the custom dashboards are really nice. ability to search machines/tasks/parts are quick and easy.

the custom dashboards could be easier to make them "custom". trying to get a specific asset with all the tasks for one specific person was a little troublesome to get in place. once i was able to figure that part out it has worked great!

We have 15 buildings/structures and across 13 acres of lands ranging from 200 sqft to 10,000+ sqft. There is a lot of things to keep track off. I spent a long time looking for an application that fit our workflow processes and wasn't going to break the budget. Limble was perfect! We are still realizing there are features that we should be taking advantage of. [sensitive content hidden] was extremely helpful in helping me understand that the set up is key so don't bite off more than you can chew at the beginning. You can always utilize other functions once you have a base understanding of how the application works.

I can't think of anything I least like about Limble!

We were replacing an outdated Access database and the transition was simple. We were able to replace the functionality of the database with little effort. The software not only replaced the Access database, it exceeded its capabilities by a large margin.

Currently have no cons with Limble CMMS software.

Without having an existing system to compare Limble to, I have to say the most impressive feature that I have encountered to date is the service. In the many years I have been working with OEM's and vendors to troubleshoot highly technical issues, three companies stand out as superior in service. Limble has made the cut.

Nachteile

I would truly like to see the back-end set-up be made simpler by creating more direct paths to components. As an example, for me to modify an Instruction Set, which is critical to system set-up, I have to "pretend" for the system to lead me there. I feel as if there should be a section dedicated to locating these links.

The user interface is clean and so easy to use. I have received MANY compliments regarding it's convenience and appearance.

Limble is web based so it can be accessed anywhere without going through a company firewall. I also like the ease to upload pictures, quotes, etc. Customer support replies quickly to any questions that I have.

I can't say there isn't anything that I dislike about Limble at this point in time.

Our biggest issue with Limble is that we don't maximize our utilization of all of its capabilities. Implementation was smooth, but we only utilize a small percentage of the program.

Ease of use and setup. Very flexible and allows a lot of customizations at all levels of the system. Work order Requesters like to the scan and submit feature.

Automated reporting could be easier and more robust.

That you can auto assign work requests and assign the request to more than one person. I love the calendar view. The phone app is easy to read.

I don't like that you cannot choose more than 1 asset when submitting a work request. I also don't like that when you put the information in the "How can we help?" section that there is no way to make bulleted points. Even if you type them that way it just shows up in paragraph form on the request.

Overall ease of use has been great. I was concerned about less technical savvy users having a hard time with new software, but I have been amazed how our employees have picked it up with ease. We even have included our janitorial service into our system and they seem to love it for tracking their tasks.

We are new to the software so I cant say anything as of yet that I don't like.

Limble was a very intuitive system to navigate initially, making it very easy for us to set up this CMMS very quickly and integrate it into our current practices. Limble also has a very dynamic custom dashboard section allowing you to completely customise the visual characteristics of your experience

Sometimes the custom dashboard widgets can be slightly confusing to design

The software was easy to use and there were a lot of resources to learn the feature in Limble.

I have to do a lot of scrolling when i'm on the production floor to find an asset I added.

Limble is one of the easiest CMMS software to navigate, My Team utilizes Limble in all aspects to Set, Plan, and Document all Opertional needs, Utalizing the parts inventory system followed by attaching the PO #/parts into a work order is a breeze, Inventory days have become Inventory Mornings, and Maintaining a Flow of Daily Work as a direct cause of the organization limble provides.

the integrations and ease of implementation of Limble were very Smooth, Yes data entry can be challenging, although as you implement Limble prioritizes the data entry by Critical assets, allowing the remaining data entry to be completed on the first PM/WO trip to the asset.

The frequency of use is at an ALL TIM high with my team understanding the positive impacts of a well-managed system.

The Customer Support at Limble has been second to NONE, Very prompt service in answering any small questions via a handy chat window built directly into the APP/Web-based Window.

Limble is a part of our ONE GOAL ONE TEAM.

There's not much in Limble I've found I can't deal with. Hats off for the development on where you guys have come from since you first launched, The newest updates have proved to be very successful with no Day to Day issues.

Limbles ease of use on Customizations along with easy navigation limits the amount of time spent training Operators in the field to USE liMBLE CMMS on a daily basis. we literally teach visiting contractors how to follow step-by-step instructions to complete a woRK ORDER IN THE FIELD.

The software is very user friendly and allows you to edit anything from start to finish. The program is great and gives my boss the information he needs in order to keep track of our equipment and team. The Limble coaches are great as well, they are very informative and helpful with coaching on how to make the software specific to what I need it to do.

I like the ease of setting up and using PMs for our safety paperwork and ensuring our guys are staying on the ball out in the field.

The mobile app and desktop versions are extremely different and when you're more comfortable with one, it's harder to navigate the other. I also would like features that allow PMs to work across different locations and multiple choice selections within PMs.

The mobile app is amazing and allow our team to create and sign off workorders from their phones. The mobile app is also great for managers creating work orders. The ability to add documents and photos to workorders helps cutdown on confusion and ensures the work is completed in a timely and correct manor.
Limble CMMS workorder and PM templates make it easy for managers to create workorders/ PMs efficiently.
The ability for non-Limble users to submit work requests has vastly improved our ability to respond quickly to issues found in the facility.

Nachteile

Assigning tasks could use some improvement. Example: We have a weekly locker-room cleaning as a PM, we can't set up a rotating assignment for PMs. This means the managers have to manually rotate who is assigned the weekly cleaning.
