Immediate support
Outstanding support they were able to resolve my issues
Vorteile
Very punctual and helpful. Matters that needed to be fixed immediately that could of ruined my business if I had not been able to get the support when needed
Nachteile
Other then not being able to call them over the phone I was surprised to actually have a live agent respond quickly without me having to send an email and hope they respond in a day or two

It was a good deal till it started to cost more than others
We have been using Bokun for over 6 month now. At the beginning it seemed like a dream. Good pricing, instant chat and they actually made us think they were taking care of us.
Then we started to find issue and bugs in the system, issues that have been there for months, and they don't know how to answer. The pickup list display Room instead of pickup place meaning you have to open every single booking to know where you have to pick customers up. Passenger list is bugy aswell.
Bokun should stop trying to make websites for us and focus on the core business: the activities features
There should be a package option that let you offer a discount if customers book two or more activities.
Vorteile
Being a Tripadvisor company makes the integration with Viator good
Nachteile
It does not have a Package Creation Feature at all
Plenty of bugs and they don't even know when they will got them fixed
Backend seems from 15 years ago
The email options are a joke

Starting a subscription fee at the start of winter in a pandemic?!?
We are massively disappointed by the move Bokun has made from commission based bookings to a monthly subscription fee. This is the worst timing possible to release such a feature at the start of the winter season (most activity companies quite season) and during the COVID-19 pandemic when bookings are already low. With the additional option of paying for more additional features?? We put a lot of time and effort into Bokun setting up all our events. We will not be using there service again, we have now found a better/cheaper booking service.

Easy to use, used to be great for small businesses.
Nachteile
We had some issues with customers paying on the mobile phone through stripe on Bokun and has now become unaffordable for small businesses.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with Bokun's transition to a subscription-based model. Our Pro plan is currently free until the end of the month, after which it will cost $49 per month. Opting out of this plan shouldn't take more than a minute; it can be done easily in your account. You can always opt in and out seasonally, as subscription is on a monthly rolling basis.
We understand that this is a challenging time across the industry, and travelers can't wait to start booking trips and activities again. Our customers that use our widgets and website are seeing great conversion rates. We have invested in more sophisticated features for Bokun that we believe will help suppliers secure more bookings.

Great support for users
It has helped us to increase our business!

If I have any issues I can call or have a chat with Bokun representatives and they will try and sort out your issues step by step!
Nachteile
At first we did not know where to start however the more we used it the better we understand. Then there is the great support staff that have assisted us

Saved my lots of time and highly recommended for companies big or small

- Management of list of tour guests and ease of sharing details with the tour guides
- Managing availability of tours
- Management of team members
- Widgets for the website: this is a killer feature
Nachteile
It's not their fault but the biggest problem is that 1 Bokun account connects with only one Viator account. As we were venturing into multiple cities and looking at managing multiple Viator pages. That doesn't well. The suggested solution is to create a new Bokun account that is not convenient.

We just LOVE Bokun!
Incredibly easy to understand, it is designed in a way that makes it enjoyable to work with Bokun.

We are very pleased with bokun! Absolutely the best selection, knowledgable well trained staff available to assist anytime, never failed to deliver.
Nachteile
At first it was a little frustrating trying to make an initial connection and understanding of what it was and almost didn't order the service; but once the ball got rolling it was clear that this was our best choice. No cons worth to mention

Great value for money
We are using Bókun to keep track of our total number of passengers and nationality.
Vorteile
Easy to use and reliable system. The Bókun staff reply our questions fast and solve all problems quickly and accurately with personal service.
Nachteile
I would like to be able to customize the system to our tours and that is sometime not possible.
