Transactional emails, sender addresses management... haven't tried mass mails / campaigns yet. So overall very good for what it's meant.

Nachteile

The fact that links are intercepted and obfuscated by MailJet, so visitor will first land on MailJet tracking page, and then it will get redirect to real page from email.

They strive to provide enough information to the user to understand how to send an email campaign that has a high delivery rate. The application is well designed and it is really simple to understand it.

The html editor is good enough to create your first campaigns. Perhaps creating a mail from scratch without much knowledge can be frustrating, but just for those users there are templates. Advanced users can use the html editor or they can use the MJML framework language.

Like other tools, it provides statistics on the delivery of emails and shows messages that help improve the effectiveness of the campaign.

Additionally they have a free account that allows you to send up to 6,000 emails per month with a maximum of 200 emails per day.

This software has a lot of functions and offers solutions to both regular users and developers.

Nachteile

The service is the worst ever, I've never seen a reply on my ticket coming and it has been a week since I've made it. The UI is also quite bad so be prepared to search for a lot of the functions of this software.

It has the most popular features expected in such a software and the customer service is really nice.

Its interface is not user-friendly and it has a lot of glitches, especially if your account depends on a "main account"...

The greatest thing about MailJet is I can set it up once and use it for multiple projects without having to start over. Easy to use and very cost effective.

Sending limits are held too long based solely on statistics without consideration of business circumstances.

Dependability is the thing that shines the most, for me. I like being able to just "know" that it's going to work.

While the set-up is a bit convoluted for confirming email addresses, I understand that it is for security purposes, but that doesn't make it any less steps to complete.

I think Mailjet is the best because it allows small businesses that have large mailing lists to begin sending emails whereas others charge a fortune for large mailing lists. It is easy to use and the limit for free accounts are very, very generous. As we grow, I very much plan to reward Mailjet by paying for an upgraded account.

The power and simplicity of the editor, which made it easy to create what I needed very quickly without being bogged down by fancy wizard editors or complicated functions.
Also the fact that it doesn't cost an arm and leg to send to a small base of 2000+ subscribers, particularly since we don't use EDM often.

Integration with Shopify would be great, so that contacts are automatically imported

Everything works and very easy to use. Offers free service to try so there is nothing to complain about.

Not much, only small gripe is finding detailed information about the emails sent, i.e. opens, clicks however it literally only took me a few minutes to figure it all out.

The best thing about mailjet is their customer service. I am not a high paying customer, and yet they took the time to help me troubleshoot my technical issues by corresponding diligently until it was resolved.

If you are a non-technical person, you may find it difficult to follow their instructions on configuring your mail server.

It works well on getting mail out to my subscribers. I like the scheduling feature of mail and the ability to remove mailjet branding from my templates with the premium. It is easy to add users and also deliver mail to our subscribers.

The system logs me out while I am creating a template and the one thing in the template builder that frustrates me is there is no way to do a picture in a text block. I should be able to insert a picture and have it to the right or to the left and justify text around it.

Easy to use and to setup email campaigns. The program offers good features especially for those that are just getting started with email. Free to start.

As an experienced emailer I found the software great for beginners that want to sample a program for free. However for the experienced user it lacks many features that would benefit the user.

when I send campaign from sendblaster...its by default considers every mail as transaction email and a seperate campaign....is there any way by which I can send campaign from sendblaster

The easiest and best templates compared to constant contact and mail chimp. Stats are easy to view and managing my contacts is simple too.

No phone tech support (they’re in Europe and I’m in US). Wish there was an app for iOS but not a big deal.

I have used this product now for about 10 months and have been very pleased. I have also used Mail Chimp and Constant Contact and prefer Mailjet over both of those. It is easier to use and seems to be more efficient to me as well.

I find the software very simple to use I am not a IT person and i can use it, it is also very good value for money

The software is good a bit more flexibility n click and build i don't know how to write in code so i have to get someone to do it for me, also i would like it if i could speak with someone on the phone as it can sometimes take a while to deal with a technical issue which could most probably be resolved within a couple of minutes.

It's probably the most affordable email marketing software for small businesses out there. It meets all basic needs, like being able to track stats for emails sent, maintaining a global exclusion list (for all your contact list) to prevent you from sending to invalid email addresses or unsubscribers.

The user interface could definitely be improved, but I'm not complaining. As mentioned, it works and meets our basic requirements.
