Useful for presentations!
Vorteile
I use powerpoint to present presentations to my clients, especially when I am pitching an idea for their wedding. It's a pretty simple tool and has nearly everything you would need for a presentation!
Nachteile
I wish that there was a way to access your presentation from a device other than your computer, but that's okay! I just email it to myself and I can open it pretty much anywhere.

What i like most about Microsoft powerpoint is the amount of ability you have to create an amazing powerpoint. A lot of these outlines already created on powerpoint are very helpful and make working on projects a lot easier.

Powerpoint gives you the best presentations, its very easy to use and comes with many options and file formats such as pdf

Firstly powerpoint is easy to use and makes presentation more interesting, I can also upload images and videos when I need them and customize each side to be different from the other. Presentation flow is also very impressive

Consistent and Reliable
PowerPoint is an essential program that is reliable and consistent through upgrades and changes. You always know what you are going to get.
Vorteile
Powerpoint has been my go to presentation platform for as long as I can remember. It is easy to use and despite updates and upgrades its features feel consistent and reliable.
Nachteile
Sometimes I struggle with the ability to use more advanced editing features to make presentations less "stock like" and more creative. It would be nice to add more design feature to 'spruce' up presentations.

It has an ease of use and quite an intuitive layout in which the basics of the program can be quickly learned for new users. Its very user friendly and get the job done.
Nachteile
There seems to be a lack of pre-made themes that can be used for presentations. Although some of theme seem very businesslike I think there should be an increase in business casual themes for school projects.

Ease of use, all that is required to create a presentation is a basic understanding of a few program features.
Nachteile
I wouldn't say there are any huge "cons" with the program, rather there are negatives when using PowerPoint in general. For instance, presenters can often find themselves getting too creative with the effects and features of the program, and thus lose the audience.

When looking for a specific tool, it is sometimes hard to find it the tabs. I can spend minutes looking for what I need and the search function is too annoying and requires a bit of effort, especially when you just want to find something quickly.

Whenever I need to make a presentation I use PowerPoint, it is pretty flexible and it has many features to make a high level result. There is even the chance to integrate a video inside the presentation, that I find very useful.

Sometimes I get confused, since there are many options to interact with the software, it is not basic at all.

Using PowerPoint for Poster Presentation
Vorteile
It was somewhat easy to use when preparing for a poster presentation for symposium. Was using the browser version versus the actual application. Everything was true to size when zoomed-in to 100%, and nothing came out blurry when printed out on a 42 inch poster paper.

Some images were out of screen when inserting onto the slides
Printed out my things with the underlined incorrect word red squiggles
Does not notify when multiple people are on the slide editing at the same time

What I like most about this software is its templates and endless options it has to make your presentation visually appealing. Lots of software do not have that so I always prefer working with PowerPoint because of it.
