live chat support and file management are my most favourite feature in basecamp.Files are kept in one place .Particularly beneficial for virtual teams.Every project has a Document and Files section,which makes it simpler to locate older files.

Even though we do not now have time monitoring,we are continully working to make it better.It can't archive topics that are no longer be used .By archiving them,you may reduce clutter without having to remove subjects that might prove helpful in the future.

We sometimes encountered bugs (pages not fully loading for a whole day etc) but it was often solved quickly. The CS team was always helpful & fast with those issues.

I also experienced occasional performance lags, particularly when the platform was accessed by multiple users simultaneously. Lastly, the pricing structure felt a bit on the higher side compared to some competitors. Despite these shortcomings, Basecamp remains a solid collaboration tool, but it could benefit from addressing these areas of improvement to further enhance the user experience.

Basecamp is easy to use. I am only a user on Basecamp and tasks are assigned to me, but I do like that I have a one-stop-shop when it comes to outstanding tasks for ongoing projects. It allows me to keep track of project statuses from beginning to end.

I do not like the fact that other projects (other than my own) are displayed on my profile as well as other individual's tasks that have no relation to my own. It adds confusion to the application and if updated could truly be a wonderful thing.

I loved that I could track how I was working on my project and that the reminders came when I needed them to and also that I could ping other users and that the replies were almost instantaneous. It is the perfect team tool for anyone to use.

I hated that the reminders came way before the time and that the overdue prompt was merciless which I suppose was its aim. I also dislike the fact that I have to move the markers along my own tracker hill and that it doesn't happen on its own or update automatically as i move my projects along
