I like the design part mostly. Also, leaded me to how to send perfect e-mail. Easy to use and very understandable.

It is very easy to user, I could have an overview of everything in a few clicks and I can do a lot within templates quite easily.

Just a bit hard sometimes to navigate between lists, templates and campaigns but manageable

As a free option, mailjet is fantastic. although I haven't used the paid features, I can see the benefits & will likely subscribe in future. It's easy to use, reliable & easy to see how effective your campaigns are.

I posted some issues with the SDK on GitHub but no one replied, not a big deal as I worked out the issue but showed a lack of customer service

Compared to MailChimp and all others, it was possible to budget Mailjet int our small the medium campaigns.

List management is somewhat cumbersome, confusing. Users have trouble with the way lists work (can't send campaigns to multiple lists for example).

It'i very easy to configure and send emails via SMTP and easy integration to with API in order to send emails via API

At this moment i can not see any disadvantage because i have only sent a few of emails via SMTP as notifications

They blocked my account without any reason, and after that, they charged my credit card for first time. Incredible!
They're scammers, be careful and try to use another one email service.

Also I'm asking support and they never answer!

Sends out the mail quite fast and that you can monitor whats going on there wich ones have opened and such.

To me its not quite clear when you add more names to the list how it works with unsubscribed mails and such. But i trust your automatic thing.

I was really excited to use this product but the lack of any customer support and unwillingness to help their customers at all made this a bad experience.

There is no phone number to actually help customers who have issues. They are unwilling to listen to their customers and make it seem as they don't actually want to help customers reach their goals.

I cant delete Campaigns by my self, have to contact the Customer Service. This should be changed, its not convinced.

I can't think of any real cons. There are some features that you need to pay for to access, but for the most part, the paid-for features are reasonably chosen in a way that you don't necessarily need them to still create a great campaign.

I like that I can have different lists and exclude people from it. Sometimes customers have already responded so theres no need to send them the campaign again.

I have never created email newsletters before, but Mailjet was so easy and fun that I was able to create a pretty decent letter with my first try.

Sometimes I have trouble editing and have to back out of the program. I would also like the option of placing borders around certain areas that don't allow them.

You can send up to 200 emails for free with the software.

For over the limit of 200 emails per day, you have to pay.

Runs locally, testing can be done easily and deployed without any changes. The APIs are very well documented.

Mail delivery is a bit slow and this creates a problem for applications which rely on the content to be sent in realtime
