The Best Ticketing tool
Zoho desk is one the most ticketing tool which I have ever worked. It's easy to use and great features. I will recommend to use this one.

Vorteile
I don't remember - hadn't have a change to explore. The overall impression is clean UI and nice ticket management.
Nachteile
The one thing that I don't like is that there is no Jira integration of Zoho desk and we can't manage our users by organizations. There is no analysis report for the users as well.

The helpdesk is more affordable that others available. It's integrated into other ZOHO services so could be good when all linked up.
Nachteile
Not easy to pick up and go. There are a lot of different settings and a lot of them are hidden and seems a bit long winded to change some things. Few bugs too.

reasonable price, I like the look and feel of the site. I like that it integrates with cam and invoice programme.
Nachteile
It is quite complex at first. The multiple user licence can make it a bit hard to manage and you have to be careful who you roll it out to.

Excellent service!
Vorteile
Design and that supports 10 free users. Also, they support a lot of features which other similar help desk apps do not supports. And most importantly, they support the Spanish language.
Nachteile
The UI should have more colors, can't determine sections cause it seems to have all with the same colors.

Easy to navigate, very user friendly. Dashboard helps monitor tickets logged and assists us with finding trends.
Nachteile
I know companies have to charge for software's, and I appreciate the trial period to test it out, but I wish the trial period were longer.

Full feature customer support system - I have looked at other system before and could not have all this available in one package at this price

A few glitches here and there - Couldn't get the Form widget to display properly at first and had to debug

Nachteile
Per agent fee. Limited Data Centre, only in US and Europe. Lack of wizard to do a setup to be able to immediately start using the software.

The software was very easy to configure and implement. It was literally turnkey. The pre-built reports are great.
