Phenomenal CMMS Platform
From dealing with true sales team, working through the implementation process and working with support it has been such a refreshing change to deal with Click Maint CMMS

Click Maint is our go-to solution for managing work orders, repairs, and scheduled maintenance at our office building. It keeps us organized and on top of everything, from equipment warranties to contractor management and repair costs. We receive timely notifications for maintenance needs, ensuring proactive upkeep. The mobile app allows us to efficiently manage tasks on the go, offering ease of use, affordability, and quick setup.

So far I really do not have any bad things to say

Click Maint Has Made My Life Better, I am sorry if you don't sign up with them because you...
[sensitive content hidden] was the first person to reach out to me about their product and literally sold me the first conversation. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. Next was [sensitive content hidden], he was also patient with me through the process. I was not able to sign up for several months after getting the quote due to budget issues at the hospital and still being under contract with a different CMMS company. They patiently waited until I was able sign up. He worked with me on several calls to get all of our information transferred from the old system to Click Maint. He legit did all of the work and set it up perfectly. I just had to sign in and start using it. Lastly was [sensitive content hidden] she is awesome as well. She walked me through everything step by step and showed me everything I asked her to during my training with her. She also spent her time on a seperate call to train my maintenance technician on Click Maint. I have had to reach back out to her and [sensitive content hidden] a couple of times with questions and both respond so quickly. I don't have to wait a long time to get the answer I am needing and that means a lot. They are so supportive and literally are right there ready to help you if you need it. The ENTIRE team has been so kind and friendly with every interaction I have had with them. Now on the software side of things, let me tell you it is the most simple and easy work order system to use. We just launched it at the hospital I work at and it was the most smooth transition from one system to the next I have ever been a part of. NOt only is it easy to use, they help you set it up just like you need it. There could not be any better CMMS System than Click Maint.

There are so many things I have liked so far about Click Maint and here are a few; I like how easy it is to use, I like how they set it up it is very user friendly. We just launched it at the hospital and the employees have not had one complaint about submitting work orders through Click Maint. I was here the last time they launched the new work order system and the entire staff complained about how hard it was to use. So trust me I would hear the complaints because they don't hold back. They have not had anything bad to say. It honestly has shocked me!
Nachteile
I have sat here and tried to think of something I don't like or that I could change or just something that didn't make me happy with the system and I could not think of one thing.

I did not have any support with the other system. I had noone to help me if I didn't know how to do something or had questions. Click Maint has been the complete opposite. And everyone is SO HAPPY to help you out with whatever it is. Hippo was harder to use and the requesters complained about it being hard so they would not put work orders in the system, instead they would just call us or send an email. Easy to use and navigate.
We are very pleased with our decision to switch to Click Maint. Our team has come on board with more cooperation and enthusiasm than expected.
Vorteile
We reviewed six different CMMS software packages before deciding. We decided on Click maint mainly due to user friendliness and we have not been disappointed.
Nachteile
The only possible Con would be that there are some bugs in the software, but we were aware that Click maint is a new software and concerns are addressed quickly

Click Maint got us organized and on track
The onboarding experience was great. The Click Maint team is great to work with and ensures a smooth transition. Overall experience is great!

I like the ease of use. Even the most technologically handicapped staff can use it successfully and effectively.
Nachteile
It lacks purchase order tracking and the reports are minimal. However, the company is open to adding and upgrading as needed. I look forward to the purchase order tracking due out in 2025

From chaos to control; a game changing transformation.
My experience with Click Maint CMMS has been great. The onboarding team has always been a call or click away, ready to answer any of my questions. I have also made use of the many helpful FAQ answers and video guides. I am impressed by all the customizable and functional features. We've only been on board for a few months and am looking forward to the benefits of this program for years to come.
Vorteile
Click Maint CMMS has been a game changer for our Church & School. I have found it to be user friendly and particularly helpful in streamlining and organizing our maintenance operations. It's also very affordable, which is important to us as a non-profit organization on a zero-based budgeting plan.
Nachteile
The Click Maint Mobile App works well, and gets the job done when you're "out in the field" working but it does not have as much detail and functionality as using the program from a computer or laptop.

Why wait? This program has been a godsend!
As stated above, transition has been painless and easy. Customer support has been superior. There was almost a instantaneous increase in productivity.

It has an intuitive flow to the program. Switching from our previous program to ClickMaint has been completely fluid.

Not hearing about it sooner. We have suffered for years with our previous maintenance management program.

An excellent CMMS program at an affordable cost
We are a mid-size hospital system laundry. This program was a perfect fit for us that keeps getting better. From sales to implementation to training, their team took great care of us. Any questions or issues were addressed in minutes, not days or weeks.
Vorteile
This program was easy to learn and implement. It gave us everything we needed at an extremely competitive cost.
Nachteile
The included reports are not very customizable. That being said, the basic reports give a very clear picture.

New user, small company
It's been GREAT!!!!! I'm extremely happy with the program, support staff and overall function of the program.
Vorteile
I really like the simple and user-friendly format, across all platforms (PC, iPad, android). The links, blogs and videos are all very helpful. The support team has been VERY responsive and helpful.
Nachteile
No big cons for me. A few bugs that I've found and brought to the dev teams' attention. But that's to be expected with a young company.

We are still in the implementation phase so we are still learning the software ourselves, but other than that it has been super helpful with organization so far.
Vorteile
With Click Maint being a newer software on the block, the relationship between our teams if very personal and we get quick responses to any questions we need. As they are still building their software they listen to any suggestions we may have.
Nachteile
Being a newer company there is going to be bugs. None of the bugs have been major, but sometimes can be frustrating.

Just getting started
Currently uploading all of our assets into the system but am looking forward to full use of the software once more applicable and ready to use on our end.

The help portal is awesome, haven't had an issue that click maint staff were unable to assist me with.
Nachteile
Unable to attach multiple assets to a task such as boiler inspections if you have multiple boilers. "If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work." When a contractor does the large inspections for us, they don't break down the paperwork to attach to each asset, it comes as one inspection/invoice.

Head of Maintenance
I still have a lot to learn to make it more informative on reviews, but I am pleased with the ease of creating and clearing write ups.
Vorteile
I liked the most simplicity of creating and clearing work orders. There are still things in the work order that I need to learn, and experiment with so more information to the job and how it was completed can be added.
Nachteile
When I first got into the load up of assets and locations, it was a bit overwhelming. Once I understood that it was not manditory to fill in every blank. But I understand that others that may need to use this application may need those other options for their job sight.

Facilities Manager
Over all experience has been pleasant. Working with a smaller CMMS company has allowed us to have some influence as a client when it comes to the resolving issues and developing other parts of the program such as specific KPI reports.
Vorteile
Support service from the staff is great.
Nachteile
It is a new program and there are still some glitches we are finding. That said when reported to Click Maint, they go about finding fixes and update us on the status of the issue.

Great reporting keeps us in the know
Vorteile
We were looking for a CMMS that had strong reporting so that we could keep on top of ongoing maintenance issues and have found that in Click Maint.
As a strata hotel, we need to keep close track of all building maintenance and click maint has allowed us to do this easily and efficiently. A huge bonus was the asset tracking which we use to inform our FF&E planning and budgeting. Overall this system has saved us money and time by allowing accurate reporting and tracking. Highly recommend.
Nachteile
Being a smaller property, we did have to make some adjustments to the program to fit our property, but it was an easy process and the Click Maint team helped along the way.

Simple to use and affordable
I completed seven free trials or demos for other software, and Click Maint was by far the easiest for the team and me to use.
Vorteile
Simple and Intuitive. Click Maint has excellent customer support and is very open to feedback on how to improve its software.
Nachteile
None at this time. I do wish we could communicate with requesters directly through the software about their tickets without them having to create an account.

Discovery Cube (Trial User)
Good, [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful and very transparent during the entire testing and training experience. Their prices are competitive and reasonable compared to many of the other platforms throughout the industry. As a company we tested at least 5 different competitors within the market.

Very user friendly, simple learning curve upon both desktop and mobile versions.

Unable to specifically scan a QR code to extract the information/data, even though most platforms are at the same stage.

Managing work orders is easy with Click Maint
Great! I would recommend it to others! Everything from the beginning, from sales to implementation was very professional.
Vorteile
It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going. All round, it is a very user-friendly software, which was key for employees to adopt.

The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version.

Managing work orders is easy with Click Maint
Excellent overall! Very happy with the product and has made our company more streamlined and efficient.
Vorteile
It is very user friendly, It was fast to set up and implement. The after sales support for the team is great and it took very little training to get going.

The mobile app is still missing some features that the full Web version has.

Click has been Great!
It's been great. Very easy to use and to start your facilities PM program.

Great support and easy to setup
Click Maint has been great to work with. From our first contact, demo and trial, their team was very responsive. Once we purchased, their support team got us set up and trained and using the software within a week.
Vorteile
Click Maint is very easy to work with. We really needed something simple to track requests and work orders and the odd preventive maintenance. We were using spreadsheets before and this was eating up way too much time. Click Maint was perfect for us. The cost is very affordable and they have been great to work with. The mobile app was an added bonus. Not something that we thought we would need. But now we use it all the time.
Nachteile
I can't think of anything. We are a small operation and Click Maint has been great so far and does everything we need it to.

Easy to use and simple to set up. Great value. Makes managing work orders easy.
They have been great to work with, They helped us get set up in weeks and the support is responsive when we need help.

Everything about it is great. We are a small operation and don't have too many work orders. But this solution really made things easy to track and manage. For the cost, it was well worth it.

Nothing to date. If anything, the mobile app could use a few more features but the folks at Click Maint say more is coming.

Great, the click Maint team is easy to deal with and very friendly.

Customer service was great, even during the trial period. The program is easy to use.
Nachteile
printing work order does need some attention. I am in a rural area and cell service is horrible. Printing work orders is the best way.

Fantastic CMMS !
From day one it has been great. The support is fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] does a great job explaining things when I need help. He is my go to person when I need him. Over the years I have worked with several CMMS platforms, AEGIS, Service Now just to mention a few, and Click Maint is by far the easiest with great support. I highly recommend it !

It is very easy to navigate and it has all the features I need to accomplish our goals.

Simple, efficient, and easy to use. The staff is helpful and open to input to improve the application.

Click Maint is easy to use and not overly complicated. It is nice for us because we are a small ballpark, do not manufacture anything, and only have one location.

Currently lacking some customization options but nothing that prevents us from using it.

Great app for maintenance requests and work orders
Click Maint is easy to use and is a major improvement over our previous system. It wasn't easy to use and it performed poorly - crashed, and was buggy. Click Maint is great for maintenance requests and work orders at our school.

ur school just implemented Click Maint for managing maintenance requests and work orders. It's been great. Our old system was not easy to use and it always had bugs and issues. Click Maint makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and get updates on the status of the work order. I love it because I can scan a QR Code with my iPhone and get the request in.
Nachteile
I only use the app for maintenance requests and getting updates on the work orders status. There is nothing bad I can say about it.

Easy to use product with great customer service
[sensitive content hidden] was my first point of contact, and he kept in touch and demonstrated the product very well. He was not pushy and gave me the time required to make a decision on whether to go with Click Maint or not. I've only dealt with [sensitive content hidden], and both guys are great and kept me engaged. Click Maint is an easy to use product which means our requirements and budget.

Ease of use - our maintenance people are not tech savvy and they were able to use it with minimal training.
Nachteile
The mobile app is simplistic and lacks some functionality in some areas. However Click Maint is constantly making enhancements to it which is great.

Simple, easy and great value
Great experience. Click Maint is a newer company so we get a lot of attention. They are really responsive and if we have any questions they are fast to answer and really helpful. As they grow, I hope this continues.
Vorteile
The best thing about this software was how fast it was to set up and start using. I used a CMMS in the past (it's been a while). This is night and day.. I really was hesitant about looking into these systems because of my past experience. Click Maint is inexpensive and really easy to use. We were doing work orders after the first kick-off call with their onboarding specialist.
Nachteile
It's not the best for tracking tools. There is no check-in check-out. But that is fine. We can use the assets module and inventory module. Other than that, it's great.

Vorteile
We use Click Maint to manage work orders, schedule maintenance for our building. We get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app makes it easy to manage work on the go. It's easy to use, affordable and quick to set up.

No issues yet. So far we are very happy with our choice. Suits are needs.

Overall good. No real complaints except for the online/ offline issue
Vorteile
The click maint app is very intuitive and easy to use. There's a lot of functions that allow for as much or as little granular detail in how to track and support maintenance.
Nachteile
No offline/ online sync for when I enter areas of the building without strong internet coverage it becomes unusable
