It is a great tool for making presentations of all kinds. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Free your imagination to make the presentations to your own way.

It contains the formats that its brother Microsoft Word uses. It allows greater adaptability of documents.
It is easy to use and its PPT format is compatible with a wide variety of applications. Making presentations has never been so easy.
Nachteile
Requires previous experience. Format errors can occur with images that cause them to lose quality or be deformed.

One of the biggest advantages, is that it is so commonly used that it is familiar to everyone. It easily coordinates with other Microsoft products, and, of course, I get it for free.
Nachteile
Although this is not really a problem for me, every once in a while I would like to share a slide through social media. Unfortunately, PowerPoint cannot accommodate this.

There are other programs out there that do the same thing but why fight it? Use the universal tool that everyone else uses. I've tried to talk others into trying other products but it usually doesn't end well.
Nachteile
The cost of Microsoft software is always an issue...the main issue. Versioning issues are beginning to surface more and more as well.

Aaaah sad but true only thing I dislike about PP is redeeming stolen password. new encyrption does not allow to crack password. Although helpful but sometimes it forces loss of data.

I like the fact that you can create amazing slides, presentation with lots of effect. You can also include graphics, pictures and get to pitch your idea nicely without boring people with words alone.

If its possible for the MB size to not be too much inrespective of having lots of graphics to ones slides /presentation. Outside this, i love powerpoint.

Power point has been a great resource for giving presentations, which I do in my job often! I like that it has evolved with the times, and it is easier to include pictures now.

It still is a bit outdated in some of its formatting. Other software like Prezie feel a little more millennial and up to date with functionality.

I really like how Power Point has come a long way. I work for a non-profit and sometimes I have to do presentations for different groups and I want to make them different. I need to do them very quickly and I love how easily it is to go step by step and insert what I want.

Overall, it was very easy to use and create a presentation that was well-received.

Powerpoint is an industry-standard. It is easy to create a presentation and share it with others. It offers a variety of templates that met almost any desired presentation.
Nachteile
While there are a variety of templates, I wanted to slightly adjust a few of the background pictures to make it more in line with the theme of my presentation. I was stuck to use the template photos.

PowerPoint is a staple for presentations. It has a lot of great features and is cross-platform compatible.
Nachteile
It is so universal that sometimes the presentations don't feel as fresh as I wish they were. The same animations are used throughout many presentations and it is a little tough to customize things to make a presentation really stand apart from others.
