Contatntly locking up and taking hours out of the users day to get resolved. No support after hours costing clients more money. The higjer the price has gone the less reliable the platform has become . Very diappointing.

Needs more customization options for reporting, invoices, etc. Selection of customers and projects often takes several tries before the drop-down menu selection works.

What I like most about QuickBooks is that once you get used to the system and it's workings it does make things easy to use. I can always personalise what I need and delete out those things I don't to make processing payroll that much easier.

What I like most about QuickBooks Online is the ease of access from wherever I need to access it as well as all approved users being able to access online rather than having to be in our office on our server.

This actually makes it difficult to use being an accountant and also gives clients the idea they can do it all by themselves. And then I have to clean it all up for them, which takes much longer, and I end up charging them more than if I had just done it myself.
