Very versatile

Love Planning Center Online!

I've been using PCO for many years now, and I'm always amazed at the new features they include. I've used it for scheduling, for music organization, and as a member of the music team. All of their features are seamless and mostly easy to use! My favorite features are for the music team members - especially the Music Stand option. Being able to go paperless while still being able to take notes and save preferences as been awesome! Definitely recommend them!

I can't rave enough about planning center. No matter what size ministry you have, this will customize to fit your needs and budget. If you have thought of something that will make your worship planning easier they have it in here.

Planning Center has grown exponentially over the past decade; what started as worship planning software has expanded to include groups, facility management, events, member databases, children's check-in, and more. The team is super-responsive, and they're continually updating both the web interface and the mobile apps to increase functionality. Planning Center has brought mega-church level planning tools to small and medium size churches - huge!

Easy and Fast

I am not an administrator for our church's planning center account, but I do edit our weekly services often. I am glad for how easy and all-inclusive it is for me to create an order of service and even print rehearsal booklets and send out song files for the praise team to listen to. I can even request certain members to serve certain weeks. I'm a fan of this organizational tool!

Planning Center was a great tool I got to use when working in our previous church

PCO is okay but needs improvement

While I like the concept behind PCO and having a centralized app, the user interface has been a little clunky for me. I have a hard time navigating the site easily and I find certain things hard to find via the app. However, with a few improvements I think it could be a much better product and the things I dislike aren't enough to make me stop using it!

I Love Planning Center!

I often sang on the worship team for several different churches and Planning Center made it very easy to navigate between the two accounts. Also, my husband loved having the ability to look at his sheet music on his ipad and make changes to it! Great product!!

Pco review

Overall, it serves our purpose. You are able to block out chunks of time or days. You can see who else is on your team. However, myself and my husband currently have to maintain two separate profiles even though we serve together and I manage scheduling for both. This is inconvenient and I wish there was a better option.

Planning Center is easy to use

Planning Center is a quick and easy way to lay out a service or event plan, invite people to participate, and get input from all. You can upload your videos, images, powerpoints, etc. easily and quickly. The only problem we've had is using PowerPoint slides on a Mac after uploading on Windows computers.

Good software for running church services

Trialed this software but went with another. It looked very nice, the prettiest of the all the church management software I tried, but it lacked a lot of features I needed. I'm sure in time they'll catch up. Worked really well for what it did. No complaints.

Effective, but relatively expensive

Our creative team shifted to planning center and immediately received more buy-in and adoption from their team members. Overall, we've had a very positive experience, however, the cost is relatively expensive compared to other comparable products.

Not user-friendly

I'm not impressed with this service, it is not user-friendly (at least on my iPhone) and I feel like it takes me far longer to use the dates features than it should. I'm not aware of how much we pay for this service, so I can't comment on that.

Great way to coordinate volunteersq

I've been a volunteer musician at churches using Planning Center for the last 5 years. This software makes it easy to share plans, charts, recordings, etc. with everyone involved. The desktop site needs to stop using Flash, though.

Brilliant service for a church band

Awesome Software to work with - The Android app Planning Centre Service and the Planning Centre Music Stand is super awesome I will recommend this for any Church Band that is looking for a digital way of managing Stage Music

PCO A Must Have

Used PCO for years for our church, so helpful to organize volunteers, schedule them, plan services and host our giving all in one place. The all in one nature of PCO makes it a must have.

We loved Planning Center!

Planning Center used to just be for the worship ministry of our church, but since adding other modules it has expanded to serve the full church body. It's a great tool!
