We Travel has allowed me to manage my international wellness retreats with a secure electronic payment and booking system, with relative ease, at a very low and reasonable cost

Some of the advanced features require higher payment levels, but this is not a barrier

How easy it is to use. Great team and support. They also provide excellent research.

It is missing some operational functionality.

Its ease of use is great. The ability to have a webpage, an accounting and also the fact that emails are sent out for me when installments are due. I love the fact that all my accounting can be done through this system.

We don't have the availability to upload video's on our Itineraries.
We also cannot up load a contract that people can sign online.

Vorteile

I like the ease of use of the software, but what I appreciate most is the customer service. Not only are my questions answered promptly, they are always solution focused and friendly.

This is not the case with some of the other retreat sites I have worked with.

Nachteile

The only thing that has caused me challenges was that I can't add different hosts to the retreats that I run. They have a team function, but it's not the same thing.

It is easy to upload tour programs. And it clear to detail tour programs. Customers understand easily.

It is no possible to upload high quality of pictures.

I can track payments from all participants, and I can remind people to pay from my organizer dashboard. It was easy to set up the registration page for my school trip using WeTravel. Participants also paid easily through the registration page. Excellent customer support.

Nachteile

Focus more on trip planning, but no app yet during the trip itself (e.g. for communication with participants, to share photos). Probably good to add.

The enrollee field cannot be modified. Parents often fill out the form for their students. We want the students identified as the enrollee and the parent responsible for receiving and paying the bills.

Software is fine. Just wish I could've got someone on the phone when I had questions. I had to email and wait a couple days for a response

We had two start-up issues: 1. Involving a FAIR Merchant for Credit Processing while providing an option for direct (no charge) bank withdrawals ... AND WeTravel solved the dilemma with much value and merit!
2. A Travel Portal where we can handle our credits/debits with a charge card, all integrated into direct reports to QuickBooks. Again, WeTravel has the best opportunities for this challenge!

Nachteile

We did request an optimization to allow "contracted vendors" to be credited for their sales efforts. Currently, there is no differentiation in this process.

As we are based in Costa Rica, and all of our clients come from other countries, our payment platform sometimes blocks the client's cards and we can´t process the payment, We travel has been a great solution for this problem, and it is an excellent alternative to Paypal.

We Travel was super easy to set up and manage my retreats, and is easy for my clients to sign up for my retreats.

I wish it included a survey for after my retreat to ask for feedback.

This software program allowed a large dental school class to enter all necessary information and message group leaders prior to a mission/ service trip abroad. Excellent resource to access travel information.

Some forms of payment were very difficult with this program. We tried to send in checks or donations and that did not discount from the total price owed and made payments complicated

It's really easy to use (and whenever I've had questions the customer support has been great), saves me a lot of time, and is less expensive than other systems I used in the past.

It would be nice if they added more social features (e.g. photo sharing) and social media promotion of my retreats.

Intuitive user experience both for setting it up and for buying the trips. No issues at any point! I also like it that it is tailored for trips and that there are payment plans!

The one thing is that being international I was asked for a SSN, which I didn’t have. I had to talk to customer service To understand my options (very responsive), but it would have been nice to have the information more easily available.

We all are we happy using this software, is very easy to manage, design is really great and is very useful for international payments. Also is very important direct contact with ejecutive, support of Wetravel team is undoubtedly very good.

Easy to use and good customer support. I could create a trip and share it privately and then we could pay for everything together rather than having to work it out ourselves.

It would be great if they have "fundraising" features as Tilt, then it would be used more widely for other purposes of student events.

It would be nice if they allowed for a waiver to be part of the sign-up process for the trip. Other than that I can't think of anything.
