I like the way all the information for your invoices is so easy to access and the way its broke down makes it super easy to read.

I wish it would alert me better when my invoices start piling up, but really that could just be operator error!

What I appreciate most about Stampli is its intuitive interface and seamless integration into our accounts payable workflow. I only use it to submit and approve invoices that need to be paid, but that is easy and straightforward, and I have no complaints.

Stampli allowed us to move our AP process paperless in the matter of 1 day! It was simple to implement (literally 10 seconds to connect it to NetSuite, plus a couple of minutes for it to download the vendor and item lists) and it is simple to use (as noted by the majority of the approvers). Stampli also has SSO log-in which means our users do not need to remember another password.

Nachteile

The customer service support opens at 9 AM EST, this in itself isn't terrible but our staff is already at work well before that so if we run into issues we have to wait before someone can look at them. Stampli is not very customizable (as we are used to in NetSuite) but the customer support is there to help us through and to submit new tickets for us.

Stampli's ease of use was key in order to get buy in from all the approvers. We wanted a program that was user friendly otherwise approvers would not use it willingly.

I love the ability to search for and view invoices and that a URL link is created in our ERP that we can copy and directly access the invoice that is in the ledger. I like the audit trail and accountability, and the machine learning of "Billy" when he auto-codes.

Nachteile

Customer service is great, as well as our rep, but sometimes it can be difficult to get ahold of someone on the chat bubble when you need quick help - it can take a while to get an issue resolved sometimes.

Although I've spent my career in IT, I've had limited exposure to the financial side of things. Stampli makes performing my accounting tasks simple and straightforward. Our accountants are happy that invoices are being captured, assigned, and processed correctly the first time. And I'm happy that I'm not constantly having to bother the finance team asking for clarification and guidance.

While I have a small set of tasks that I need to perform in Stampli, I do wish that there was a calculator tool built into the line item fields. It would make it simpler to assign a dollar value to each line item if it isn't broken out on the invoice.

I have been using Stampli for over 3 years and i have numerous staff members with varied computer skills who are all able to navigate what's needed from them with the system

the new invoices are posted first. so if i have unaddressed invoices, and new ones are posted, the newer ones get first attention while the older ones are on the back burner

I need to review and approve consultant contracts. Overall, this system is easy to use and it makes my life easy. I don't really do a lot in there other than reviewing and approving.

I don't think this is as much the product as my organization. But, I get a lot of reminders and notifications that I have things to review. It is a bit of overkill. Especially, when the the invoice is only 2 days old.

Sometimes I am just waiting because they haven't actually completed all of their deliverables.
