Vorteile

Tempo provides a great overview of time spent on issues across the team of developers

Nachteile

I'm not terribly familiar with how much benefit I really get out of this software, versus just going with standard time logging through Jira. The cost is high, and I evaluate dropping it, as it does a good job, but value for money is low -- I'm not sure for the cost, I need it all that much.

Vorteile

Easy to log time via web and app, with great UX. Great reporting breakdowns and customisations for work hours and business usage.

Nachteile

Would be good to be able to disable approval process, set to auto approve or allow self approval for smaller teams where payroll timesheeting is managed elsewhere.

Vorteile

Being able to create different accounts for projects, teams, etc. in order to track time for CAPEX.

Nachteile

Time reports. This feature is only existing in a basic way. E.G. I have not found the possiblity to create diagrams.

deep integration within Jira - very easy to implement - mobile app makes tracking time very quick and the integration with my calendar pulls all of my activity into one place to track time quickly and accurately.

technically very sound - not very well known - there are other platforms with much stronger branding.

works as advertised for allowing us to bill hours logged in tickets, provides us with everything we need

Interoperation with Jira is a must and weekly/monthly timesheets are working pretty well.

Tracking flexitime or holidays would be a required to allow complete time management.
