Valuable for tracking visitors

I like that it keeps track of visitors and contact information. We can easily identify who has been here and follow up with them. It has cut back on making copies of forms, scanning, and filing. Also, it is nice not having to ask visitors to sign them. It has helped with COVID screening.

Vorteile

It is very user friendly. Easy to generate reports for specific details. It makes our office have a tech forward presence. I like that I can add or remove legal documents, which also cuts down on paperwork and having to constantly ask visitors to sign forms. It also has the great feature of remembering returning visitors.

Nachteile

The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.

Envoy is the best thing I ever did for my front desk!

From the minute I expressed interest in the Envoy system, their customer support was on top of it answering every question I had with as well as being transparent about the capabilities of the system. I work in a residence hall on a college campus and we use Envoy to track our visitors- a huge safety concern and Envoy makes that easier for us.

Vorteile

I love the Dashboard. Super user friendly, the search feature is awesome, and I love that it uses an iPad for sign-ins rather than the staff doing the sign-in manually. The text feature works well for our students.

Nachteile

There are a few guest policy restrictions that we have currently that are a little difficult to manage with Envoy so it does rely on our staff to be very conscientious (such as, host residents are only able to sign in one guest at time but the Envoy system does not yet prevent a host resident from doing that. The Envoy team is working on it and we are hoping to have that in place soon!)

Vorteile

We have this at my company and it makes it quick and easy to know when guests are arriving. Ours is hooked up with an iPad so it also captures a photo of the visitor.

Nachteile

I think it would be helpful to put that you are there for multiple hosts, as sometimes it would be beneficial to email multiple people that your guest has arrived.

Envoy Review

Its been positive for the most part without it I would have to be glued to my desk 24/7

Vorteile

I love that if I'm away from my desk and a visitors arrives I'm immediately alerted. As a busy office manager, I really feel like this is key especially if I'm away from my desk and working on a project.

Nachteile

I feel like sometimes it glitches on my ipad and freezes up which is really annoying.

Envoy has eased visitor management a lot

Vorteile

Envoy is easy to use, and is very flexible. We have a small campus with three entrances/exits, and we've been able to configure Envoy to work well across all three entry and exit points. The data we capture has really allowed us to improve our policies and workflows, and the email/SMS notification in real time has improved the experience tremendously for both visitors and hosts.

Nachteile

It's cloud-based so on a few, rare times infra issues (on our part) have brought the service down; also, you will have to invest in an iPad for each entry/exit point.

Game Changing Product!

Envoy takes the focus on the mad scramble to sign my guest in, track down, and alert their host and lets me focus on greeting my guest and making them comfortable. It makes sure each visitor signs our NDA and frees up my time to have a chat with the guest when appropriate without the added distraction of trying to herd cats. Envoy constantly adds integrations and tool sets that are valuable to my use case.

Vorteile

I love the simplicity and the ability to use the product in a number of optional configurations. I've been a customer for several years and the improvements have been constantly valuable. They REALLY listen to customer feedback.

Fantastic Tool

This tool lets me not have to worry about people coming and going because I know the app is going to take care of signing people in and out. The other cool thing was setting up the NDA which is crucial sometimes.

Vorteile

Easily understood interface.

Setup from admin point of view was a breeze.

Haven't found any downsides to the app yet. CS is on point and very helpful!

Rating ENVOY Software System

Our overall experience has been a very positive one. Visitors seem quite capable of using ENVOY with very little help required. Although occasionally we have Visitors that struggle & once you step them through it one time, the next time they return they seem quite confident to do alone.

When our Company has upgrades or updates internally it affects the Envoy Software on the Apple i-Pad and causes several technical issues which usually takes a couple of days to fix & become functional again.

straight forward

Vorteile

The integration with slack and also the picture of the guest being sent to the host. Its nice to know who you are looking for if you've never met the guest before.

Nachteile

You can only have one host. Would be nice to add more than one host in case multiple people need to be informed someone has signed in.

Great for interviews

Vorteile

Ease of use and integrations with Slack. Great to get an auto notification on Slack when a candidate arrives. NDA is a part of the sign in process which takes out an additional step for me.

Nachteile

Some times its a bit slow and laggy but not too often.

Vorteile

It seamlessly integrates with your active directory and has some great features that makes this a necessity in any office. Easy to manage, makes check-ins efficient.

Nachteile

My experience working with support was mostly over chat. They were ultimately able to work with me to get my issue resolved, but you do need some patience.

Office worker and guest management platform, especially useful during COVID!

Vorteile

Very easy to track who is going into the office, manage visitors (back when we used to have them), and make sure we are not over-crowding the office during a dangerous time. It takes less than 30 seconds to make yourself as present and attending, and is easy to understand.

Nachteile

I honestly think it should take fewer clicks to access the platform. My company has a number of different offices, and envoy really should remember which office it is that I keep logging into.

My front of office runs on Envoy

No matter what your title is or which department you belong to your time and energy are valuable. My office is an Envoy office because avoiding wrangling office guests and starting our meetings on time continues to pay dividends back into productivity. The real appeal though, is that Envoy is so easy to set up and use that I'm confident I can put my attention wherever else it's needed in the workplace. Now that's value! If you aren't convinced, I strongly recommend you reach out and give them a try.

A product with a thoughtful experience.

The company I work for uses Enjoy for their front desk, asking users to sign in when visiting someone at the office. When I have visitors, family or clients, they all mention how clever the check in process is.

Vorteile

I love the emails for when a visitor has arrived for me; their name, expected length of visit, and even a photo of them at that moment. The interface is great and I've yet to find someone who didn't understand how to use it. Love their support team as well, they've been quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's rare for the product to run into problems but if it does there's world class customer support behind you.

Nachteile

There's little worth complaining about when it comes to Envoy.

Envoy Feedback

Wonderful so far. Visitors get instant notifications once a package or piece of mail is processed through the software, it's clear and concise and overall smooth process for all.

Vorteile

The system itself is very easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to troubleshoot for a person who uses it only on the surface level. I was able to start using the program within 15 minutes and less, and felt comfortable showing how to use the system to another coworker on day one. That says a lot about a software that's fairly robust, yet simple and has a straight forward interface.

Nachteile

I've heard people having trouble downloading the app on their phone, however, that's the only negative feedback I've heard and it wasn't a personal experience. I don't have much experience on comparison, however, I feel strongly recommending this software for others to implement.

People think it is really cool to have an iPad check them in. Plus the photo sent to slack is always fun.

Nachteile

It seems to crash or get disconnected from the internet quite often which takes away from the simplicity of the system.

Amazing function and features for us! We use Envoy for office check-in operation.

Creating an effective office management and maintaining a database of those who come in to our office.

Vorteile

Envoy support is quick, responsive, and invested. We use Envoy to support our operation in which people check-in at our front desk. The features and functions at the free level are bar-none. We are looking at possibly adding additional stations and perhaps moving to the paid version which adds a host of additional features too!
I honestly cannot think of a problem or issue with this software. The help desk team helped us resolve issues quickly and effectively, the software functions cleanly and swiftly, and the software has helped our office serve our students!

Simplicity at its best!

helps with coordinating interview onsites with candidates!

Vorteile

Ease of use + simplicity. UI is gorgeous. I feel like most of the features in the app tie into the overarching theme of simplicity.

Nachteile

The only issue I encounter on a regular basis and this could be because I'm not awake or had my coffee yet but I mix up "visitors "and "invitees" tab when I need to add someone into the system who is scheduled to come to our office.

Sometimes I get confused when my invitees sit in the queue for the day of they are scheduled to come in and it looks like they signed in but they havent yet. I can take a screen shot and show you what I'm talking about.

It's okay as long as you don't have any issues

Vorteile

We've been using this app for about a year and then our ipad has been stolen. I liked that we had an opportunity to keep track of our visitors.

Nachteile

I don't think it's been used very often. We get a lot of deliveries in the office and the couriers usually are in rush and they don't have time to indicate their full name, email, and company in order get in. So most of the time they just knocked on the door instead of using our Envoy App

Easy to use and very professional

Create tool for visitor or attendee management

Vorteile

As both a user and admin, this tool is the best there is. Easy to use and setup, the system easily works like that of a 50K integrated system without the price tag. Simply setup the program on an IPAD and be instantly alerted whenever a visitor arrives for an interview, meeting, etc.

Nachteile

Not many - just really weighing the costs of what you currently do versus implementing a digital system.

a hassle-free visitor registration system

Vorteile

The simplicity of this software. For visitors, just key in your details, smile, then the system will notify the person you are going to visit. For the host, you can set if you are expecting someone in order to lessen the time in the registration part.

Nachteile

I hope a feature where you can reply will be made available since the receptionist caters a lot of visitor. It will be great if you can just reply if you are available or not

Great for any business w/visitors

Overall, I am very happy with this product. Visitors seem to like it, as well.

-Invites include map/directions to your location.
-Text/email notifications are very convenient for busy workplaces.

Nachteile

-Badge printer freezes sometimes. Tech support has been friendly, but not helpful, on this issue.

Love Using Envoy Visitors

Envoy is used throughout our company and again it was easy to teach other staff members how to use it to invite and check in visitors. Our visitors love the process of checking in when they arrive at our business and we get compliments daily.

Vorteile

The product is easy to use and easily accessible. The software was not difficult to teach to other staff members or learn.

Nachteile

There is not much to dislike about this software. At this time there are no complains or issues with using Envoy.

The HUB's Experience

Vorteile

This product allows us to track student usage of our organization. We are able to generate reports and perform statistical analysis in conjunction with the data we are able to export from this software.

Nachteile

Although customizing the questions is relatively easy, the systems' inability to easily rearrange preexisting answers in different orders without deleting and recreating them does prove to be frustrating at times.

Great for basic usage

Vorteile

We liked that the product was very easy to use from the start. Setup was simple and any disconnection of device from the service was easy to fix. We only need it for basic check ins for vendors, 1-3 per day, to replace a sign in sheet, and it's perfect.

Nachteile

Nothing really. It would be nice to do a bit more customization, but we are using the free version so we're happy with what we get at that level.

It's a great experience very efficient, and useful

Helps save time and makes our job easier. Helps with security concerns and keeping track of who comes into the building.

Vorteile

That's its a simple smooth check in process. The software is very efficient and effective which is very helpful.

Nachteile

The "Been here before" Icon at the bottom of the page. I think it should be bigger since a lot of guests miss this part. So I shadow and make sure to ask if they have been here before or would they need to register their info.

Envoy - Easy to Use!

I like it..the Customers seem to like it, pretty easy to manuever. ..... they just have a difficult time signing out of the system.

Easy to use, customers enjoy the ease of signing into it. Fairly simply to maneuver.

Nachteile

Ohhhhh Yes,...the sign out at the bottom of the screen....ALOT of people can't see it....needs to be made larger or a brighter color!!
Also, ...We have study subject for different medical studies...some are a couple days, to a week, or maybe a month long....well, the problem I'm seeing is once the person signs in and stays a couple days....and they try and sign out on Envoy System, the system can't find them within the system or iPad...It only recognizes the "Same Day" people!! Aggravating....I do try to sign them out manually, but its usually not that easy....I'm surprised that this is a glitch in the system.....can it be fixed?? or Added??

Wish there was à la carte packages

Vorteile

Enjoy is super simple to set up and and use. We got Envoy up and running in a matter of about an hour or so. The set up flow is super easy and customizable to fit your business needs.

Nachteile

There is only a few packages with big price jumps. We determined to stay with the free version because the price for the packages vs the value you receive were not good. If there was à la carte features where you can pick a few features and you pay per feature we would highly consider paying for this product. Until then we can do with the free features.

Invaluable for our office!

We love using Envoy at our office. Envoy's purpose is to make the visitor registration system delightful and painless, and it certainly delivers. Guests are wowed upon arrival when they are directed to sign in on a beautiful, customized iPad.

Vorteile

Easy to setup, easy to use, great support, wonderful community of users and community manager!

Nachteile

There are none, really -- they keep adding new features and add-ons that make the experience even better.

Incredibly simple, yet powerful

Envoy not not brought us back to our workplace safely, but it has fast become a way for us add value to our clients as a bolt on service.

Vorteile

Ease of deployment is the obvious Envoy standout, ease of use next, we had the entire platform integrated and operating within a week, and a week later, everyone was using it.

Nachteile

Integration within various platforms is still a niche offering, we’d like to see this expand a little further. Especially around security access.

Find system very user friendly for our visitors and it has accelerated our sign in process.

The major benefit for our company is in time saving as visitor information was previously gathered manually and then entered into a spread sheet due to C-TPAT requirements. It has also made the sign in process much quicker for our visitors and notifies the host via email that their visitor has arrived.

Vorteile

Ease of use for both visitors and myself as administrator. Easy to complete searches, fill in missing information and sign out visitors when they forget, which maintains an integrity of information.

Nachteile

Some visitors do not want to provide an email address and have to go through the whole sign in procedure if they visit again.

Great product

Things easier for our place of employment. The ability to work with Envoy and there creators has probably been amazing with providing feedback and getting results.

Very easy to use once it is set up. Information is easily accessible and convenient to read. With things ever changing due to Covid have been able to utilize to our advantage to help with safety protocols.

Good, but not great.

Right now, particularly, using the Envoy system has allowed us to successfully log visitors while eliminating the need for them to touch an many surfaces because I can enter their information in on my computer instead of using the iPad. Before COVID-19 hit us, it was an impressive system and helped us excel at keeping our ITAR compliance standards.

Vorteile

The software is fairly easy to use and navigate. The user interface is clean.

Nachteile

The integration of the software for the user end seemed to be (for the most part) painless and without issues.

A must-have / Awesome impact on our shared workspace & culture / Exceptional support team

I run a shared workspace that's home to ~35 startups. With so many different businesses under one roof, we receive a steady stream of guests each day. Before Envoy, our Office Manager ran around the building looking for guests' hosts. This detracted from the guest experience, was a security issue in leaving them unattended, and often interrupted or caught hosts unprepared as many guests arrive early.

Enter Envoy: a sanity-saving service our staff is thankful for every day. The Office Manager can focus and better control the guest experience from start-to-finish; guests feel welcomed, special, and accountable; hosts can greet their guests when ready; staff gets a log and other useful insights; guests can receive personalized invites with helpful 'when you arrive' instructions; the badges with our logo identify guests for security and extra friendliness; and our members take more pride in welcoming guests here, and better respect the associated privileges.

The team behind the product is phenomenal. As an early client, we enjoyed user testing and helping shape the features needed in shared workspaces. I felt listened to, and loved how quickly idea implementations happened. Customer support is fast, knowledgable, and courteous - a joy to work with.

There is basically no good reason *not* to use Envoy - from the business impact of time and resources saved, to the added security and insight, to the warmer welcome and branded experience. I recommend it to every office and ops professional I meet!

Envoy is a Great Application for Businesses with Hundreds and Thousands of Employees and...

Overall, envoy works great. I can instantly sign visitors in and out with no problem, creating a better experience for them.

Vorteile

I like that the software allows me to know at what times someone was checked in or out of a building. Also, the convenience of being able to sign someone in and out from my mobile device or any device near me.

Nachteile

I feel like the product can freezes at times or delays itself. Overall, refreshing the envoy app or page helps the issue resolve itself. There are times where envoy is down but not constantly.

Terrific Visitor Management & Contact tracing, OH MY!

Overall, Envoy is really a game changer for us - we are able to "Protect" the office and free-up our FTE receptionist to work on other projects and participate in meetings as needed.

Vorteile

Simple, intuitive and flexible registration and visit management - great integration capability with our Azure AD as well as our MSTeams and email... Notifications of visitors, delivery and with the added Protect module, we have built in capacity and contact tracing that really help us keep in tune with office workers. With the capability of contactless sign-in we have a full 360 degree view of workers, visitors, delivery and contact tracing across the board. Truly puts our mind at ease knowing we can count on Envoy!

Nachteile

Couple minor challenges with integrations to Azure AD, but technical support was quick to rectify our errors.

Your Search Stops With Envoy!

Envoy solved all of our visitor problems! We were looking for a sleek, modern set-up, and needed to be able to print name badges for visitors, WITH pictures. Envoy checked all the boxes! And don't even get me started on their customer service!! I need more stars to properly express how wonderful they are to work with.

Vorteile

The ease of use! Some of our visitors have never used an iPad before, but the app makes it easy for ANYONE to sign in. Also, the dashboard makes it very easy for our receptionist to know exactly who's in the building. And don't get me started on the text alerts! Everyone here LOVES them!

Nachteile

The only drawback would be the high price of entry. However, Envoy proves their worth, so I only list it to have something in the con column.
