Continual heartbreaker
Vorteile
It was my first experience with any robust cloud-based software (meaning besides online banking) and set a high bar for a long time.
Nachteile
I’m an accountant and have been a Bill.com user for over 10 years. I use Bill.com with my clients and have recommended it many times to anyone with a small to midsize business. That’s all in the past though. Bill.com seems to be absolutely hell bent on slowly destroying what used to be an amazing, reliable software. I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years. The newest platform is buggy and they keep taking away features or moving them around so you have to play hide and seek. Their customer support personnel used to be wonderfully helpful, and now many folks I encounter barely understand the basic functioning of the software yet are quick to mark your case solved. My clients are getting frustrated with all the reduced quality alongside increased pricing and I’ve started searching for an alternative because there are so many competitors.

It Does the Job
Vorteile
A few of the contractors we work with use payment through bill.com. Each month we get a notification that our payment has processed and is on the way. It tells us the estimated day we'll have the money in our account which is great.
Nachteile
We asked if a second email could be added to the auto reminder and so far it has only come through one email. Possibly a user error though.

Poor Business Practices.
I needed a company that could provide me with basic ACH recurring payments for my client's fees. My company, Revolution Debt Relief LLC, is a consultant based firm in the debt relief industry, providing education and assistance for consumer debt. We are not a debt settlement company, debt consolidation, or perform credit restoration, therefore, not in any way under the regulatory standards held within the debt industry. Bill.com seemed to meet my needs, and I was willing to pay a premium for their subscription ACH program to provide my clients with a more efficient service. However, after going through the sign-up process and giving personal information as well as my client's information for ACH processing, I spent a few hours getting familiar with the software. The next day, I received an email that my account was canceled, and that bill.com could no longer provide my company services. If I had known that Bill.com would arbitrarily pick and choose who they will do business with, I would never have given them my personal information or my clients. The fact that they conduct themselves in a way that solicits their services to the public takes your information and then cancels your account shows in my experience a very inept, fraudulent, and unethical way of conducting business. The operations manager noted it was due to the rules of their bank that perform the processing. If this is the case, I would look for a processor who knows how to do business.

Marketed as a product that could perform ACH functions with recurring payments for your business. Simple and straight forward functionality.
Nachteile
The software was a little cumbersome with a slight learning curb but overall will work for accounts payable and receivable basic functions.

Great for small businesses!
Very useful AP & AR tool.
Vorteile
Useful for integrations from Acuity. Really helpful for AP, invoice tracking, bookkeeping, controller, and overall accounting .
Nachteile
Wish it were simpler to integrate data from Procurement Express.

Great Accounts Payable Software
Overall, great software for managing accounts payable. There are all kinds of dashboards where you can see the status of your payables on one screen which is convenient. Also, the reporting features are great. Very easy to pay company bills. Would definitely recommend to small/midsize business.
Vorteile
This is a great solution for processing accounts payable in a small/mid-size business. Bill.com has approval workflows which makes it easy to control your payables and avoid fraud. It is super easy to pay bills with a few clicks. The company takes care of all check mailing and ACH processing. Also, vendors can see the status of their payment easily which is convenient and saves you time answering payment status requests from vendors.
Nachteile
The company recently implemented a new interface which is confusing at times. Also, now screens load very slowly with the new features that they implemented. Also, there is no option to switch back to the old interface which I prefer.

Saving Time and Money Using Bill.com
We have been very happy with Bill.com. All managers are able to review and approve every invoice and Bill.com has helped us save money by increasing visibility. We have also saved countless hours of work for our accounts payable department since Bill.com com cuts all checks and sends all ACHs.
Vorteile
There are so many things we like about Bill.com. Implementation was well organized and the Bill.com team was helpful and knowledgeable. Adoption throughout our organization was so quick because the Bill.com system has been so easy to use.
Nachteile
We had difficulty at first getting Bill.com linked with the POs in our ERP, but the Bill.com team helped us to a full resolution.

Bill.com is THE BEST software for managing accounts payable!
No mailing invoices/checks! The software prints the first page of the invoice on the bottom two stubs of the check. You can also pay your vendors electronically with a simple invite email AND the system emails your vendors to let them know payment is on the way!
Vorteile
I started using this software solely for its accounts payable function. You send your bills directly to the inbox, attach the document to the bill, then pay! You can even record bills paid outside of bill.com (credit card payments for example). You can also save vendor documents (contracts, W9s) within the vendor files. This software keeps us incredibly organized over multiple locations. HIGHLY recommend! (And it syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks!)
Nachteile
No cons! Great product! Keeps us organized and allows timely and effective bill payments to our vendors.

Fantastic AP Processing, with Some AR frustrations
Aside from a few minor irritations regarding syncing with Quickbooks and document photo cropping on the iOS app, Bill.com has been an amazing addition to our workflow. Things are easier on the operations and accounting side, and our record keeping and bill payments are more timely and more accurate. This software easily pays for itself.
Vorteile
We use this program in concert with a remotely hosted instance of Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop edition.
My team can forward bills and upload receipts as they come in, and sit down once a week to process them all through to create bills that appear in Quickbooks. This has not only improved the timliness of our AP data, but it's also increased the accuracy of account and job allocations. We've also lowered our monthly CPA bills by about 40% because the reconciliations are much smoother.
The text recognition works very well and saves alot of time.
We use bill.com to pay 1099 contractors via a secure direct deposit, which has saved alot of time and effort mailing and hand-delivering checks.
Nachteile
I don't like that vendor credit memos cannot sync to Quickbooks.
I don't like that edits to invoices created in Bill.com won't sync to Quickbooks. To work around this, our sales team always clones and deletes invoices when they need to edit them. However this wouldn't be an acceptable workaround if we actually used Bill.com to send the invoices to our customers.
I don't like that the iOS app doesn't crop document uploads anymore. It used to do so.

Good software for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Great software that helped our company's AP dept go paperless.
Vorteile
Bill.com is very easy to use. Great platform to digitally store all invoices and go paperless. Audit trail captures all transactions and dates which reduces the possibility of fraud. You can create approval chains and add/remove approvers to different invoices. Their customer service is top-notch. Their live chat reps are very helpful. Has the ability to sync with many popular accounting software (NetSuite, Quickbooks, Intact).
Nachteile
Syncing issues with NetSuite do occur from time to time but their customer support is very helpful in rectifying them. They recently updated their user interface and although it is more visually appealing than before, it doesn't function any better.

Terrible Customer Service Team
My experience has me looking at the competitors as they seem to be struggling to keep this company together.
Vorteile
We were up and running quickly! No more printing checks in house.
Nachteile
Customer service is terrible. If you have problems you will need to wait at least a day or two after making an online appointment. Then you only get 20 minutes with the representative whom will offer a quick solution and not follow through with the rest of the workflow. This will leave you setting another online appointment, wait a couple of days and the process keeps repeating. Very frustrating! No one is on the same page! Three different answers from 3 different reps and still having workflow issues!

Strange pricing but solid product
It is a weird walled garden of invoices. It not completely transparent as I can't really tell what has happened to my invoice on the other side. It may be listed as late over unpaid but there is no sense to "why" or any next steps I can take in Bill.com. You just have to write to the accounting department of the company who needs to pay you. Would be better if they facilitated this though so I can say "hey, look here where it says unpaid. why is that?" and they would know what I'm talking about.
Vorteile
Overall, I like Bill.com because it allows us as a vendor to receive money in a transparent manner without fees. They do transfers by ACH to US companies. I don't know if you can pay internationally though.
Nachteile
The pricing model is a little strange. To use their API they charge $300+ per month. I would use their API to find out which new clients have Bill.com already to encourage them to pay that way. But I'm not going to pay $300 for the privilege of getting their clients to use it.

Important Features, Very Buggy
It's a powerful tool to get your accounts in order, but if they ramped up their support and development, it would really shine.
Vorteile
It organizes all your invoices, payables, credits - any accounting you need to do quite well. The redesign presents a simpler view of things and lays it our very orderly.
Nachteile
There is always an annoying issue with bill.com. At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process. Their support team unfortunately i'm sure has been affected by covid and are slow in delivering fixes or responding in a timely manner

Delay payments to contractors

I contract with a company that uses bill.com to pay bi-monthly. The company I work for promptly processes payroll and gets it to bill.com. However, bill.com sits on your money for several days before processing it. Some of the claims are that it can't process anything on a weekend, because "banks are closed", which is a ridiculous claim to make because they pay electronically for the most part, at least in my case, and those kind of payments can be processed at any time. Even Monday through Friday it is apparently impossible to get customer service to respond to your inquiry even with repeated follow-up. Apparently they can create automatic email responses to your inquiries and yet cannot process a simple electronic payment. I am fully aware it is very simple thing to process an electronic deposit payment, and there is absolutely no reason to sit on my money for 3 to 5 days before doing so, whether those days fall on a weekend or not. The absolute lack of customer service is appalling. When I login, my payment information from the company I contract for is shown as overdue. Today is Monday, not a holiday, and yet they still could not process something they received last week. Even if they process it tomorrow, it will be a day or two before they get around to electronically depositing it to my card. I love the company I contract for, and I am going to complain to them about this practice and urge strongly to find another vendor, as Bill.com apparently cannot handle something that is a 2 times a month routine practice with my contract company. And I guess it's probably apparent to everyone why they sit on your money for a couple of days - even tho they do charge fees for their services, and that SHOULD BE how they make their money, I guess a little interest helps as well. By the way, there are no phone numbers provided, nor any other direct means of contacting someone about this issue other than email, which other than generating a generic received reply message, is apparently otherwise ignored. Companies who would consider using this company as their payment controller for their contractors, I highly do not recommend it as it is the absolute worst thing about the company I contact with. It's only the fact that the company I contract with is such a great company that I stay. And they may be unaware of the games that bill.com is playing with their contractors' money, but they are going to be made aware of it as soon as I hit submit after this review.

A lot of vendors are familiar with it. Integrates with popular accounting software. Beats writing checks manually.
Nachteile
Absolutely hate their customer support. No other company comes close to being as bad as them. Have to send documents multiple times and even then they still can't figure it out. Trying to resolve problems just won't work. I don't think support has ever helped me with any of the problems I've reached out about.Sales people don't know what they're doing and contradict each other. Received information from some only to be refuted by another. Was told the initial rep was new/doesn't know what he's talking about and then later it was shown that the second guy was wrong.Inflexibility on payment timing and takes longer than competitors. Relatively primitive AP software. Everything has to be entered as a bill so you can't write checks outside of that function.

The AP solutions
I'm using this for last 4 years and this is the best solution

I have many AP platforms for Account Payable processing so far this is the best solution.
My favorite features are;
1. International Payments
2. Artificial intelligence
3. Approval process
4. Syncing to QBO and NS
5. Customer support
Nachteile
I don't like that you can't book an bill in liability account. It should give us option to book into any account.

Poor communication & Horrible customer service
We have three accounts. The customer service of Bill.com leaves a lot to be desired. Poor communication by their compliance team leaves the customer services team spinning their wheels and wasting our valuable time. You cannot reach someone with decision authority if things go amok...which they have for us when they deleted one of our active accounts. We are evaluating other options as Bill.com has been non-responsive to our requests for dialogue. For the price we are paying for our combined accounts every month, it would be nice for someone at Bill.com to care.

Poorly constructed releases of software/platform updates. Lack of customization for multinational businesses. Lack of flexibility for some features.

Quality AP processing
Bill.com has saved us several hours a month with as we have streamlined our customer payment collections as well as AP approval processes.
Vorteile
It is quick and easy to forward emails with bill attachments to bill.com for AP processing. It is one of the features we love about it. Being able to set up rules that require different approvers based off of the amount of the bill makes it so much easier for our firm to get bills into the right hands.
Nachteile
Reporting is limited. Using this module for AP and AR on a daily basis, it would be nice to have some better reporting built within the system.

Stay away from vantage card services
Vorteile
I’ve never had an issue with billl.com, I’d give a 10/10. The problem is that they only allow you to process credit cards through vantage card services who are a total mess and their managed team gave me inaccurate information several times.
Nachteile
Bill.com need to add other credit card processors besides vantage. They need to audit vantage card services complaints from bill.com customers because they’re going to lose a tonne of business.
Vantage card services are a tiny company processing millions of dollars of credit cards, but the joke is that they only have two layers of their org.
1.) customer service is the first people you speak to and they literally can’t resolve any issues, so you need to speak to a manager and they only have 1 manager called.
2.) they made several mistakes and I asked to speak to someone above it’s our ceo and he isn’t available. They do not car about their customers and they do not own up about making mistakes
Bill.com you need to vet out vantage and listen to your loyal customers

Horrible Customer Service and Support ... or Maybe it was Just "Rep"
I originally got a recommendation to Bill.Com from a member of the Facebook associated with the community that I organize, and opened up the account to take payments from members either making donations, or purchasing items for a relief fund for rideshare drivers in the area. About a day later, I got a request from a "Rep" for several documents to continue using the account.
I'm not sure what triggered the request, as the person who recommended it doesn't require having ever been asked for them, but they were mostly pretty standard: photo ID, passport, and most recent bank statement, along with an EIN certificate and a copy of our "business license".
I'm a sole prop, using a social in lieu of an EIN, perfectly capable of presenting my docs and bank account statement, which I did. I then reminded her that I wouldn't be using an EIN, and asked for clarification about the rather generic "business license" request (a quick Google search will show you that that's not how it works in our state). I offered that maybe she meant one of two other things, and said I'd grab those once she confirmed
Did she? Course not. She ignored EVERY attempt I made at clarification, and then closed the account, citing that they don't let "consumers" create accounts. I reminded her that I was a sole prop, like a freelancer, using his social, and that didn't make me a "consumer"; I also reminded her that I'd asked for clarification and she just repeated, "send the documents". AVOID at all costs.

It seemed like a great product for what we needed.

What began as simple verification devolved into a Kafkaesque interaction with a chatbot.

REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD SUPPORT
Went from great to really bad tech support. I want out but feel trapped because of the amount of data I have in their system. They have really sh*t the bed in terms of support.

meets basic needs, but does have limitations.

Support is a ZERO on a scale of 1-100. Really, really bad. There is no doubt that since what ever ownership change was made they saw cost savings in their customer/tech support by changing from top tier support to the worst I have ever experienced in my 30 years as an IT professional. Support tickets take A WEEK for a response. Then it takes over 24 hrs to get a reply. If you need to work with "a specialist" appointments take over 2 WEEKS. I wish I was exaggerating but I have had this experience repeatedly for a few years. What a change. I am a LONG term customer, over 6 years+ maybe more and their support is junk. So so so disappointed.

Bill.com is a great way to get rid of having to write paper checks.
Time saving.
Vorteile
I like that I can track when checks go out, if they've been cashed, and easily re-submit a check for repayment or for voiding. I like that I can invite anybody to pay via ePayment and they are in charge of entering their bank info in instead of me. I like that any paper checks that do go out, go out with a copy of the invoice you've uploaded into the system for ease of vendor tracking.
Nachteile
The refund or returned check feature doesn't always sync 100% properly with QBO (but 95% of the time it does).

Great savings for business invoicing.

Super easy to use.
They've made it simple to keep track of open invoices and due dates with reminders.
Nachteile
Other platforms allow you to pay on invoices with a CC, via ACH free of fees/charges. If Bill.com would eliminate its fees for using CCs, I see 5 stars in its future.

Bill.com review
Bill.com solved a problem for us needing AP software but after 2 years we found that there were much better products out there for a fraction of the price of bill.com.
Vorteile
The ease of use for the inbox and being able to break apart multiple invoices in one document.
Nachteile
There is no customer service phone number, only chat or email. All problems I had were tremendously annoying to have to try and type out. The last big change to the platform took away security approval features. I was able to cut checks with no documentation which is not a good feature to have.

Terrible, just Terrible
The number of hoops that I had to jump through to get set up was time consuming. Bill.com has failed on so many levels I am shocked that the people running the place are able to even get out of bed in the morning, let alone operated a sophisticated billing company.
Vorteile
The only thing that might be of any interest is that it's EFT fee is baked into the monthly subscription fee plus $.50 per transaction.
Nachteile
Bill.com is supposed to sync payments recorded in Quickbooks, but it hasn't done that. That is a nightmare.
Bill.com allows clients to create their own invoices after sending them an invoice. Why??!! I had a client make their own invoice, assign their own number to that invoice, then pay the amount that was due, but it looks like I didn't get paid to the original invoice. WTF is that?
Bill.com holds onto your money for a number of day before sending it to your account. Totally ridiculous.
I have received multiple errors not permitting me to send money to vendors with no hope of resolution.

Bill.com for Account Payable
This is a big help for Account Payable. You can track and manager all pay out in an one place. You can see approval, requestor, total amount, history, etc. Also, you can deny the pay out without exchanging tons of email to the requestor.

1. Can store all your independent contractors' information including the contract and W9. There is an attached file option.
2. Can approve via mobile
3. Can track a vendor's history, payout, approval
4. Can add as many approval as you want
5. So easy to use. Drag the paperwork and upload
6. Email notification of status, from approval to pay out
7. Can add multiple entities for one user. For example, I manage two organizations and with one log in, I can access both
8. Communicates with other accounting software
Nachteile
The preview window can be improved. There is a preview and another pop up to write an expense. Somehow it is confusing sometimes.

quick and easy

I use Bill.com to approve invoices for the AP team and to approve expense reports for my team
Being able to approve invoices in one location.
Vorteile
I like that the search feature works so well in this software. If I only know a little bit about an invoice I'm looking for, I can pretty type anything in and it will find it. The approval feature is easy and it is also nice that I can make comments for the accounting team to see.
Nachteile
It would be nice to have access to reports even if you aren't an administrator. If I want to pull spend by vendor, I have to ask our Accounting Team to do this instead of just getting it myself which is definitely frustrating.

Great product with a few flaws
Love that they handle the payments for us!
Vorteile
It is easy to use for AP bill processing. I enjoy the fact that each client can have users login and code bills on their own, no pre-coding is required other than the vendor and amount. I like that you can search for all bills by vendor and see copies of checks. The audit trail is a great feature. Auditors do love it.
Nachteile
Although I love it and will use it still, I do struggle with a few things: 1) It takes all AP monies at one time instead of issuing checks that will clear the bank slowly, 2) It doesn't handle multi-entity perfectly 3) It is costly 4) the 1099 process is a bit more cumbersome than desired, 5) It requires manually adding approvers each time unless you setup rules based on amounts...no other rules options right now.

Their customer service is a joke and overall they appear to have unethical business practices.
Vorteile
It was fast to setup overall and it integrated with Quickbooks.
Nachteile
They hold your incoming payments hostage for no explainable reason, it appears from what others are saying it is so they can collect interest on the funds and bolster their business. If that was known I never would have used them. My business is suffering because of their shady business practices.

Overall it has been very useful in helping me pay bills for my clients. There are controls in place to prevent fraud which is very nice. it is also amazing how efficiently i can enter bills and it automatically creates the payments for me in QuickBooks.
Vorteile
It is so nice that I can enter bills onto the website, assign the approvers ,then sync into QuickBooks to print the checks. It is very efficient and easy to maneuver on the website.
Nachteile
I don't like that it also syncs the email into bill.com when someone emails an invoice. That's an additional item I have to delete. It can also get confusing when entering large amounts of bills.

Easy to use between different departments
The experience has been great for our organization - even for team members that think tracking payments can be overwhelming, we couldn't do it without Bill.com! Best way to keep everyone organized, including specific departments and the accounting team.
Vorteile
This software program is great - our accounting team can easily put invoices through by vendor, and assign invoices to specific members of our team to approve them - the note section and GL selections are great! The tracking by vendors is easy to see payment deadlines, credit memos, and the status of the invoice.
I particularly love logging in and only seeing bill approvals I need to confirm that day - very user-friendly!
Nachteile
The search section can be a bit confusing sometimes to find the vendor, and if you approve a bill by mistake, it's a bit difficult to undo.

Good for international wire... but that's pretty much it.
While it's useful for its international wire transfer functionality, cost is higher than other similar service providers, UI is complex, and customer service is limbo. We now use the service solely for international wire transfer.

Efficiency for the win!
Our company manages the accounting for more than 20 entities on the Bill.com platform and it has helped us achieve a great reputation and a successful business model.
There are three areas of particular success:
Efficiency - We reduced our payable cycle from 3 days to 2 days. Particularly, we cut out the need to print checks, sign checks, stuff envelopes, and mail checks. At over 300 checks on average semi-monthly, the time savings is easily worth the marginal cost.
Internal Controls - The Bill.com system has built in controls which we customized to meet each entity's needs. In some case's the entity's manager wants final approval on all invoices; in other cases the manager doesn't want to know about payables except on a monthly financial report. We're able to setup online approvals appropriately. The audit trail function is also helpful in identifying every user who touched the invoice from upload to payment.
Paperless - It took me a while to wrap my head around truly paperless accounting, but it's true - we no longer have a file cabinet! Our files are now all store in the cloud on Bill.com. If the auditor needs to see the invoice, approval, and payment confirmation, we can provide it all electronically. At the end of the year, we can export all of the supporting documentation to a CD and deliver to our client for their permanent records. This means instead of sending 5 bankers boxed of invoices and other supporting documents, we now deliver 1 cd.

Though a bit pricey , Bill.com offers a unique stand alone , automated website based accounts...
We as a company relished the idea of using a stand-alone website-based system to automate our accounts payable and receivable and found Bill.com.
Bill.com is almost peerless as it offers convenient integration with Quickbooks online that we use regularly. We can now create invoices and have customers pay online, as well the ability to create particular ACH accounts which allow for direct payment into our account as opposed to a percentage of the transaction assessed so often by other companies offering similar services. Customer service access was difficult to help support our usage of some record keeping tools however in our final analysis if a company is just focusing on accounts payable and receivable and NOT a complete financial system, Bill.com fits the bill.
Vorteile
We absolutely loved the immediate integration with quick books online.
Our company found the user interface extremely easy to understand and even easier to use with well written executed menus and graphs.
Invoices are easy to compose and customers are afforded the ability to pay online which we found ultra convenient.
Nachteile
The cost structure we find a bit pricey for the more enterprise orientated company models.
As a company wants to integrate with other systems like Intacct or Netsuite, prior membership is required.

Ease To implement and use
Overall I highly recommend bill.com for small to medium size company. If bill through accountant admin, it's definitely worth the money.

it's very easy to implement. Sync between bill.com and Quickbooks is easy. Payment processing is also very easy. Love the approval levels that can be set up
Nachteile
The sync between bill.com and Netsuite is actually hard to set up. I had this issue with one of my client, there has been a lot of sync issue due to the set up. It may not be a bill.com issue, more of Netsuite, however, the trouble shoot was pretty tough to resolve

Exceeds expectations
Vorteile
EASY set up and integration with QuickBooks online. Very intuitive UI. HUGE time-saver. It used to take a full day to do a weekly check run. I can now accomplish it in an hour and a half, MAX. Probably faster if we used more of the features. Has the ability to pay vendors via ACH and is less than half the cost per transaction than a paper check.
Nachteile
The add on to automatically enter invoices, while a very big value and totally worth the extra expense, doesn't take into consideration the vendors terms set up in Bill.com. So if you have an invoice from a vendor that says due upon receipt, but the vendor profile in bill.com is Net 30, Bill.com defaults to due on receipt. An override setting would be helpful. Getting vendors set up on ACH/EFT is a little tough for tech challenged folks.

One of my favorite software to use
Great software - easily sync with quickbooks and easy to connect to other vendors.
Vorteile
Customer support is great! They are quick and polite and are able to address my issue and questions. I especially like the follow up emails - they allow me to track the progress of the case submitted and I can continue talking with the same representative on the phone/chat
Nachteile
I think the automatic bill processing takes a bit longer than necessary. It would also be helpful if the automatic process could identify credit memos.

Easy peasy!

Vorteile
My organization switched from ANYBILL which has more data entry tasks than Bill.com. With BILL.com invoices are already allocate to various budget areas without my doing which makes the whole process super fast.

Nothing at all. I would give it a ZERO rating if I was able too. I wish I could say something positive, but they are very unprofessional and do not care about their clients.

No help at all through their online support. And there is no way to get a live person on the phone . You have to make an appointment to speak with someone. Finally when I was set up...I had to basically teach myself, they determined that funding business was not suitable for them...this after being told by one of their sales reps on more than one occasion....your business is no problem. Just not run well at all for serious business owners....look elsewhere

Great Software for AP
Bill.com helps speed up our workflow with Accounts Payable, for many bills it reads the bills and auto-fills the fields, which I love!
Vorteile
Bill is a great software for Accounts Payable, it is very robust and customizable and makes my work more efficient.
Nachteile
The Accounts Receivable side of Bill is decent, but it is somewhat glitchy, expecially in the integration with QuickBooks and we also have customers who say an invoice is showing as unpaid on their end when it is actually paid. There is deffinately room for improvement on the AR side of things.

Great software but has a few issues.
Vorteile
Easy to track invoices and credit memos by going through the vendor profile or searching by reference number. Able to connect to our accounting software. Auto populates information by finding invoice number, amount, and expenses.
Nachteile
Inbox has no sort feature, program freezes up when multiple users are working on it. The payment delivery date gets adjusted when the volume and amount of payment are high making the payments arrive late.

Consulting Transaction are Made Easy with Bill.com
Bill.com allows us to manage our invoices and payments with simplicity. The ability to change a direct deposit account very quickly enables us to manage where any payments may go without having to repeatedly complete any paperwork for bank routing.
Vorteile
There are three factors that stood out for our use. First, integration into our workflow for invoicing was quite simple. The ability to use a feature-rich mobile app was also important. Lastly, the support for multiple bank accounts is helpful for deposits.
Nachteile
The filtering of invoice views seems a little misunderstood by some of our staff at times. Perhaps a different layout would be more friendly

Small-Mid Cap Business AP and AR Automation
Overall I would recommend using Bill.com to automate your AP and AR functions. It provides easy to use guides and the customer service is on point.
Vorteile
I use it every day to keep track of bills and to pinpoint what needs to be paid. I really like that there is AI built in the software.
Nachteile
I don't like how the software handles international bills. The UI is different between the United States and when we use our subsidiary account.
