Docusign allows our agreements to get to our customers and employees faster and more efficiently. We can easily track the document progress in terms of visibility and signature updates.

Nachteile

The least liked part of docusign is changing out the point of contact for the signatory as the customers sometimes requests the document to be signed by someone else.

Simple, easy, clear direction. And it emails you when done.

Docusign is by far the easiest option when it comes to digital document signing. Docusign has allowed me to remove the need to meet with clients in person before moving forward with their orders. This has increased our business by allowing me to continue to focus on the end result and not the paperwork in the middle.

Every once in a while a client will have a hard time completing a document but it seems to be very rare and could possibly be due to user error.

I love having the convenience of getting a digital signature. It saves a lot of time and money not having to chase someone down or schedule meetings to get signatures. That, in and of itself, is worth the cost, as it makes everyone's lives easier.

I can't think of anything. Everything seems to work as it should.

Using DocuSign is a breeze. They make it so easy to drag and drop file(s), create an address book of frequently used contacts, and copy/paste form fields for each signee. I can create a DocuSign within minutes and I get notified when the signatures are complete. The dashboard is also easy to read and follow up if the signature parties haven't signed yet.

I don't have anything negative to say about the product. For my use case of creating documents for others to sign, it's super easy and pain free.

Le service client ! Et attention il vous prélèvent alors que vous avez résilié depuis plus d’un an ! Faites attention si vous résiliez dire à votre banquier de bloquer les prélèvements DocuSign. Car ils ne reposent pas au téléphone et aux mails dans cette situation !

DocuSign is very user friendly and easy to use. I like how you don’t have to scroll to find the signatures it automatically finds the signature spots for you.

The least thing I like about DocuSign is that since it automatically takes you from different signatures on different pages it makes it harder to review the document in detail.

The legal tasks are already clarified so you don't need to put much effort there.

I don't like the fact that all critical documents are hosted by DocuSign.
Also the process to let users sign by mail by clicking a link is horrible in my point of view.

We train our users to not click on links in Mails but the fact this is a core element in this software makes it horrible for us in the IT.

Also by forwarding a mail another person can sign in your name is very bad.

The only con that I have thus far noticed, is the inability to properly expand how big you want the signature box to be. It goes out and in, but does not appear to have the ability to go from boxed shape to something more rectangular in nature.

Its quick and simple to use. When I have received documents this way, I can easily sign and send back for quick turn around process, it is easy to understand and use, feels safe and I can few documents right after completion.

I do not have any cons at all but if you need one, it doesnt give an opportunity to make a connection with any, simply view, sign and return. That really is the only con I can think of. If you have a question about something you have to call the sender, as I dont think there is a place to leave notes.
