I love the AI features to help enhance your projects. Visme are always improving and adding new helpful features to make creation time faster. The editing tools are also very helpful in creating images for projects outside of visme.

Nachteile

I do not dislike anything about Visme so i'll share some of my wishes for future improvements instead. I would like to see more detail on the activity dashboard and exporting to other formats to edit offline. I would also like to be able to create animated videos where I can create a scenario and the mouths of the charter nove based on my prompts.

Lots of high-quality templates to choose from, though they are not easy to search.

I don't understand why anyone would choose this software when Canva and AdobeExpress are out there. The interface is clunky, the design tools are limited, and the rendering is also limited.

Each feature in Visme is incredibly intuitive. It does what you expect without 9 extra steps. I also appreciate the community forum - developers listen to our needs/requests and we get a chance to test out new features & give feedback! The customer support is great.

Visme is a user-friendly tool that allows me to produce professional quality presentations, coursework & promotions at a cost that is affordable.

Nachteile

I have no complaints! Any time I have a concern or question, customer service and/or the Visme Community helps me through it!

Vorteile

Visme allows me to roll several tools into one and lets my content stand out among others in my industry. My brand has a certain "look" that Visme allows me to maintain throughout all my content.

Updates and upgrades come out so fast, it's hard to keep up! (if you count that as a drawback)

Visme is easy to use, and it is constantly introducing new features that help enhance the projects that you are creating. Visme also has several templates to choose from to help get you started with your project. Finally, there is a large library of media content that can easily be added to your project.

Nachteile

Often I create the content using my original ideas and materials, but because music audio is used from the Visme library, the overall project is subject to Visme's use policy.

I love how easy it is to download and integrate content into our website. I love the look of it and how fun it is!

Nachteile

It is very difficult to manage some aspects of the system, specifically resizing if the background (project size.) There was a resize button that allowed me to resize the project; however, it has been replaced with an AI option that does NOT work properly. When using AI to resize, it creates an entirely new project and doesn’t copy assets over the same. Resizing is a nightmare and I desperately want the resize button back. I’m also have reached out twice about this issue for help and have received no response whatsoever.

I think that the video/social aspect of the system is a little behind. Presentations and flat designs are top notch, but I dont find that the video feature and the sizing for things like reels, etc. are as high caliber or easy to export as other design software competitors.

Visme is so easy to use. You don't have to have any working knowledge of Photoshop, inDesign, or illustrator to make beautiful graphics, flyers, brochures, or even animated ads!

Nachteile

The video creation tools are a bit cumbersome and it's not always easy to swap out elements in the video templates. Also, when there is an issue with the tool, it may take a few days for their support team to fix it.

I liked that there was a format to make more interactive presentations, the main reason for my initial purchase.

Nachteile

I did not like their image options, their templates were rather sterile and corporate and their audio recording options were limited. BUT most importantly their online app was unreliable and would crash regularly. Canceling their plan was also complicated and confusing. I was billed when I thought I had canceled and their customer service was Shi*. There is no phone number and they would not refund me even though I was not using their program any more.

My team and I have been using Visme to make content for our company's intranet. The graphic and photo library has been super helpful to use, as well as the editing tools. It is much easier to resize images than how we used to edit photos in photoshop, and the animations that come with some of the graphics make out content more dynamic. It is powerful tool that is fairly easy to use! I was initially the only person using Visme, but once I showed my team its capabilities, everyone wanted a subscription.

Nachteile

There are glitches that happen when using the product sometimes. Ex: cutting and pasting with sometimes double paste what you want as well as the previous text you had pasted. And sometimes when you are working, the site can crash, and you have to refresh the page. These are inconveniences that do not prohibit work but can being aggravating at times.

I find when I design a presentation in vise, I have memo options to make it looks much better than if I design it anywhere else. The graphics and animations are above the rest.

Nachteile

People I work with don't love when I use vise because they need an account o go in and make any edits. As a non-profit it is too expensive to create multiple accounts, so we have to transfer my work out of visme for others to collaborate.

Vorteile

I can count on excellent templates for thought-starters. Their layouts, graphics and even texts are usually spot-on and saves me mountains of time. This is a platform that partners with you. They offer so many excellent templates for ANY kind of marketing and presentation. I'm astounded every time they come out with more offerings - they truly are making a difference in this game.

In the beginning, the support was a bit slow, probably due to the time-difference. But, once we connected and talked through the issues I was having, my projects have become a breeze.

Visme goes well-beyond what other infographic/graphic design platforms offer. We have been able to build resources that function similar to a microsite and place a quick link within our main company website that is utilized by both internal and external people to conduct daily business. These resources were not available prior to bringing Visme into our tech stack and now serve thousands and thousands of people, providing precious resources in a convenient manner. The best part of all... it was easy to do, looks FANTASTIC, and is a great user experience for our audiences being served.

There are random "glitches" that occur which provide minor disruptions, but in the same respect, the Customer Support team has been very responsive.

At times (not often) Visme encounters some issues when using the software. Sometimes certain functions and capabilities do not work, and the program needs to be closed and re-opened. However, each time we reach out to Visme, we have had excellent customer service.

Support based in the US for European clients : It would be great to have support based in Europe to avoid time zone differences. At times, platform bugs slow down our work, and we end up waiting an entire day for a response

What I like most about Visme is the ability to put together presentations easily. It also has the benefit that multiple collaborators can edit at the same time.

Another point in its favor is the ease of receiving support in case of possible problems.

What I like least about visme is how slow it works, even if I use a laptop with an i7, 32 RAM and a graphics card it still works slow, its performance is very bad.

Another negative point of Visme is the management of uploaded files, for example, if you want to download multiple PDF presentations you cannot, you have to download them 1 at a time. Also, if you want to clean your image file, you will have to be very patient, in our workspace we have more than 10 gigabytes of images loaded, and if you want to clean up old files, you will have to be very patient, as I mentioned before , the charging performance is very bad.

Visme is an amazing tool for content creation! As the digital marketing manager of growing company, having amazing templates and great stock photos and videos is absolutely essential. The high quality of the assets and templates saves me time and improves the quality of the content that we have to produce!

Editing is a bit trickier in Visme compared to Canva, which has a lot of AI capabilities that are very easy to use. I find myself editing in Canva and then uploading in Visme to use the better templates, stock photos, and other assets.

Over the past few months, it seems like it's gotten 'buggy'. I have a tough time updating widgets and often have to click on the widget several times before it opens to edit. I have sometimes had to close out of my project and open it again to get everything to work. It's frustrating and adds time to my process for sure.

Visme is my go-to content creation tool for flyers and alternative presentation slides. I say "alternative" because I am often forced to use PowerPoint but desire slides that stand out from other presenters. The templates for flyers make it a breeze to create high-quality advertisements when I am in a hurry.

Nachteile

For my use-case, the animations on slides I create in Visme do not always translate well to PowerPoint, but I have learned how to negotiate this when creating decks in Visme. Overall, I have nothing negative to say.

I really like their templates which are accompanied by well written how to articles explaining the use case for a template. I like that the tool can be used for many different use cases like presentation, sales, social media, learning, courses, etc. I like that the company is constantly innovating and adding new feature like AI integration.

The only thing I don't like that not enough people are familar with the tool and it is challenging to get new people to want to use it. I think Visme could improve their video library like other competitors as things move more toward video.
