Noticed here collecting interface details using SNMP, but we can’t see detailed information like the number of open TCP connections, resets, and timeouts. These details are visible in other tools.

SNMP interface is required for irrespective of the operating system, options require to interface like RFID readers, Cameras, controllers, PLC and other IP based devices.

Gave us effective solution for multiple client network monitoring

Vorteile

Our customer base has particularly been helped by the customer segmentation feature in ManageEngine OpManager MSP. It enables us to apply strictonitoring and management plans for each client for it to get attention in accordance to the essentiality of the network and its needs.

Nachteile

There are some areas which I have found to have inadequate integration with other external ticketing systems. This gap requires the input of data manually and this may take time hence slows our operations in addition to the fact that it is prone to errors.

Assisted in the enhancement of how our network is monitored

Vorteile

The customer-specific dashboards of OpManager MSP offer current information on the status of each network of the client. It also helps in the speedy detection of problem areas within the network hence enabling us provide solutions to keep the network of our clients healthy.

Nachteile

I have noticed that there is a very minimal amount of code automation for performing maintenance check-ups repeatedly. I have found that it does not have a right integration with some tools which affects other applications in the framework.

ManageEngine OpManager MSP: A Comprehensive Monitoring Solution for Managed Service Providers

Overall, we find ManageEngine OpManager MSP to be a great network management solution. The customizable dashboards and real-time alerts are is great , allowing for proactive issue resolution.

Some users do face challenges with performance, especially in larger environments. The mobile app may not provide the full range of features expected.

The documentation helpful for troubleshooting is great.

Enhanced the ability to easily coordinate many client networks

Vorteile

In ManageEngine OpManager MSP I was able to have customized dashboard where I can have the important network concerning each client. This has ensured that different networks could be evaluated and controlled within the shortest time possible.​

Nachteile

I noticed that there were some features missing in the mobile application that are present in the web version. This did not allow me realize the execution of diverse managerial tasks across the relations within the local area network while in motion.
