendor

Nachteile

Nothing in particular, it was very easy to implement and setup is even easier if you make a template and copy it.

Great implementation and ease of use

Working with the Limble system and their implementation team has been very easy. Getting our assets and PMs set up was simple, and rolling it out to our team was just as easy.

Vorteile

I like the ability to customize software, and I really like the support for implementation. The system has been very easy to work with and seems very user friendly. Features like being able to copy a PM from one asset to another are really useful.

Nachteile

The licensing structure didn't 100% meet our company's unique needs, but was still more flexible than other vendors.

Limble Review

My overall experience is a positive one. Again, I'm still learning the system but I really enjoy working with it and have had EXCELLENT support from the Help support teams and especially from my Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden].

Vorteile

Limble is a very "clean" system. It's very easy to use with many features that are easy to setup. I've had to setup up an entire maintenance program using Limble and it was a lot easier than I had thought.

Nachteile

I'm stilling learning the system and have come across some items I wish Limble was able to do. I've used many different CMMS' and I really like that you can make suggestions and submit your ideas. I'm not aware of this and could be mistaken but I wish Limble had the ability to connect to sensors for telematics.

Limble Review

Overall, my experience with Limble has been great. I would have to say in my 13 years of experience using different CMMS systems this is by far the best I have used. The Limble interface is seamless, but yet very powerful. It's very user friendly unlike some of the other CMMS systems I have used in the past. The ability to add custom fields to assets, upload manuals, and pictures with ease is one thing I like most about Limble.

Nachteile

Pulling the reporting with the custom dashboards is new to me. It's been a learning curve navigating what I want to see and pulling the data in correctly.

WE LOVE LIMBLE!

10/10. Once we had the time and resources to start building it our productivity increased greatly. We love having pictures of everything along with easy ways to search manuals and part numbers in the field.

Vorteile

I'm a big fan of the colors and format Limble is designed with. It make the content easy to track for me both visually and mentally. We use the work request function that helps keep our tasks organized and keeps technicians accountable for the work they do.

Nachteile

There's not much I don't like about Limble. Having to sit at the computer is really the only thing I cant think of which doesn't actually have anything to do with the product.

Simple and easy to understand interface

I mean it’s a management system. Works as intended. Simple system. Doesn’t have the ability to do complex tasks or to configure in a way to keep everything out of the way. I have used way more complex and advanced systems at my previous employers. They are definitely way more advanced but require a much larger learning curve. Decent introductory software.

Vorteile

Simple interface is probably the most I can say about limble. Able to understand easily with almost no learning curve.

Nachteile

Drop down set ups and configurations. Not having the ability to assign what shows up for different shifts. Not being able to assign tags and options to assets. It clutters WO’s with useless information.

I appreciate that you don’t just provide a good product but also listen to maintenance concerns and continuously update the platform to meet everyone’s needs. I always check out the updates, and often, there are improvements I hadn’t considered that end up making my life easier as a tech.

Nachteile

I don't have any issues, except for the lack of access to certain functions since we’re not on an enterprise plan. As a small business, it would be great if there were a tier specifically for businesses like ours
