Can not print invoice view feature, nor can you copy any of the information, view feature does not display what page of the invoice you are on. Some pdf's do not upload properly missing the content of the invoice, thus causing duplicate work to upload the invoice in the attachments for other approvers to view. Would like to be able to run reports per vendor & per cost code

The Stampli interface is no-nonsense, quick, and efficient. The automated email reminders that I need to take action on certain Invoices, along with the link to the Invoice in question, is so helpful. The automated matching of Receipts to Invoice has been spot on.

Nachteile

Rather than me having to choose to "Match Receipt to Invoice" (which DOES work), I wish the Stampli could automatically assign Receipts to Invoices based on it's algorithim and then provide me "approval"/review along with a confidence rating of it's suggestion/assignment.

When I go to an invoice that has been paid through Stampli I am not able to click on the check and it take me to the payment. I would have to copy the check or ACH number and paste it into the search bar. I think that would be a good feature to add.

Overall convenient, straightforward, and great for multi-entity organizations.

Nachteile

There were two instances where Stampli incorrectly coded an invoice to a different vendor based on the invoice format. It did not pick up the vendor name listed on the invoice and assumed it was for an entirely different vendor.

There's not published or proivded instructional videos. I have to train every person we hire how to use it. SAP Concur does a great job providing a ton of instructional videos, so I just send links and don't have to do 2-4 30 minute video calls a month when people are hired.

Stampli is a great addition for any accounting software if you are looking to streamline your AP process. I love how it electronically stores invoices and back up and you no longer have to worry about filing hard copies. I love how all invoices that are emailed to our AP inbox automatically gets uploaded into Stampli.

Unfortunately we have some manual invoices that are uploaded that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter data. However we are working on ways around this...

Having all invoices consolidated in one platform, rather than mixed with emails, greatly simplifies tracking and review. Additionally, the ability to view all outstanding invoices assigned to my team enhances oversight and streamlines management

It would be beneficial to have an option to pause notifications for specific invoices we are actively working on with the payee. Receiving a high volume of Stampli notifications can lead to notification fatigue, potentially causing important invoices to be overlooked

Stampli brings all pieces of invoice processing into one screen. It syncs with our PO and accounting systems to provide a one-screen solution to invoice processing. The AI features mean we can immediately review for correctness instead of spinning our wheels doing data entry and using man hours for reviewing after. Stampli suggests data entries based on previous entries, building it's helpfulness over time.

Nachteile

While the AI has it's perks and can help in many ways, the invoice information is not reliably searchable until a human has "saved" the work - meaning some reports pulled have zero useful information on them.

The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli.

Workflow is fantastic for AP as well procurement purchase requests and admin controls are great so that you can enable or disable batch approvals for approvers who you can see are reviewing the majority of their invoices or not. The dashboard and reports features are great as well. Customer service has never disappointed.

It doesn't integrate on an invoice level with our ERP for job costing on construction invoices which does duplicate a significant amount of work.

Stampli has been a great addition to our AP process. It has significantly reduced my team's workload. So far, the best features we have used are: AI smart invoice reading and automatically filling in the information, an interactive dashboard that provides workflow insights, the ability to select multiple approvers, the option to add customized fields quickly, and seamless syncing with Netsuite.

There is nothing to complain about Stampli. Even the support team is excellent and responsive.

I like the programs ability to detect duplicate invoices as well as to be able to quickly find old invoices using several different methods depending on what information you have available.

The only thing that i would like to change is so when a sign-site facilitator uses the program, that they do not have to always put in the facility name or who the approver is for each invoice. I would like it if it would recognize me as the Administrator of facility A so whenever i code an invoice under my name, it will always go to facility A, unless at that time I would like to change it. Changing the approver or the assign facility does not change often.

Stampli has improved our AP processing immensely by reducing time, labor, and risk of error with its incredible AI bot, Billy and easy to use functions. Highly recommend for any AP needs big or small.

There's not much to dislike about Stampli but it would be a great feature in the future to have AI read and verify contracts against invoices if we don't have POs.

The thing I like most about Stampli is that it collaborates well with my accounting department's software and has a lot of features that makes processes go by fast.

Nachteile

The least thing I dislike about Stampli is that sometimes there are certain errors that pop up that I do not know what they are pointing out in specific invoices. It is very tedious to try and figure out what the error may be, but Stampli support is a perfect resource to use.

Easy to use. Very quick to process each freight bill and I like the way Stampli flows from one freight bill to the next one without having to go search for it.

I enjoy the friendliness of the sales, customer support, and implementation team. They showed great openness and flexibility to tackling situations that arose. The best features are Billy the AI along with the diverse amount of communications, audit trail, and traceability in the invoice approvals. I like how quickly and seamlessly the platform updates with our software, and there is no load friction in navigating the platform. The sync, while not fully automatic - occurs frequently enough to not need to worry about data syncing.

Nachteile

While the implementation schedule remains flexible, it would have been nice to get an actual calendar curriculum with specific planned dates to easily map every lesson and training being taught.
