Stampli feedback - Whole Distributor
Overall I have been happy with Stampli. It has been a big improvement to our organization. They have been great at fielding our questions and helping us find solutions timely.
Vorteile
I like how much better organized our AP team has been after implementing Stampli.
Nachteile
The system is not able to handle outsourced purchase orders and confirm receipts or 3-way matches on these transactions.

Very Positive. Workflow is seamless and have had very few sync issues with accounting system.

Vorteile
I love the ability to search for and view invoices and that a URL link is created in our ERP that we can copy and directly access the invoice that is in the ledger. I like the audit trail and accountability, and the machine learning of "Billy" when he auto-codes.
Nachteile
Customer service is great, as well as our rep, but sometimes it can be difficult to get ahold of someone on the chat bubble when you need quick help - it can take a while to get an issue resolved sometimes.

Great product
Using Stampli has been great to use. I was introduced to Stampli with a company transition. I had not used an invoicing/payment program prior to Stampli.
Vorteile
Stampli is user friendly and ease to communicate between disciplines.
Nachteile
I have no dislikes. Allows communication between disciplines.

Great AP Program!
This is the second company that I have worked for that uses Stampli. I have found it to be very user friendly overall.
Vorteile
Easy to use, all invoices in one spot. My vendors can submit invoices directly to Stampli which speeds up the process. I can look up an invoice and see what stage it is in for processing, this helps when a vendor calls needing an update on payment.
Nachteile
It was hard for me to figure out how to find an invoice at first.

Automate AP Processing
With all new software it is trial and error until you get the hang of it. Once we worked out all the bugs it has been fabulous. Probably mostly our fault.
Vorteile
The fact that our AP is now automated and the audit trail that is has.
Nachteile
When replacing an original document on an invoice it takes 2 tries to get it to attach and it removes all prior approvals.

Super easy to use!
We are saving time and keeping track of invoices much better by using Stampli.
Vorteile
Integration was easy and we haven't had any problems with this software. The features are simple and helpful. It's great that you can attach proof of receipt and send questions to other users.
Nachteile
There are times when I wish it was easier to search for invoices from a certain vendor when I am reconciling.
