I was so hopeful when my realtor sent me documents using DigiSigner because I thought it would be great for a user like me who rarely sends documents out for signatures since I can’t afford Docusign. I thought it would be a great fit because I never send more than three docs a month and there is long intervals between my need to send documents so I did not want to sign up for a monthly paid service. I was wrong, it’s just like the other services, free trial and forced paid services even for such few sends, terribly disappointed. And the receiver said it would not let him sign because he tried the day after my “free trial”,

BAIT AND SWITCH free trial and offer of less than 3 sends a month for free. It’s just like the rest they force you to pay monthly to only send a few times a year once the free trial ends your receivers can’t sign.

Sometimes the fields pull in a different order and I have to go through each template and make sure they are ordered the same so the API is able to read them. Also I really wish the presentation to the end signer was a little more polished (rounded corners versus square, etc) silly things but does give me pause before sending official documents to clients.

I love that the Free version of this site allows me to have full capability in sending documents for my clients to sign, and the site itself is intuitive and super easy to learn.

To be very honest I have not experienced a con of Digisigner. It does exactly what I need it to do. I only wish the free version allowed for 4 documents a month.

The product worked without any freezes or web page errors when needed it. I sell real estate and often clients send offer and are required to sign an official offer letter and do not have access to a printer and scanner. Having access to such products allows clients to sign and persons witness signatures on documents wherever they are in the world.

It is really convenient and accepted to many institution when it is used to sign a document. It is also quick.

Whenever you are using a phone or a Chromebook, it becomes tougher to sign. It needs you to use a cursor instead of touching the screen.

It's simple, effective, and it just works. Other form platforms are overly complicated. This one works very well, and is what I need. Also they free trials are flexible and fair so I was able to try the site before upgrading to Pro.

Takes a while to add the fields to the page (expected), but what's most annoying is trying to get my signature to fit on a line since it can't be stretched out of proportion. I had trouble with changing my payment method, but it eventually worked, and that seems to be the on their payment providers end.

How easy it was to set up . I was initially looking to have a way to have our clients automatically sign agreements. I came across them on Google in an article and decided to give them a shot. At first I didn't think it had that option but after I reached out to support I was told it was available after I upgraded. I would of signed up immediately if I knew it was there. It has worked flawlessly ever since!

I don't like the "Check box" part of the signer. It is very confusing. I also wish I could BCC a team member as the one we would BCC would not be client facing

I love the the product it is so easy to use and keeps everyone updated when it is all signed so I do not have to forward copies. I love now that I no longer have to covert documents to PDF before I up load - love the new feature where i can upload in word or excel. I use it all the time at work and decided I needed it for my personal use.

The pricing is fair and that is great but you also have a good trial period where you can experience the solution, cudos for that.

I miss the option to export the data in a document to .csv for example, or any other editable format (.xls) beacuse that option would save me a lot of time when extracting data from certain forms we need to be filled and signed. It's a big factor in my use case scenario and that is why the review is one star less than perfect.

I loved the ability to send my sign-in sheet to everyone at once and collect their signatures all in the same document. That would have been so convenient if the mythical "free version" actually worked the way I was told it would.

Frankly, I was lied to. DigiSigner indicated that the free version (VERSION, not trial!) allows for three document send-outs per month, which is why I was very excited to use it for our monthly safety committee meetings. A "your free trial has expired" email came in today and caught me by surprise. Nowhere was it indicated that these features I was using were "Pro" only. I wasted my time getting everything set up for our safety committee meetings, only to find out a week before our first one that I was lied to.

If DigiSigner had just been honest like all the other e-signature companies I looked up, and indicated plainly that there IS no free version, I wouldn't have wasted my time on getting everything set up for my safety committee meetings.
