ZOHO CRM review.
It wasn't good. If I learn that a company is using it, I aggressively encourage them to switch because using almost ANY other technology may help you become far more productive and lucrative in addition to saving a ton of money.
Vorteile
Primarily because it allows you to tailor its features to meet your business objectives, ZOHO CRM is incredibly user-friendly. It is really simple to use and has an excellent interface. It's a great tool for managing your client relationships because it lets you stay on top of things like managing leave, attendants, sales, and customer tracking continually.
Nachteile
pretty much everything of it. You must upgrade in order to use the platform's other features, which include adding more expensive Zoho tools to your portfolio like SalesIQ, Campaigns, and other features. The workflow component is highly incongruous and lacking in intuition. Due to its outdated interface, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century when compared to competing platforms that employ real workflows.

Overall I can say that when you have business in local and revenue generating is not much higher than this zoho CRM is best.

My most favourite things on this software is zoho office suite.
It makes all characteristics of this software more easily usable.
Nachteile
Advanced features are only available for higher paid users.
For small to mid size businesses cannot paid that such amount.

Not the Best, But Pretty Solid
It's a good tool but the user interface is a bit complicated.

1. Facebook ads lead form disconnected multiple times without any reason.
2. Lead doesn't show up in real-time, meaning it takes a couple of minutes or hours to show on the CRM.

Commendation for Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM, looks a perfect tool for me. I was really amazed of it's features and tools inside as this easy to understand, easy to navigate and even the first time user can also navigate due to it's user-friendly environment. I am looking forward to be a future paying customer to Zoho.

WHat I like the most about Zoho CRM is that I was amazed that Zoho has also integrate in social media sites which is I initially used Zoho Inventory. I definitely purchase Zoho when handling my clients social media sites and inventory in the future.
Nachteile
What I like the least about Zoho CRM is that probably I need to extend the free trial from it's 14 days to 1 month.

Très peu intuitif, interface pas du tout user-friendly
Achat inutile et beaucoup de temps perdu à essayer d'adapter l'interface zoho a notre activité, après des semaines de temps et d'argent perdu à essayer de configurer le CRM nous recherchons d'autres solutions.
Le suivi client a été catastrophique depuis l'achat. le logiciel est si compliqué à utiliser que même une développeur professionnel spécialiste de zoho ne aprvient pas à configurer notre palteforme suffisament pour que l'on puisse l'utiliser efficacement au quotidien

le prix est correct face à d'autres CRM, on comprend pourquoi en commençant à le configurer

Cette interface est extrêmement peu intuituive, cela fait des semaines que nous travaillons avec un développeur spécialisé pour adapter zoho CRM à notre activité, et nous découvrons chaque jour de nouveaux problèpmes qui rendent impossible l'utilisation de ce CRM au quotidien pour notre entreprise. l'interface est triste et moche, elle a beaucoup trop d'informations inutiles.
Même en faisant le tri dans toutes ces données inutiles on a toujours l'impression d'utiliser un logiciel qui a 15 ans de retard tellement le design est basique et peu "user friendly"

Powerful CRM for Small/Growing Sales Operations
Zoho has produced a huge amount of value for our business. Our work involves a lot of prospecting and active sales handling for each B2B lead. We used to do everything manually on Excel, but once we moved to Zoho, a lot of our sales actvities are now automated. We have automated reports, A/B tests for automated sequences, and a clear pipeline and activity dashboard to track all of our activities. I can wholehartedly say that it's defitiely moved our sales operations to another level.
Vorteile
Zoho has all the features you need to manage the A-Z of your sales operations. The automated workflows and sequences have been especially helpful for us because it used to take forever to send our opening sales emails to hundreds of prospects, whereas now, we don't ave to spend a single second to send these emails, and they're standardized and have automated reports on their performance. This alone has probably saved us a dozen hours each week from sending them manually.
Nachteile
It was difficult for us to get off the ground in the beginning, we even questioned whether it was actually going to be the right fit because of that. It might be good to have better onboarding to get ahead of that.

Has all the functionality of the big competitors
Vorteile
Having used and implemented the big competitors, I can confidently say that Zoho CRM does everything a small or mid sized business would need. Many people in my space overpay for their CRM and the only reason they won’t switch is they’re overwhelmed by the thought of moving all their data and redoing any automated workflows.
Nachteile
Nothing that I can think of. I am not a power user of a CRM but it works.

It was a good experience unitl the issues started and had to keep being addressed. Overall I would still say it is a great crm system if they can fix the bug and keep things going.

I enjoyed it at first because it was simple to use. It was also very easy to train others to use.

After a few weeks of using Zoho it began to freeze and have connection issues. It made it difficult to use because everyday it had to be restarted and check for issues.

Dishonest people, They just wasted time tool 3 weeks to respond and than told me it was passed due. if it wasn't upfront 1 year payment i would move my company, i will probably move to somewhere else as soon as times up.

too much tabs, unnessary steps, untrained support staff don't know much and always have to refer to somebody else. One of them accepted to honor refund as per their terms and condition within 30 days, and then wasted 3 weeks to response only to be told it is passed the 30 days.

Very useful and positive! In workflow management, the design of Zoho is better and plentiful simpler than any other CRMs. We have widely used varying from the cheapest ones for delivering clients-related issues with the help of Zoho. It has also offers all the standard functionality, and progress-flow management and navigation are simple inside this CRM portal.

Based on my designation and roles in IT, I liked the Zoho CRM Portal the most. Whenever I used the first time I was astonished that this business management software was different in comparison with others as well as managed by all businesses of the different sizes of enterprises in this era. With the help of this automation software, I can easily assign, manage, track, finalize, etc. the different types of tasks in the software development field. The most amazing thing is that it's a solid automation platform for small as well as small businesses.

The Complexity has an issue with ZOHO CRM. Many people don't know how to use these services. Need to take a Webinar about this product like advantages, how to use, business logic, implementation & integration in cloud computing.

It's a no-go for me
If you absolutely can't use another CRM, then go with this, I guess, but be aware that it will be a very long process to learn to use it.

I have nothing to share, I genuinely dislike everything about this CRM. The abundance of things overwhelm a first time user.
Nachteile
Organization, ease of use in general and the incredible abundance of functions that offers that are just there... It seems the sky is the limit but the most basic stuff it does wrong. You want a simple template that shows all relevant information for a client without fishing every corner of the screen for it or going away of the initial page to get all the relevant data. Seriously don't recommend.

Over the years, Zoho CRM has really gained popularity in our organization. It offers a range of benefits at a really affordable price. It has really elevated our sales, marketting and customer service aspects to greater heights. We have been able to maintain our long time clients and attract new one. We can now comfortably say our clinic has grown courtesy of Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a tool that we have found quite critical in the management of our sales, marketing and customer service aspects of our business. It's setup and implementing process is uncomplicated and comes with a user friendly interface which simplifies the utilization experience. Being a web based app it is compatible with our computers and even available in a mobile app making it's accessibility such a breeze. We have experienced lots of benefits from Zoho CRM. From being able to connect with our customers through the various channels. It provides emailing for easier record keeping of responses from email, calling through the telephony feature that allows us to schedule calls and follow up with clients through calls and social media where we are able to manage our different page profiles and check on clients feedback. Also we are able to segment customers for ease of recording and appointment scheduling. Events management is easy, we are able to invite clients to any events from the customer database. Lastly Zoho CRM perform deep analysis on the different facets of the business and generate reports that help us track progress of the business
Nachteile
Honestly Zoho CRM is a blend of lots of benefits. I really have nothing against it

La semplicità di aggiunta contatti/aziende. Molto intuitiva e semplice. L’interfaccia utente è molto intuitiva.
Nachteile
Nulla in particolare. Forse la formazione iniziale è necessaria per prendere un po’ la mano ma dopodiché è intuitivo.

A good CRM at a good price for midsize organizations
It was the first CRM we chose as a team for its integrations and price, and it haven't let us down. We've been with Zoho for 3 years now, and it has done its job very well. However, as we grow we fell we need more features that Zoho doesn't bring... but it's great for starters
