Trainerize made it extremely easy to schedule and manage client programs with built in exercise videos and instruction and plug and play capability. Clients found it intuitive and easy to use the app and get trained this way and it increased compliance as well.

Nachteile

The software was a bit bulky to use with a high amount of clients and otherwise, there was not much nutritional functionality offered besides integration with MyFitnessPal which did help a lot. No major complaints however, the software works really well for use.

The exercise builder is my favourite part. I can upload whether it's reps and sets or an interval or a circuit.
What I love most about it, is you can upload videos for the client to check if they're not sure.
I left trainerize for a year and tried other providers but non compared when it came to actually building a user / client friendly experience.

Nachteile

I would like to be able to run the interval training on the desktop site and not just the mobile app. That way it can also work for clients without compatible phones.

This is a platform that is committed to listening to their users and providing the best experience, not just for trainers but clients as well! They continually poll for new features and deliver on their promises to continually improve the app!

I don’t have a specific issue with the software but more issues with connectivity that cause the app to freeze when I’m at home, it works fine when my connection is good !

I think it's is overpriced for having a small amount of clients. The tier that I'm in is like 5-500 clients and it's $250/month. That's not bad if you have 100 clients, but when I have less than 10 on the app, it's expensive.

Wish some of the branding looked a bit better...I might have also not sent the most optimal files. I also wish that messages from clients and to clients were received as better notifications. I don't notice messages from clients until I am inside the app and I am assuming they don't see mine until they log in. Perhaps I'm missing a notification thing here but I just wish messaging was a little more noticeable. Clients might not want messaging going thru all the time, but I certainly would like to receive messages from them right away.

It’s so easy to use and setup a programme as well as monitor client adherence. It’s good value for money and as a trainer I found it great and easy to setup.

I love being able to graph my clients progress as they work towards their goals. The visualization really helps people that need constant verification of their progress. I also wish that the notes that the client writes in the individual workouts could be easier found overall versus having to track down that exact workout plan.

Nachteile

The software on the app is hard to design workouts, upload exercises or do anything other than talk to the clients through the messenger. There are many times I need full access while only having my cellphone, and it forces me to postpone my work until I have access to a computer.

The app is easy to use for my clients. Workouts are easy to set up. Trainerize is always trying to update the app and make things easier for the trainer.

They did change how to upload your personal YouTube videos. Now you need the URL, where before you could check a box and it would upload. Used to be easier.

I most like the ease at which I can personalize the training for my clients. They are all in what is considered special populations. I can use prepared workouts, edit them, create my own and even add my own videos easily with no additional cost. And it's all private.

None of the Trainerize videos are done by women.

It is truly the future of personal training and I am excited about the new features that Trainerize will continue to add. It is also a very affordable service, which is great for trainers starting out online to ‘get their feet wet’ and build a client base.

1.) I wish I could view and create master programs and master workouts through the app. Especially since I am currently on the go a lot and it would be awesome if I could build my client templates on the go.

2.) A ‘trainer’ slot for our own workouts and programs would be a great addition. It would also give us more experience with the app, which would be helpful in answering any client questions.

I live the ease of use. I studies other similar programs and found them too time consuming to learn. Trainerize makes it super easy. I like that you have the option to upgrade for more clients; thereby not having to invest more money when you may not have the clientele to support that investment. The help desk is awesome as well. I like the updates & improvements that Trainerize has published as well. The program is great for keeping track of your face-to-face clients in addition to clients you train online. Overall highly recommend!

Nachteile

Any cons that I might have had in the beginning have been resolved with the addition tonaccwor payment through the program. The only recommendation I would make is the ability to make notes within a client’s account.

THere are so many things to like about Trainerize but one of the things I love the most is the ability to scale the amount you pay to the amount of clients you currently have. Sometimes these types of software are so hard to get into when you are just starting out. Trainerize makes if possible to pay a lesser amount for fewer clients and to pay more as you grow.

While the software is actually pretty simple there have been times it has taken me a while to figure out some features such as creating programs and setting up groups

I really like all of the features. I put a lot of my own video content up for clients, but the exercise library they have is huge, I use lots of those as well. It takes a few weeks of diligent use to become competent with the software, I also scheduled a phone training session that went great!

Just a couple things that threw me was that it was not quite as easy to use as it sounded in the ads, it also lacked a couple of features that I want... But they add new features all the time and as I mentioned earlier, now that I have been using it for a while it's great!

The ability to upload my own videos with ease provides the personal connection that is important to me and my clients. They can still see ME and I can still provide the variety they enjoy at a very low cost ! It also allows me to discuss and demonstrate modifications and specific cues which is important in working with my clientele which are all over 55 years of age.

I love Trainerize, the app allows you to send workouts directly to clients and alerts you when they have completed them. They also highlight you as a trainer to anyone looking for personal trainers in your area!

The only downside which they have now fixed was only having Paypal as an integrated payment option. Unfortunately, I had to merge my business into another software program prior to the change but I still use Trainerize to setup and send programs to my clients and I recommend it to all my trainers and coaches.

Without finding Trainerize I'm not sure how I would've ever gotten this brand off the ground. The ease of use and the abilities the program has combined with how professional it looks for our clients is what sets this apart from anything else. They are continually adding new features and bettering themselves which is great to see.

It can be a tad tricky at first to set up and get things in place but once you get the hang of it then it's all smooth sailing. There are certain things still we wish we could do but for what it does offer, you can't complain.

Trainerize is an excellent option to use when designing online programming for clients. It allows you to program what you want for them, them to input what they actually were able to do, they can leave comments for you, and you can track their progress week by week. It's quite user friendly, although program design is significantly easier on a computer than in the app.

It is the same with my clients - only a certain number of clients per page. I also wish I could have multiple clients open at the same time and toggle back and forth between them.

It is completely customizable and allows you to use mobile apps as a platform to sell your personal training services across the globe. With the one month free trial it's obvious how one can make plenty of money without having to leave their home or you can choose to travel and work. The option to be productive almost anywhere gives you plenty of time to develop as many workouts as you see fit and start making money right away.

The only thing that I would like to see more of is the ability to create new videos and workouts directly from your cell phone, if the program allowed the same interface as the desktop version it would be perfect.

Trainerize is enabling me to provide a professional online experience for my clients through my own branded app. It is easy to use for me and for my clients. They have all expressed their happiness with the app and we use it to communicate with each other as well.
