É um dos softwares da Microsoft mais fáceis de se usar, só perdendo pro Word (mas com propósitos de uso completamente diferentes, claro). É possível criar apresentações mais simples, com modelos pré-definidos pelo próprio programa ou criar algo do zero, com design e animações totalmente personalizadas.

Nachteile

Alguns recursos de animações do software estão um pouco desatualizados (poderiam ter recursos de animações mais modernos).

E' abbastanza immediato, e le funzioni si padroneggiano in poco tempo con un minimo di applicazione. E' possibile utilizzare il programma anche per impaginare volantini e brochures oltre che per presentazioni multimediali.

Il menu è un po' dispersivo, soprattutto all'inizio. Bisogna farci l'abitudine. Alcune funzioni danno l'idea di non essere proprio a portata di mouse.

Il y a de plus en plus de modèles qui facilitent et accélèrent la création de nos présentations. Tous mes derniers projets professionnels (et en étude) ont été réalisés avec PowerPoint.

Pour s'améliorer, les ressources disponibles vidéos/articles sont souvent réalisés par des tiers. Microsoft n'enrichie pas suffisamment ses supports pour montrer et expliquer les fonctionnalités de leur logiciel.

Non uso PowerPoint per il lavoro attualmente, ma l’ho usato moltissimo in passato per ogni tipo di presentazione. La facilità di aggiungere immagini e video, testo e animazioni permette di accompagnare qualsiasi discorso si tenga con slide che aiutino ed integrino quello che si vuole dire.

Non sempre è facile arrivare al risultato desiderato e i file possono essere molto pesanti se se ne lavorano moltissimi.

As a blogger I am very particular when it comes to the creativity and powerpoint is certainly a dependable option to create compelling presentations. I have been using it for last 2 decades or even more and love the way it has embraced the advanced technology. Especially I like the features like animation options, and templates which help me to add a fine layer of creativity to my presentations quickly and without putting into too many efforts.

Nachteile

In my opinion there should have been more advanced ways to edit images in powerpoint as graphics play the central part in any presentation. The standard image editing options feel insufficient when we want to prepare absolutely unique presentations.

I think the features that are most impactful are offline editing and presenting because it's a game changer. It let's me utilize the software even with little resource. And with little resource I mean limited internet. The product is easy to use and it has a help page which is beginner friendly. My transition from being a high school to college student is easier with the help of this software for reportings and club meetings. Even now that I'm a freelance web designer, I use MS PowerPoint to pitch my ideas to clients. What I like most about MS PowerPoint is it's user friendly interface.

I think the software can add a feature to convert a document to a presentation automatically without manual presentation making where you type the text one by one. The saving feature can be improved in a way that aside from automatic save, it can do a saving option or sharing rather on messaging apps for convenience. There are no aspect of the products that are difficult to use and the intergration with existing business proccess is not difficult and I believe in second chances so even when I encounter problems I try again.

Le transfert du .pp entre ordinateurs peut occasioner des problèmes. Si vous utilisez des polices spéciales dans vos diapositives et qu'elles ne sont pas disponibles sur un autre ordinateur, votre présentation risque de ne pas être tel que vous la vouliez. Vous pouvez également rencontrer des problèmes avec les cartes VGA ou les câbles HDMI, ainsi que des problèmes de connectivité d'adaptateur et de projecteur. Les modifications ne sont pas automatiquement enregistrées. Vous devrez appuyer sur Ctrl+S ou utiliser le bouton en haut à gauche à chaque fois que vous souhaitez enregistrer les modifications. Votre travail acharné et vos données seront perdus si votre ordinateur s'éteint de manière soudaine.Les templates proposés sont aussi très vieillots...

What I like the most is that Power Point allows you to create amazing presentations with or without having enough creativity or time. It may be a little confusing at first, because it has a lot of functions and tools, but once you start creating with it, you start experimenting with all the tools it has. I love that it allows you to work offline, so when you have a work, but you don’t have wifi, you can start working on your works, or even complete them there!

- Ever since I've been using MS PP even in my high-school years. And so far, it is still my chosen tool for presentation purposes.- Audio and Video integration is a breeze. I have lots of fun tweaking this feature since I've used it.- Slides has just gotten robust over time. Now, you can insert images and other media files from the online repository - not available years and years ago.- User friendliness, is out of the question. Though, I advise you not to be lazy in learning things. On it's own, it's already easy to use. - It has other media integration too. Such as quizzes from Articulate 360 or Captivate.

- Bugs and glitches. Happens occasionally that ruins the ride.- Compiled files that needs to be presented outside of the home pc gets corrupted and non-operational. So, my suggestion, always bring with you the native files as much as possible.- Some of the templates might be boring for some, as it has not been revamped cohesively. You might need to squeeze-in some creative juices in some of your presentation projects.

Para quienes no han hecho curso de presentaciones efectivas o motivacionales, al misma herramienta te va dando sugerencias de diseños atractivos. Si guardas tus plantillas puedes hacer una ppt en 5 minutos.

Falta poder darle más dinamismo a la presentación, existen páginas web con las que se pueden hacer ppt con movilidad de la misma presentación no de los objetos de esta; pero estas páginas en la red corporativa casi siempre están bloqueadas, sería muy bueno que se pudiera realizar con herramienta de microsoft.

I like the software available in desktop, iPhone, and iPad. I believe that the software integration has the nice foundation to merge with other software. In one example, I am able to download the slides using the iPhone and iPad. When I view the slides, I recognize that the presentation in digital devices are nice. The slides contain the notes section, thus I can read the notes when I make the presentation.

Nachteile

I do not like the software as there are glitches which could happen when the software makes the updates. The animation features in the software could glitch sometimes as I have include pictures in the slides. Sometimes, the user is unable to download the presentation slides when the WIFI disconnects.

This software is very good at producing a consistent product. The way it is designed, it is very easy to use for pretty much anyone, whether they are very tech savvy or not. It is very effective at creating presentations. It really requires almost no effort at all, but the way all of the templates are designed, it looks like you really went out of your way to put in the most effort.

Aunque hago uso de otros software para realizar presentaciones, sé que PP, es una herramienta que nunca falla, y siempre está ahí cuando las demás no me dan los resultados que necesito.
Trabajar sin conexión, las plantillas que presenta, la articulación con otros programas que uso, su popularidad, la cantidad de formatos con los que se puede producir, entre otras cosas, hacen a este software, una buena opción.

En algunos aspectos, como contenido, edición de imágenes, textos, entre otras cosas, tienden a ser muy conservadores, y no tan actualizados.
Otros programas se acoplan muy bien a la actualidad, pero este, sigue conservando varias opciones que han quedado en el pasado.

One of the features I like the most about this software is that, one is not limited. There are countless tools which are incorporated, making it possible to enhance my work. I also love the fact that I am able to make changes to my slides at a later stage. I pride myself with presenting eye-catching slides so it helps that there are countless designs to choose from. There is even a voice-over option for those people who might want to present a lesson without actually being in class.

The way you can do your presentations and the link with the other Microsoft softwares, like Excel, is just incredible. It's easy to use and even the hardest things, like the animations and charts, are just simple. The user has plenty of options to edit the presentation.

The weakest point is that it's not collaborative, two or more people cannot work at the same time on the same file which in today's companies it should be a must.

Powerpoint is ubiquitous, meaning I can work on a presentation, share the file, let another person edit, and then present my file with seamless integration. Everyone knows how to use all of the highly intuitive tools and the internet is loaded with FAQs and customer support services for any and all needs. I love that most of the image editing and text editing can be done in-software for almost all of my needs, and the program itself is very efficient.

Nachteile

I love powerpoint, but there is some room for improvement when it comes to image editing. The AI/tools are not as robust as the high-end image editing platforms, and as computing power and speeds are getting more advanced, we are beginning to expect some more in-depth options on this front.
