- employees can submit timesheet and I can approve
- all administrator can view reports
- exportable to pdf (very very helpful)

Nachteile

- a bit hard at first to get the hang of it
- still discovering some features/options

It's connected to Jira and easy to use with those task, also I can add account, information to adapt the repport with my needs.

Nachteile

Its missing an important feature, the other type of hour. When someone have to enter 40h per week it's perfect but if someone is sick, go to vacation, do paid extra time, bank extra time for futur leaves. Also, it's not usefull for the administration employee.

TIme capture is great. Reporting is good.

Nachteile

1.) Ability to natively track time from Epics and subissues within Epics.
2.) Ability to render gadgets a macros in Confluence (we do a lot of business reporting to executives in Confluence. Not having Tempo Time data in confluence is very disappointing.

I get charged for all users tho half of the users don't need to use the software... Still didn't find a way to only get charged for users that use it.

They are frequently updating and some of the latest releases have taken away old features our users were used to and miss.

A Lot of changes from one version to another one leading to new functionnalities but also to remove some functionnalities we used (board view in Planner).
Support can be sometimes pointing Atlassian (and vice versa) with the customer in the middle...

The reporting part. It is the hardest thing for the users, and it is really easy and visual thanks to the calendar option.

Nachteile

Teams management. It is not easy to use and then the functionality with the reports is not what I expected.

It’s customisable enough to fit most organisations. Report generator fits most needs

Setting up reporting using Accounts, etc. is a lot of work and frankly have not been able to satisfactorily set up.

I like My Work windget and also the new filters for reporting that can be easily customized to fit the purpuse.

With big change of navigation in JIRA (when menus were removed from top horizontal navigation bar), navigating to Tempo (e.g. My Work) became really horrible. I can see some changes for better, but in most cases I need to reaccess Tempo from (Select project)... This could be optimized.

I'm administrator and user too. So I cann't approve my own Timesheets, because I cann't review my own work and there is no one who can do it instead... so all my Timesheets are still not approved

The way we manage project is quite different to a software company. But we feel it so convinient when log work, log task

there should have some generic works which is not in any project. For example: Outstation, Training, Leave, meeting, sales,etc. I have to create a General task project just to have this work for enduser to log.

Cannot select jira projects on which tempo is used (I want only Tempo to be available on selected projects).
Confusion between Jira worklog and Tempo worklog (if you enter Jira worklog you can submit more than 8h even if you specify the maximum to 8h)
It is not possible to have teams working 8h and teams working 10h per day

It's easy for my team to use, and easy for me to manage hours and see where tickets are at in real-time. We also let our clients see these details to add collaboration and transparency to our process.

Id like to force user to log time...more as a reminder that this step cannot be missed or forgotten.
