I found it very easy to use and most of clients did as well. You can easily upload files, track progress, and more all within one platform.

Nachteile

We first joined shortly before the switch from Basecamp 2 to 3 and there were a lot of growing pains with that. Some of the Adminland features are a little tedious, such as assigning members projects.

I really like that I am able to communicate with all of the other staff member easily and and can go back on that communication to see what was said if I need to.

There's not much I don't like, overall it is a great app

Basecamp is a great free to use PMS for personal use. And extremely cheap for company use as well!

It covers everything you need in a PMS for project management. Very easy to use implementation and you can always share documents through the platform.

It has limited functionality. I.e., you cannot program additional functions or sequences.

I have been used Basecamp about 10 months span and I love it because of it's specifications and interface. Really easy to train my team as well as to communicate. Even a new user can understand rapid. sharing informations and schedules to team timely manner is most cherishable thing especially small team as ours.

Docs and info which shared can be viewable, But there's no room to download or save them collectively.
