Today I use the software on my own. I would liketo share with our managers more pro actively (sharing and evaluating the candidates)

Not efficient for mass scale recruiting
Vorteile
I like that Smart recruiter is simplified and clean in presentation.
Nachteile
In terms of organizing
1) applicants can see where they are in process
2)Filters not appearing correctly and it will not add correct filters for my cities even when I add “my Active” sometimes I can not see my reqs
3) The candidates know where they are in the process. They also know that if I move them over to another rec. I'm not comfortable with this.
4) Sometimes they don't upload everything from the resume, nor even upload the resume at all.
5) Too much notifications. I'm running out of space for my email account.

Good product but wish they would notify users of new changes
Vorteile
It's a free tool and is simplified. The best part is the social media that you are able to post jobs to in one click. Older ATSs do not have that option.
Nachteile
I've been using since 2009 and they have made several changes since. The flow is starting to look cluttered.

Great for managing candidates who apply through various sources

The ability to have one place/portal for candidate applications from various sources and the ability to communicate with them though the portal.
Nachteile
I cannot figure out if the "lead" section is a suggestion or an actual application. I am not sure the candidate is interested in the new role or if the ATS is matching profiles

Smart Recruiters is Smart
I love that it has a free version to aggregate jobs and post on social media. It is easy to use, and easy to use the paid version as well. I highly recommend Smart Recruiters and think it is a Smart Solution.

Good for recruitment
It does what I need. Good for recruiting and it is good for searching for jobs.
Vorteile
It is easy and fast. Nothing too complicated. One can recruit and/or be recruited fast. Great design.
Nachteile
It is still very new and lacks a few features that one can find in other recruiting services but it is not that bad.

I’ve used this software a while ago. I was able to get some really good leads. Response time was fast. I enjoyed SmartRecruiters.
Nachteile
I don’t have any cons. I only used it for a short time and I didn’t have any issues with it.

Has Potential to Improve
Vorteile
Very customizable & I like that you can copy reqs for similar job postings. I like the notifications "Bell" icon, letting me know new applicants for my reqs.
Nachteile
It glitches a lot. There have been so many times that I try to update the status of a candidate, along the hiring process, and I cannot. Sometimes I would get a message saying that the candidate no longer existed or it would revert back to a previous status.

Good job posting platform. The applicant management features aren't great but it's a free tool!
Vorteile
Many features are free (including the job posting)! You'll have to pay to promote your post, but they'll post it on the site (and other job platforms like Indeed) for free.
Nachteile
The applicant management isn't very user-friendly. Also, other jobs (from other companies) are promoted on you job post (that's understandable though, since it's a free tool; I assume it's not the case when you have a paid subscription).

This is just easy to use and learn.
Vorteile
Smartrecruiters has very nice template for creating a job and sending emails to the candidate. This ATS is very easy to use.
Nachteile
Can not delete the candidate from the job, if we do it send them a rejection email. Job posting- it doesn't show the location of the job location. need to be update this ATS for these points.

Beautiful interface - easy to use!
SmartRecruiters is very easy to use. Took me very little time to figure out all of the functions and get comfortable with the software.

Ease of use - pretty interface - it helps to have something nice to look at when you are a recruiter looking at an ATS all day!
Nachteile
I do not like that notes on candidates are not automatically viewable to all.

what I like most is that you can do everything that you need in the same platform, anything from a interview to process the background check.
Nachteile
What I like least was the every time a new candidate applied I was getting email notifications. Doesn't matter how many people applied per day I'll be getting emails for all of them.

Really simple to use
Overall, no matter what ATS system I am using, I will still use this as well.
Vorteile
This system is super simple, easy to navigate and your best bet for FREE! Provides great candidate flow.
Nachteile
Doesn't have an HR side to it. Need ATS system to integrate with our HR side. Doesn't provide document signage.

Wouldn't waste my time

It's simple and easy to use.
Nachteile
I'm very disappointed in Smartrecruiters.com. We have been using the system for 5 months now with our 76 person team. We have spent countless hours uploading information for our team and over 1,000 candidate's information is gone. We woke up this morning to having our entire team being on the standard program and over 300 job orders/1,000 candidates were deleted without any notice at all.

Good job board for those who want a free hosting site
Good overall experience. User friendly and easy to get going on it.
Vorteile
This is a nice tool to host job openings and embed them into your website for a clean look and easy choice for people to apply. It posts on a lot of free job boards too.
Nachteile
I ended up moving away from it because I use an ATS that does the same thing, so I didn't really need it. Didn't have a ton of features and candidate quality was not great.

Not So Smart
Vorteile
Leaving. The struggle was we purchased a system intended for internal recruiters of an organization. We were external recruiting group, so the system did not work.
Nachteile
We were oversold - the software may work for internal Recruiters, but it doesn't work for Staffing or external recruiters. We could not set up a client without there system "inviting" the client to participate. We were unable to send resumes through the system. Instead we were instructed to send it via email. How would we track our resume submission? There's no resume parsing from an email. It's not so Smart

Amazing platform for finding and managing talent
I've used many talent management and recruitment apps before, but SmartRecruiters is by far the easiest to use, most comprehensive, and overall most advanced platform out there for finding and recruiting the best candidates.
It's easy to post jobs across a number of sites, manage in-bound talent, work together as a team to screen candidates, and ensure the people applying for jobs have a smooth and awesome experience.
For our company, SmartRecruiters has been a godsend.

Awesome and intuitive CV and application management system
Vorteile
It's easy to use and isn't too bloated. It's online, so it requires no installation or support. It's cheap compared to equivalent products.
Nachteile
The country and city selection is a bit weird. Some cities are not relevant if the country is small (like Malta).

Vorteile
Haven't used it for too long but did a trial and it looks great. Very easy to use and work in. Easy to see different notes, contact numbers, resumes, and other information that is beneficial to the hiring process.
Nachteile
Wasn't too much wrong from what I saw. Ran smoothly, easy to look at and navigate through. Could have a few tweaks with inputting information, but nothing too big.

No success in 2 months
Vorteile
Good interface, it's free, but better to pay some sum of money and get at least something than pay nothing and get nothing.
Nachteile
Maybe SmartRecruiters is good for some concrete spheres, but not IT for sure. I have posted 3 jobs there and received no application during 2 months. Still hope that I can get at least one.

Not good for third party recruiters
Vorteile
Easily pushes job to external job postings sites and lets you track where your hires come from. Also, great mobile platform and great price as well for what you get.
Nachteile
The software is pretty but unfortunately won't work for a third party staffing firm/recruiter since you can't send resumes to other people through the system.

When the sales team contacted me they were helpful and not sales-y. When we went through the demo, I saw exactly the features that I was looking for in an ATS.

I referred this software to others to use but it did not meet with our specific needs.

It is a good way to find a large pool of candidates to recruit for typical business of many types and sizes.
Nachteile
It was not very effective for our particular needs when seeking viable candidates for recruitment. There was a very small group of candidates and most were not qualified.
