Great simple product

Really like the product, just the above to be addressed would be great!

Vorteile

love the versatility of the product to use with our industry and what we do.

Nachteile

The lists and reports terminology could be simplified, it doesnt really make sense and we end up guessing or asking for help.Also could do with a spell check.Facility to put our brand on the reports, and perhaps our clients logo as well

Does what it says on the box

This software has helped our company to grow from a start-up business to a medium-sized business.

Vorteile

It's great to see everything you need to know about an account or contact at a glance. It's very helpful to have a task list that keeps your focused and on track. Our operations and sales teams enjoy using this software.

Nachteile

There are limitations to very specific customisation that you might want to achieve, e.g. we weren't able to use it to track the student progress our learners. But then, it's a CRM system - not a fully featured student information system.

Use of CRM

When I have needed help with something I have had a quick and useful response very quickly.
I find it easy to use for what I need.

Vorteile

The most important things to me are:- tracking of emails with each customer, tracking of quotation/sales confirmations with each customer. Checking where we are up to with opportunities.

Nachteile

I have not used this with any other system, but I cannot fathom out the report side of things, but neither have I asked for help using it so far either.

Easy to use and implement

I am currently working towards switching to Really Simple Systems CRM after a very successful trial.
Switching from my current user made me look at which functions I actually use and allowed me to streamline our requirements, which I believe will make us more efficient.

Vorteile

This software appealed to me instantly because it is so intuitive and adaptable. The custom fields creation was very easy to pick up.

Nachteile

Time will tell but at the moment it looks good.

Best customer support service offered to CRM users

Our company has benefited greatly by having a CRM system in place. Since RSS is the first software used in our department, we are very grateful for the good customer support that we received in all cases when we faced some challenges.

Vorteile

It is relatively easy to grasp the way RSS works and most of the functionalities are intuitive. What I like the most about RSS is their supreme customer support service.

Nachteile

The marketing and reporting sections are not as intuitive when it comes to making the most of their functionalities.

An excellent CRM system for SMEs

The overall experience so far has been smooth and beneficial to our team. The staff at RSS have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Vorteile

It is intuitive to use, easy to navigate around and so training our team was quick and they felt confident using it. The layout is simple and clean. You can tailor you to suit your own way of working, so individuals can work with the CRM in different ways.

Nachteile

If you were able to include images within the body of an email that would be helpful.

Really Simple says it all

Since using RSS my business is well organised and I never miss important notes or tasks Customer visits are recorded easily and keep me ok track and informed of my activity which in turn builds brilliant customer relations

The first CRM I tried, and it's easy to use

Before, my functionality with clients and prospects was scattered over a couple of applications and a lot of files. Now everything is together. Before I call a customer, I have the information at my fingertips and it is difficult to catch me on a distraction.
The pricing plans allow growing​ as quick as the requirements and for now, I have room for a lot of customers. Every possible prospect: into the CRM!

I can't imagine turning back to my spreadsheets...

Vorteile

The support is very personal, if there is an issue, you have one main person (not every time another) that will resolve it or forward to a colleague. But this main person knows your story and your mindset. The answers to questions or issues are​ really quick.
Then the software is easy to use and there are many links that bring you quickly where you want.
It is just what I need and for a very reasonable price.

Nachteile

There are no real issues. Some features are new for me as it is the first CRM that I use, but I note that with a bit of curiosity from my side and a lot of goodwill from the company, I learn quickly.

Great CRM for SMB

Vorteile

Customer service is excellent and will help customize your reports and and fields and typically within 24 hours.Great for SMB when many hats are worn.

Nachteile

Linked account feature is a little bit confusing. But overall the value and customer support outweigh it by a ton.

CRM Review for small businesses

Very positive, I found the CRM online through a google search and it is exactly what my business needs and a whole lot more.

Vorteile

I really like how you can customise the details to suit your specific business. Alos the fields are then easily searchable. The tie in with Sage Accounting is also really useful.

I actually cannot think of anything negative!

Good be incredible if I had the time!

its taking too long to enter all details in and we need to spend a large amount of time tailoring it to what we need so we are not using it in the right way

I love the company ethos and team - we have enjoyed their organized events. It is well thoughout and could be an incredible tool in our business if we had the time to customize it!

I would like better integration with 3 party apps, i would like a paid for service that can customize our site to make it more tailored to us and i would like more customization in general

Overview

Does what I need, however nothing special stands out. It's features are on par with all other CRM systems.

Vorteile

Simple, clear layout and quick for basic tasks.

Nachteile

Sometimes too basic. Slow for data entry as most entries require a refreshed page. Everything should be on one account page.

Feature Rich and Simple to Use

We really like the simplicity of the system.

Vorteile

We like the fact it is based online so our staff can use it wherever they are without having to worry about VPNs, deploying software, maintenance of servers etc.

Nachteile

No cons really. Features are constantly being added. We wanted Google Maps integration which wasn't readily available but after speaking with customer support, they have now added this important feature.

Works Well For Us

Our overall experience has been great and we recommend the software. The pricing is acceptable. If the pricing were to go up, we might seriously consider other alternatives. But for now, at this price structure, we will be sticking with Really Simple Systems indefinitely. It’s suiting our purposes.

Vorteile

This software is pretty intuitive. They have decent tutorials. The custom fields are an excellent feature that are basically a deal breaker if they were not available.

Nachteile

We would like to be able to list only certain types of accounts. Instead, it always lists all of them. Maybe we are not seeing how to do it. It allows you to list by account alphabetically, which is helpful, but it would be nice if you were working on one set of accounts to be able to stay focused only on that one rather than having to scroll to that group each time.

Functional easy to use CRM system

Excellent very easy to use doesn't impact on day to day, getting hung up with the details of the systems rather than job tasks

Useful for me!

Really enjoyed my experience so far and I enjoy using the system. I'm a simple person so it works for me.

Vorteile

I'd have to say it's more like a diary/calendar for me. I use it to follow up on tasks and things I need to make sure that I can get done. You can also integrate it with your outlook, which is very helpful for someone like me who forgets often! Very easy to use and it's in the name really, it's a simple system.

Nachteile

Can't fault it! I've never had any issues.

A Game Changer!

After being a bit overwhelmed by a number of different CRMs out there, I was determined to find something very basic with A) a limited amount of fields (but enough to do the job), B) affordability, C) excellent support and D) ease of use on mobile. Really Simple Systems has delivered on all counts- and then some.
I sent an email to support mentioning that, although I love the software, I had two things on my "wish list" for their next update. I sent that request on a Tuesday morning. I received a reply within an hour (!) telling me they think they could accommodate me on both fronts. By Wednesday morning, BOTH of my requests had been incorporated into the software. Yes. You read that right. 24 hours later! I was blown away as these two enhancements continue to save me time and money on a daily basis. My advice for anyone is to try Really Simple Systems for a month or two to get a taste of how easy it is to use and how amazing the support team is. This is a game changer for small business owners like myself.

Fantastic, customer focused support

Vorteile

By far the best part about RSS is the team - they're very focused on helping us with what we want and looking at creative ways to get the job done. We've worked very closely with them over the years on a number of projects, and they're by far one of the best software teams I've worked with.

The system is simple (surprise!) and it's never taken long for us to train new staff on it.

Nachteile

The upgrade to version 5 took quite a while, however has been much needed and the new software has been regularly updated - far more regularly than previously, so the wait was worth it. There are a few times that we've needed a bit more complexity than the system offers - however the team have been good at exploring different ways to approach what we want.

Perfectly suited to us as a small business

We use really simple sytems CRM for managing our client accounts and tracking opportunities for new sales. It works excellently and our team are very pleased with it

Really Simple Systems CRM works brilliantly for our business as it's quite to use and setup, but still has all the features we need. On the rare occasions when we've had to the use the support service the team have been very respoonsive

Nachteile

The ability to merge duplicate organisations would be very useful; instead you have to delete one and update the other

Great CRM system that you can customise

Excellent, have already recommended it to others as much better (simpler!) to sue that other CRMs I have used

Vorteile

The support has been fantastic - real people who are UK based. Nothing is too much trouble. I particularly like how easy it is (for a not IT expert) to customise it, particularly the pipeline so it makes sense for my business.

So easy to see a full history and details of all contacts

We have multiple employees dealing with the same customers. The overall Account Manager, the Support staff, and the Project Implementation team can all share information and access "one version of the truth".

The ease of use. The amount of detail captured. The fact that it is cloud-based. Sharing information with colleagues.

Brilliant service and flexible system.

Managing our client database and recording enquiries into our service. Really simple to use reporting.

Vorteile

This is software that is not designed for our business; however despite this we were able to tailor parts of the system to help us move from paper based files to managing an electronic system. The service from RSS has been outstanding and they help to provide solutions and alternatives quickly and as best as they can.

Nachteile

As it wasn't designed for Social Care use, there are functionality and data protection issues that have resulted in us moving to a specifically designed system.

Easy to use but could be made more streamlined

RSS makes it easier to have data in one place on a simple CRM. If you have any degree of IT knowledge you will easily pick up working on it and can use webinars to increase knowledge.

Vorteile

Easy to set up and upload data to. Email campaigns are quick to set up and very easy to add content to. Adding your own customer fields is simple to do. Support is good and helpful.

Nachteile

Everything is too long winded. To add something to an existing contact you need to find the contact, click the contact, click edit, make your change, save. And the system isn't fast so all of that loading time to add in. It would be easier to be able to edit once you are in a contact then just save changes not start editing separately! Lists and reports being the same would also be better. You view a report for data then have to make the list separately to send email campaigns. Can't copy email campaigns easily.Everything just seems a bit complicated and not so simple!

RSS used as main CRM

Great.

Vorteile

I like that RSS does exactly what it says on the tin, it easy to navigate, easy to introduce to new staff members. Works perfectly for logging and tracking our customers from lead to sale.

We particularly like the tasks and activities function which allows us to set tasks / notifications for other members of the team and set custom dates for these too. I like that it is easy to upload excel, word and other docs to a customers profile.

Nachteile

The layout of documents saved to a customer could do with being more compressed so its easy to view the full list.

The clues in the name

I have really enjoyed using RSS for my day to day administration and for quoting purposes. It is an effective platform with lots of good features and work arounds. The team behind the scenes spent a lot of time modifying the platform for us to cover some of our more niche products and they were always on hand with advice.

Vorteile

RSS is so easy to use. As soon as I got my login it didn't take me long to work my way around the system and organise the dashboard and reports to my liking. It is a really clean platform with functional modules and shortcuts that save a lot of time.

Nachteile

It could sometimes be a bit slow to load but the support team kept us informed of any issues and worked hard at resolving them quickly.

Very useful tool

Great for keeping track of long term clients and prospects with a good record of correspondence for the whole company.

Vorteile

Its a really easy to use system, a great way to record information which is accessible to the whole team.
Easy to track progress with opportunities and tasks.
Useful to see the progress of marketing emails

Nachteile

Although the reports can be very useful, creating a report is not very self explanatory and can be quite complicated.
The opportunities system is confusing with reference to unit price, sale price and value.
Would be nice to have a tick box option when recording a call activity to be able to easily record if the call was answered, if a message was left, if the client is returning a call etc.

Poor customer support and calendar sync, which we rely on heavily just turned off without...

Vorteile

Cheap. Initially it gave us a good intorductoin to CRM but now realise there are better products out there e.g. Zoho one or MS Dynamics.

Nachteile

Calandar sync turned off. Keep getting glitches, Can't log onto two systems on one web browser etc

Worth a look!

This CRM system was exactly what we were looking for, didn't need anything complex which is why we wanted something with a smaller price tag.

Vorteile

This CRM is extremely easy to use, their are tutorial videos linked within the product which where most useful. A lot of information can be stored making customer relations management very easy!

Nachteile

There is quite a lot to learn when first loading the software, some parts where not needed within our business, but there is the option to customise the software to suit your needs.

Satisfactory system

Good experience. We use it mainly for a referral point for client / supplier details

Vorteile

Integration was easy. Once we have set up contact details, all emails are captured on the system. As we are a team of 4 people, it is very useful to be able to access colleagues client details / emails.

Nachteile

Nothing springs to mind, other than having to remember to manually input contact details, or delete them when they move to another company

Really Simple Systems - Really Great for a Startup

Really Simple Systems was just what we needed as a SaaS startup who was lean, but with lots of prospects and really needed a CRM that was affordable, easy to setup with the potential to scale. We definitely got that with Really Simple Systems. They've been great to work with. Strongly recommend them.

Vorteile

Very easy to setup, especially the CRM portion. One of my partners had never used a CRM previously and was able to start using it and be productive (really productive) almost immediately.

It was very affordable for us to get started which combined with the positive reviews that we saw it made it very attractive to us.

Their support is great! Really responsive. You never feel like you're talking to a black hole. Really important for us.

Nachteile

They have some work to do on the marketing module. There is an update coming, and it will help a lot. This module is just clunky at the moment, especially the email editor.

Not really any cons and they appear to be developing all the time. The only real improvement woudl be to have more flexible licensing and the ability to speak to somebody more readily

CRM Does Its Job - Very Well

As a CRM should, it enables mt to keep track of what was said and done and to plan, see and react to future events

The system is simple and works very well for a small company like mine.

Simple control of the sales process and the relationship with my customers.

Vorteile

I am still using the free version and it suites me very well, I will update it in a very near future as I need some features that are not available in the free version.
The software is very comprehensive and cover all the main topics of a CRM system.
I search for other solutions and this is the best that I found.
I highly recommend it.

Nachteile

The part that I had more difficulties were in the reporting section.
I tried to add some fields but could not do it.Maybe because I use the free version.

Really Simple is just that.

Vorteile

I have experience with some of the larger CRM products and they are probably justified for very large and complicated organizations. But, they are far too complicated, often times require programming or special knowledge to customize and are very expensive for a smaller businesses. Most of us need a CRM that provides the business basics such as forecasting, maintaining customer information, document and record storage and the ability to schedule and document activities. After trying quite a few options I found Really Simple Systems to be very easy to use and adapt to my business requirements. The cost is more than reasonable for what you get. I ran my business on the free version for quite awhile until I grew to a point where I wanted to add features that had a cost associated with them. Don't buy an over engineered product. Buy what you need.

Nachteile

So far it has everything I need. Since I am paranoid about losing data and loss of internet connectivity, it would be nice if the program could provide an option to reside on my computer. If the internet or my service is down, I cannot adequately run my business without access to Really Simple.

Really Simple is really simple. Which is really ideal!

As the owner, the manager, the sales rep, the customer service rep, in charge of returns, customer issues, I am the definition of jack of all trades. My business is just starting, but I realized it doesn't mean its not worthy of using quality software to help me save a few minutes here and a few minutes there. I was hesitant at first to go with any software because I kept saying to myself who needs management software when you are the only employee! But after getting some serial numbers mixed up with customers names one time... That was it! I needed help running my online business. I tried several different products. Started out using Team Viewer but then about fell out of my chair at the price. Used a Live Chat program for a while. But I cant always be at a desk waiting for that customer to hit the chat button. Then other CRM's were so bloated with stuff that just didn't make sense to my business. Then I spotted Really Simple Systems. The name is what got my foot in the door. I figured heck lets give it a try. So glad I did!

Vorteile

Has just enough information that its not redundant. I love the pay as you go approach. Instead of bogging us down with several hundred dollars worth of software we may never use, or even worse free versions that don't cover enough services to make you want to start using their products at all! I wanted a product that tells me what happened, when and how I did something, to whom and when, what the outcome was, and will then continue to bug me if I haven't done it yet.

Nachteile

Would like to see more third party integrations. Now days it seems like almost every app, software, smart phone, computer, tablet, printer, etc connect to each other somehow.
