Efficient and easy to use
It has been an enjoyable experience so far.
Vorteile
Has given me the ability to see what is actually being charged to my department much more efficiently and easy to approve or deny even when not in the office. Much quicker and smoother process than what we had before.

Ease of use
It’s been pretty seamless. I get a notifications on my phone when I need to approve something. I open it and bam I’m done.

Easy to use. Normally, I have to dig through tons of email and it puts it all in one place. With buttons to approve.

Stampli is a time saver!
I use it twice a week and it takes me about ten minutes to do all my approvals.
Vorteile
It reminds me about forgotten invoices. So many time in the past, I neglected invoices that got lost in an email.
Nachteile
It hard to upload receipts. It always takes me a couple times to attach a receipt.

Ease of use
Overall it's been a good experience and I like the product.
Vorteile
Ease of use. The layout and uploading documents, entering information the additional memo line, adding multiple GL codes.
Nachteile
After you submit an invoice and forget to upload any docs, it doesn't allow you to go back to upload. It would be nice to have that feature.

Using Stampli is great, our business has it tied in to another software we use.
Vorteile
I like the ability to filter my invoicing history. I can see status updates on invoices in progress. It also helps our team communicate on specific invoices and records, making it great to cut back on all the emails.
Nachteile
I sometime have a hard time filtering out duplicate invoices. I'm not sure if there is a method to "hide" these invoice statuses.

We Love Stampli!
We solved our issues getting invoices to employees for approval. Stampli sped up the process and made it much easier to manage. We also were able to make the information available to staff at all times.
Vorteile
Stampli is so user friendly that implementation was not an issue. The setup was easy and straightforward. We have been using the program for a few years and it has saved us so much time and headaches. We streamlined our approval process and made our payables more transparent to roles that didn't have access to information previously.
Nachteile
There have been workarounds that we have created any time there was something missing from the product. Over the years there have been features added that have eliminated the workarounds. Stampli is always improving!

I think it is a decent and good product. It isn't confusing or complicated.

Great Invoicing and Billing Product
Vorteile
I like the ability to approve, reject, ask questions, etc. within the software itself. This makes invoicing a breeze and you can see who has the invoice in their court. I can easily utilize the software from my phone or desktop via internet.

Hundreds Done Fast & Easy
Vorteile
The ease of coding hundreds of invoices a day, the "Billy Bot" being able to auto populate multiple fields makes repetitive invoices a breeze. Being able to track where an invoice is with every step being recorded from the moment it is put into the system is great.

Sometimes the auto-population is wrong if the vendors being used are similar style invoices.

Great AP Program!
This is the second company that I have worked for that uses Stampli. I have found it to be very user friendly overall.
Vorteile
Easy to use, all invoices in one spot. My vendors can submit invoices directly to Stampli which speeds up the process. I can look up an invoice and see what stage it is in for processing, this helps when a vendor calls needing an update on payment.
Nachteile
It was hard for me to figure out how to find an invoice at first.

Best thing to happen to Accounts Payables
Vorteile
I love how easy and efficient Stampli has made out A/P process. It has cut back 80% of our processing time and significantly improved our accuracy.
Nachteile
Not that many things to improve other than splitting invoices across multiple locations. However, this was not a deal breaker for us.

Would Highly Recommend Stampli
Overall, it's very intuitive to use which helps with not having to spend so much time training new staff. There are a ton of features and it flows nicely with our ERP.
Vorteile
I like most the ability to do an advanced search and download data either through excel or individual invoices.

I love if there was an option to manually push updates to vendor information to our ERP.

I like the ease of approving invoices. Its very clear and concise. The ability to pass the invoices along that dont belong to you is a great feature, along with the ability to free text comments about the invoices you approve.
Nachteile
Not being able to view older invoices past 1 year. This may just be from my AP dept archiving invoices out of the system, but I use the search function to view older invoices frequently for data.

Much better than our previous system
Beautiful. So much better than our old system of sending invoices into the accounting void and hoping things would just work out.
Vorteile
I really appreciate the speed at which invoices are sent to me through Stampli after I've sent them to accounting. I also love the ability to check invoice history. It's super helpful to be able to check items/pay rates for consistency. I also really appreciate being able to bump invoices to other team members for approval/questions. Prior, it was a lot more work to follow up with other employees.
Nachteile
Nothing yet. I'd say the site is sometimes a bit slow to load, but I'll take that.

Stampli Has Saved Us Countless Hours Of Work & Frustration
Superb - Vendor Invoice capture is almost a non-conversation now.
Vorteile
The OCR capturing works fantastically, the integration with NetSuite provides real-time updates to Vendors/GL/Departments/etc, and approvals are very intuitive and easy.
Nachteile
If you're an administrator, you have to take some time to learn the software navigation, but that is to be expected of any system.

Without any training I was able to do what I needed to. Intuitive. Easy to learn, easy to use.

Reviewing Invoices with Stampli
Stampli has been an invaluable resource as far as invoice entry, approval and content warehouse.
Vorteile
I love the communication feature in Stampli. I am able to kick it back to the coder with a comment if an invoice needs changes. I'm also able to communicate other issues with the comments box.
Nachteile
I don't like that sometimes an invoice will get held up if it gets recalled by AP.

Amazing tool, doesn't matter the size of your company

I knew stampli when I joined the company, and since then I love this tool because when you are working in a global environment with a quite range of departments it makes easy the tracking, coding, and approvals
Nachteile
I disagree that you haven't an app for SLACK, it will be helpful more than sending emails as reminders for pending tasks, also would be great if simply give a track of budgets
