Great for the price
Vorteile
Easy to use and good features for this price bracket. Nothing to install on technician side and small install for the computer you want to remote which can be done on the fly at time of support.
Nachteile
I have a subscription query but I've tried the live chat which just times out with no one responding and the emails from the account manager that say can be replied to have recieved no response.

The best thing about the software if the ability to integrate it into our website for clients to quickly and easily connect with our technicians.
Nachteile
The online platform seems significantly harder to navigate than the desktop client according to several of our technicians. Personally I find that to be true as well. The desktop client is just a bit cleaner in UI than the online version.

easy to use
i can easily connect my other store server with out any difficulty.
Vorteile
it is easy to work with ZOHO assist connect the system easily. As other platform are very costly and hard to use.
Nachteile
it take long time to connect with another system . Some times session keys get failed . when we have used seesion key even though it ask to select continue to work.

Good experience with this software. Easy to use and good value for the investment.
Vorteile
It's very easy to set up remote unattended computers. A simple download and install for Macs or PCs makes my life easier.
Nachteile
There desperately needs to be a native Mac version of this application (rather than browser only access to unattended computers). Please look into releasing a MacOS app.

it has all the functionality of competing remote access software and is affordable. I like the ease for installation and how quickly you can setup remote access on an endpoint.
Nachteile
So far nothing. It has everything we are looking for in remote access software. For our team it was a clear choice.

It is a decent piece of remote software, it does what it needs to do. Setting up remote sessions can be done simply.
Nachteile
Needs more functionality, remote speeds can be subpar at times even if both clients have good enough internet speeds.

Middle Range
This helps me remotely support users with IT issues.
Vorteile
I use Zoho Assist to remote access employee workstations. For a free piece of kit you cant ask too much and I dont, it does the job, its a bit clunky especially to initially get connected but otherwise its an okay piece of software.
Nachteile
The onboardingof a new remote connection is not ideal but for the cost (Nothing) i cant complain.
