It has a user-friendly interface that can be easily configured with easy accessibility to all information with simple clicks. Zoho offers a lot of customization options ,this ability to customize it to your needs makes it much easier to slot into your existing processes. It helps me to create various dashboards stats and see how their performance is for a particular time duration. Also a thing that i like about zoho is that it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of third-party applications which allows us to connect various systems and helps in enhancing overall productivity.
Nachteile
So far, I don't have any dislike about Zoho CRM but a thing i would like to add on is that some features are not easy to implement it requires some time and learning, which could be a challenge for new users and businesses with limited resources. Also the free and lower-tier plans offer basic functionality, which might not be sufficient for growing businesses.

Cost effective, customisable and backed with AI - Zoho C
I have been working on the backend where the data from Zoho CRM flows and sits into the database. So overall the experience is good, I took a bit time to learn the data flow inwards and outwards from this tool. The data coming from this tool needs to be simplified before we push it to netsuite and salesforce cloud

It comes with an integration support with other tools in the Zoho Suite as well the google suite. It is a good option for CRM for small and mid scale business. The UI is customisable as per needs and comes with an AI powered tool for automated recommendations
Nachteile
The customer support is limited and initial learning of the tool requires some technical training. The API exposure to the backend where the customer and sales data flows is also a bit limited

Mala, si lo hubiera sabido hubiésemos metido por ejemplo Odoo que es más barato y hay mas gente en España que sabe de este software, ZOHO en España tiene a un ingeniero de soporte y a dos personas y el resto es en India y UK.

La cantidad de cosas que teóricamente se pueden hacer.
Nachteile
El penoso soporte de su equipo.
La integración es necesaria hacerla con un partner, y no es barato, al coste de las licencias hay que sumarle el del partner y no sirve nadie por muchos conocimientos IT que se tengan ya que las particularidades de cada módulo son muchas y siempre se pierden muchos datos de tu antiguo sistema.

A CRM to consider for SMB's on a budget
Vorteile
For us, this is one of the most complete CRM platforms available. We usually recommend tis platform to SMB's who need a CRM platform, but still are not big enought to get Salesforce for example (and in some case this is all they'll ever need)
Nachteile
Maybe time needed to do the initial set-up, as everything needs to be changed and the default options are not always useful. The UI sometimes feel a bit clunky.

Overall a positive experience for the price we have paid for this tool. As more and more users are starting to use this tool, I expect to have better features developed in future.
Vorteile
Cost is most important feature and graphics made available makes the tool more pleasing then just crunching numbers everyday. As install base is growing, we are able to recruit team members who have used this tool in some way or shape in their past lives. Internet calling feature to protect our identity is a great feature.
Nachteile
Internet calling phone numbers sometimes show up as spam calling on customers cellphone which is concerning.

Overall I would rate the Zoho a 4.5/5 stars. Other than the visual appearance I'm all in!
Vorteile
What I like the most about Zoho is the customization available to completely make it your own. You have TONS of different Zoho Apps and Services you can integrate into your Zoho Dashboard that cover almost anything you can think of business related across all different departments. The part that I liked best is how Zoho is extremely user friendly and it's base functions can serve all your needs, but for those more advanced CRM fanatics Zoho really does pack a punch with extremely advanced features available to truly make it your own!
Nachteile
The biggest thing I don't like about Zoho is the visual appearance of the users interface. In my option it looks very outdated which gives the appearance initially that it is not capable of much. I think it is something that definitely needs an upgrade.

Robust when needed but ready to try the lightweight trial

The level of customization was intense but would be great for a larger, more developed organization that is using their CRM much more robustly.
Nachteile
I wasn't aware I went straight into the enterprise edition, which was so much more than we needed and actually prevented folks from wanting to get into the platform and play around. The free didn't offer the tiny bit of customization I needed so I now need to write a review to try out the standard. No worries, but wish I would have known more going into the trial.

Its ok, not great - working with many clients and tagging the with many prospects is not easy. Having emails that I send from outlook show up in Zoho was not easy to set up

Easy to use and affordable solution software for businessess globally
I am using this Software since last 1 year and we are also renewing for the next year as well because all our work is not automated just because of Zoho crm right from Marketing automation activities assigning leads to salespeople and in depth dashboard separately for sales and marketing teams with AI based insights as well.

I liked the dashboard analytics and AI features in the Zoho CRM, almost all the things have been automated by this crm software which are necessary to run your business and the solution price is also moderatte one not too low and not too high and customer support is also good.
Nachteile
User experience on mobile app can be better and they can reduce the pricing for the each add on feature

Zoho managed my data and made my whole organisation manageable, data when needed at my fingertips.
Vorteile
Zoho is easy to use, its easy to customise and to find your way around the data even if you do not have a lot of knowledge with CRM's.
Nachteile
What's not to like? Its hard to find bad points with software this good!

Really Simple Dashboard and Nice Huge Fonts
Dashboard is clean and airy and colorful. The fonts are nice and big wich makes contact finding nice and easy. It doesn;t feel overwhelimg even if it's a CRM.
Vorteile
I love the simplicity of the dashboard. The fonts are nice and easy to skim. Contacts are arranged nicely and leads are easy to find and categorise. The dashboard isn't too crowded to a point where you can't find what you are looking for. I love the relaxing color choice of pink and blue: It makes work nice and fun. I also love that there's lots of fields to work with when entering lead data which enables us to collect as nuch information about a client as possible and hence create customised business solutions for out clients. It's esy to see the status of each lead and notifications come quick and in a way that's not too obnoxious or alarming.
Nachteile
The navigation bar can be hidden and confusing. Somebuttons have a tendency to be slow and to load slowly. You may be redirected to n ad landing page on certain features which can be frustrating given the pressure of work.

Fantastic Small Business Tool
It's been great and has also helped me feel more comfortable with this type of software in general. The UI/UX is clearly built for small business owners, and it's been really great utilizing the multitude of features that the ecosystem provides.
Vorteile
Zoho enables us to scale our business efficiently with an all in one integrated platform. This makes it easy for us as business owners to create training modules for our teams as we're growing, something that can be a huge pain and consumption of time when using a ton of different solutions. Zoho has been great for us.
Nachteile
As a non-techy person myself, there are always difficulties learning new software, and for us it was the Zoho CRM that we launched with. But many online tutorials are available that made this easier.

I think Zoho CRM provides a great value. I find it easier to use than SalesForce, but powerful enough to do everything I need it to.

Fantastic For Employee Tracking And Performance
Overall it's such a versatile and amazing program, I feel it's a must have for any business large or small!! We don't use the sales tracking and such often, but I know from friends in other fields that is yet another amazing feature of zoho!
Vorteile
We mainly use Zoho to track employee performance. It is wonder in that regard! It's insanely easy to send coaching emails from within zoho itself directly to our contact center representative. It is equally successful at tracking PIP, Coaching, attendance, calls and meetings. We also use it to track employee attendance with ease.
Nachteile
My biggest complaint is both a blessing and curse. They constantly update, which is fantastic! But some of those updates removed features I enjoyed using.

Overall my experience with Zoho CRM has been very positive. There are many positive aspects that can help any team excel . The AI powered Atomated Sales Assistant Zia is also a great feature

Two things I liked the most about Zoho CRM is the AI powered Sales Assistant Zia which has helped me analyze quicker and second the way I was able to Analyze and find a pattern on my member's interaction at multiple touchpoints
Nachteile
I was not able to perform a lot of customization probably because I have not explored all the customizations that is possible.
