Honestly, from what I remember, it was easy to use, very simple to upload videos and the interface was visually appealing

I didn't like the profit-loss ratio. If you have to pay 30% for each person who purchases through the app, and also have to pay for the app each month, plus taxes of 33% tax to gov. This doesn't leave you with much. Cause if you have to buy or rent space to do video work and to have them at a quality level, it will cost.

Form fill out for PAR-Q+ and Health Readiness Questionnaire could be easily automated and filled out in the app for ease for new clients.
There is No AI for building plans at ease, but nonetheless, it is still amazing.

Genuinely it seemed like the best product. I also loved that prices didn't change based on numbers.

My clients find it very easy to use. I love the feature where they can input their weight reps and sets and how i can see this too. This makes it easy for me to plan my PT sessions as i can view the weight they last used. I love how i can see when they've completed a workout. I also love how you can assign workouts to clients and have a list within their account of their own workouts. I like how you can use a template from an existing workout as this saves time when creating a new workout for a client. I love how you can quickly add the same workout for the next month, so you can create a months plan with 3-4 workouts per week. I've not used the other services on the app yet but i am excited to use them. Even though i love the app so far, my clients love it and that's the most important thing!

Nachteile

I find the thing i like least is how long it takes to create 4 workouts for one client. This comes with practice, and i'm sure its the same for any Pt app! I also have found there to be a few exercises that are not on the app, like the hip abduction machine, a normal inverted body row, deadhang, negative pull ups/chin ups with a band, negative pull ups/chin ups on assisted pull up machine, single leg wall deadlift and a normal plank with hands on floor.

There are lots of great features to keep clients accountable such as habit tracking, progress pictures, forms to create check-ins, group chat etc.

The platform lacks visible micronutrient data for trainers, forcing me to use another platform for nutrition planning (I'm a nutritionist, not a PT).

It also can't generate invoices; only receipts but the options are limited to cash or cheque. Many clients pay via bank transfer but there's no option for this. The logo appears too small on the email clients get when you generate a receipt, and customer support said it can't be changed. So for now I will have to manually send my own receipts as the email looks awful.

Additionally, the client sign-up email refers to 'personal training software,' which isn't on-brand for me as a nutritionist, and support said it can't be modified. This concerns me as first impressions are everything.

While these issues are manageable, they do add up. I've signed up for a few months with a 50% discount code to see if it will work for me and my customers.

the interface seems straight forward enough and simple for my clients to use, I would like to see a feature of uploading a video to a custom exercise on my phone instead of having to upload through PC.

this app seems to struggle with syncing my fitness pal, I would like to see their overiew of daily eating on my screen instead of having to navigate around the app to try and find their daily intake. some creases in general to iron out but overall seems effective as an app.

I like the easiness of the interface from the trainer view. Im able to see who is doing what workouts, what's been added, clients have added images, etc.

there could be a better interface for the workouts. it should automate the rest time once they have checked the box that the set is complete

My client I asked to also get on the app to really assist me on his end to know what he thinks of it. Especially as this is what he does for a living. The most challenging part he had was logging his nutrition, there were issues with saving his log. Appointments did get mixed up a handful of times. I also don't like the fact I'm not able to do Drop Sets, Reverse Drop Sets, or other customizing as easily as I would like to. Also doing research on the standard vs premium package was very frustrating. I know the goal is to upsell but it would have been nice to have those questions answered. Ex/how many clients can be used for the standard? One of the questions on the FAQ stated "What is not included in premium..." The answer was, you'll receive 15 features, alongside the ability to add unlimited clients... didn't say anything about the differences of standard as nowhere does it list what is IN the standard package.
