Easy to install and run

No doubt! Hotelogix is definitely the best PMS on this planet!

I have been using this system for 5 years. I am very pleased with their support. Whenever I face any issue, they will assist me like a VIP. They regularly upgrade their system to enhance the features. They also put a lot of effort to make this system as user friendly as possible. Their online live support is very knowledgeable and responsive. They will try their best to solve your problem on spot. I would definitely continue to use their service as they are more professional than I expected.

Awesome Hotel booking system!

We carefully researched several hotel booking systems before we decided to go with Hotelogix and we are not disappointed. The staff were polite and very helpful in getting us set up which it seems was our biggest obstacle due to the fact that we had heavy bookings and our schedule was already almost completely full for our "high season". It took awhile to do this but now that we are working with Hotelogix we are so pleased with it because it's an awesome system, brilliant really, easy to work with and easy for our clients to make bookings all on their own. We can now see it is a tremendous advantage for us to have it. We are looking forward to a prosperous year with more bookings due to our transition to Hotelogix.

Wow am really impressed about the whole system because it really address all the question i asked from the trainer.i will say a big "ayekooo" meaning great work done.

A great solution that can be easily understood by any layman. It is feature rich but at the same time, it can be easily understood by anyone.

As a consultant, I find it very easy to train the hoteliers who otherwise finds most systems very complicated and takes months to understand. With Hotelogix it is few hours of training and they are ready to go.

Also the wonderful support program helps in case we are stuck at any point within few seconds of request.

We have been with Hotelogix for 1 year now. The program is easy to use and never has any down time. As an online system, it is available anywhere - even on iPad and iPhone. This also helps greatly if you are in an underdeveloped country where sometimes power failure can be an issue.

The set up was easy and staff of hotelogix very helpful. Customer support is great, and emails are answered in a speedy manner. I also like the constant updating and new features Hotelogix develops. In my opinion, one feature that would be a nice addition is a color difference for "paid rooms". I am sure Hotelogix will implement that feature shortly.

New Software is easy to use but, you should be very careful at every step.

Before Hotelogix we depended on a spreadsheet program and that was a nightmare. Rooms were constantly getting double booked or underbooked and we were losing money. Hotelogix has made operating our 23 room hotel such a breeze. No more double bookings! It helps us keep track of the housekeeping and it gives us the ability to make properly formatted customer invoices. I love how we can easily keep track of data for our repeat customers. Taking reservations and sending email confirmations all just a few clicks of the mouse. The user interface is so simple almost anybody that uses a computer could operate it.

Exceptional solution for small and medium hotels

As a specialized distributor of IT solutions to the moroccan market, we studied different solutions adapted to hotels in the local Market.

Good PMS system

We are using Hotelogix for 1 month, it's simple and easy to understand, I was looking into 5 different options and take several months for my election. Now we are using the PMS without problems and think to integrate with payment options later.

Cons:
I will like if I can handle hotelogix for to register the arrival time at work for the staff. That feature would be very helpfull for me.

I used the software but faced lots of problems in ease, money is costly also facing problems in channel manager. Now searching for other software. Also got to know about other software which is being used by many hotels and much more compatible and easy to use by the staff and more.

Works perfect for our small hotel

The features and functions are easy to use. You have access to your PMS from anywhere. The live support is a great help and you never have to wait long for a response. Our account manager is always helpful and assists anytime we are looking for ways to maximize the use of Hotelogix.

Freemium Free Premium

We tried using Hotelogix Freemium on our smallest property which only had 7 rooms and no breakfast. The setup was a bit disturbed since there was quite a load on our internet connection back then but other than that and some difference in terminology there were no difficulties. After a few months, the Freemium had proven itself to be a solid Premium product although it was FREE and to this day it remains solid and FREE.

A unified solution - perfect for a new hotelier

Before making our 40-room beach resort fully functional, we chose Hotelogix over other offline PMSs as it is a simple to use comprehensive solution that suits the requirements of reservations, restaurant management and booking engine for our website. Amidst all the chaos of launching a new property, having a system like Hotelogix simplified all aspects of management, so that we could focus on our hotel opening and take care of streamlining other things.

Hotelogix is a great software to manage your hotel

We have been using Hotelogix form more than 2 years now and it has been great. It is very handy to have a cloud system that you can access everywhere and anytime. The other great feature of Hotelogix is that you have the possibility to connect with all the mayor reservation webpage (such as booking, expedia) and all the reservation are placed automatically on the Hotelogix system and the availability update automatically. This save us a lot of time!

We have been using this product for more than 2 years and we have never had any problems at the technical levels. Quite the opposite: it is a software that works quickly and it is very easy to use. It has all the requirements that we need for the proper functioning of our business. In addition to being easy to use for the whole team. Back is a team of customer service that works 24 hours, in addition to being fast and very efficient.

Hotelogix has made it so much easier to operate. It is easy and straight forward. It is one of the best decisions we've made for our company. I am able to track all transaction as well as accurate timing with of our bookings. The software representatives are so helpful, especially my account manager. Hotelogix is the one ...

I have to admit that this project won my interest against several others (eZee Absolute, Anand Systems, Webrezpro to name a few ' even against Micros Fidelio). I'm not an expert on Hotel Property Management System software but i can say if a software is usable or not. And by not being an expert , I have an advantage on judging a software interface and usability.

Hotel logix experience

Once you have gone thru the training and set up the software, the system works great. I love being able to offer online reservations directly to my customers. Plus the the 2 way feed of direct booking with channels like booking.com to avoid double bookings with no hassle is time saving for me. Simplifies my life at the reception and phone area of the hotel. Well worth the initial time and investment to set up.

A great solution for our multiple properties

We started using Hotelogix for our first property in 2014. The functionality, user-friendiness of the program and customer service suits our hotel well. We liked it so much that we are now using it for all our 3 properties. They have some impressive features like touchscreen POS function and kitchen order ticketing which makes it convenient for our operations.

Why I choosed to use Hotelogix PMS

I have been scanning and trying some PMS for Okumah Hotels and I can confidently say Hotelogix is one of the best if not the best as it has all the interface I needed to make my job at the hotel very easy and efficient .I have been in the Hotel industry since 1996 and have used a number of PMS but I Like Hotelogix PMS.

It is a good cloud based PMS but support from the back end is not satisfactory.

I's a good product, but takes too long for them to fix any bugs or shortcomings. Documentation for training should have been more for advanced complex situations. No proper integration with accounting softwares like Quickbooks or else the support team takes it quite lightly. Otherwise, overall the product is good.
