Great Product - User Friendly and Encourages Strong Governance

Having used this product before, the implementation was very simple. This software will allow my organization to streamline board governance and conduct meetings more efficiently.

Wonderful. They staff is easy to reach and responds quickly to question.
Vorteile
The customer service and easy implantation. I was the person who brought it to my organization and you were extremely accommodating.
Nachteile
I have not used it in practice. I have done several trial runs to make sure it was ready to roll out but I did not use the software for personal use.

Very Good Platform for Meetings
We are using it for monthly staff and Senior Leadership Team meetings, and quarterly Board meetings.

Confidence Boosting Board Meetings
My overall experience with OnBoard is simple organizations and ease of use. It makes me look good to board members.

OnBoard creates confident boosting board meetings by organizing my board meeting files, communication, and tools for getting signatures. It just makes me look good.
Nachteile
I wish OnBoard integrates with board packet design software, something like Canva. That really seems like it would be a powerhouse combination. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Very Intuitive, cross-platform
Vorteile
Love having everything all in one place for our board to access past minutes, by-laws, etc. Appreciate having the Zoom integrations, particularly in this time of COVID. Easy to setup meetings. Cross-platform (PC, iPad, etc.) is very helpful!
Nachteile
We’re still trying to figure out the balance of what to show on the screen for in-person attendees and what to screen share for Zoom call-ins.

Excellent Board Management Portal
We are a green school and by utilizing OnBoard, we are saving the trees! We will no longer be printing our board materials. OnBoard was very easy to learn as an administrator. The availability of learning tools ranged from links from within the portal as well as monthly webinars. All the OnBoard staff, from the sales rep to the implementation manager, were all great to work with!
Vorteile
It is user friendly and easy to navigate as an administrator and user.
Nachteile
Currently, there isn't functionality for minute taking.

Easy tool for board members to use.
We converted to OnBoard and have had no issues getting our directors functional on the tool. Intuitive design makes it easy for users to function on the system with little or no training.

The software was very easy to use and easy to train our end users.

I really liked how easy it was to use and everything is very intuitive.

The Zoom feature can get a little buggy, but its brand new and its a great feature that allows you to stay remotely connected while still seein your notes.

Vorteile
I'm very new to this software but seems to be intuitive so it looks like it will be user friendly. I like how you can always undo what you have done so if you make a mistake, it won't ruin the entire meeting. I also like that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is available to answer questions and provide more efficient ways to use this product.
Nachteile
I don't know enough to truly have an opinion on what I like least about the software until I use it for a while.

OnBoard by Passageways Review
Vorteile
I like the ease and functionality of OnBoard. All the members of my committees really seem to like using it, except a couple of the older members.
Nachteile
I don't like how you can't download items off of OnBoard. I would like there to be an option, or to just download materials off the app/site, in case other users would like to print their own materials in advance.

Onboard Review
We have been using Onboard for about 2 months or so.
Vorteile
It was very user friendly, and easy for all of the users to log in. We use this for our board meetings, and to contact members. Scheduling though Onboard is also easy to do, and streamlines processes. It is all easy to manage from one account.
Nachteile
If Onboard was able to connect directly with our Zoom account, or Teams for scheduling, that would eliminate the process of scheduling through Zoom or Microsoft Teams (via Outlook). It would be just one step to schedule board meetings.

New at using OnBoard
Vorteile
OnBoard is easy to access and familiarize yourself with the software. I had a one time brief review of the software and was able to create our monthly reports the following month.
OnBoard customer manager is very helpful and willing to constantly teach more about the software as I continue to learn and acquire.
Nachteile
There might be a way, but I have not asked or found yet...when adding a new subsection within a section the new one opts to the end. Sometimes I need to add subsections between what is already created.
