Great ability to customize
Easy ability to track and edit leads.
Vorteile
We use this software to track potentials leads. What I most like is the ability to add custom fields to really utilise the tool .
Nachteile
Initially, the report function didn't work perfectly for us but I contacted customer support and they really quickly solved this issue for us by adding in the requested extra fields.

Really Simple Systems CRM really is simple

I like this system because it really is simple to use, but very effective. It allows the whole team to keep up to date with all of our accounts.
Nachteile
I'd like to be able to pull off reports which included the 'Notes/Comments' on accounts.

Glad to have a straightforward system, which just about covers all my needs.
A compact place to store all my customer sales information.
Vorteile
I am able to contain all the relevant information about my customer in one place. I have been grateful for the prompt responses from the support team when I have had some issues.
Nachteile
Not being able to attach actual documents into the customer account. Not a big fan of cloud base systems. I have not worked out how to put alerts and reminders against specific customers, therefore I would like to be able to find this out alongside other applications, either by webinar or video link. Also just been advised that we have been upgraded from version 4 to 5. Layout is very different from the previous one. Not sure the change was necessary unless it substantially improves the ease of use.

Flexible system which is always evolving, with outstanding support
RSS helps up keep on top of our sales pipeline, we print reports for our weekly meetings. We also use the marketing module to communicate news with prospects and clients. Plus, our after sales team use the Tasks to monitor outstanding issues.
Vorteile
The system is customisable, integrates with our email and accounting software, and the support is outstanding.
Nachteile
It would be great if the email templates were a bit jazzier, like mailchimp.

I like the system itself but the support side of things could do with a tweak or two.

Really Simple Systems CRM Review
The research and selection period was made so much easier because the support is local to Australia, but mainly that the contact was genuinely interested in assisting us find the best system for us. There was no hard sell and we have a system that is set up and tailored for us prior to starting subscription.
Vorteile
The software is very simple to navigate and can be used in a small capacity or it is adaptable to larger and more encompassing business use. The ability to tailor make the system to fit in with existing business is a real bonus. I found the RSS contact incredibly helpful, articulate and interested in what we were looking for in a CRM system. Perhaps the biggest single advantage this system has over it's competition......the demonstration was all inclusive and interactive, and delivered with true support. No request was too much and between the two of us we achieved our objectives before purchasing the product. Most impressed!

RSS is great for small businesses

RSS makes it simple and easy to send targeted marketing campaigns to our customers. Campaigns can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis so that marketing emails are not forgotten.
Nachteile
There isn't much that I dislike about the software. I haven't encountered any issues while using RSS over the last few years.

Really Simple Systems can be accessed by relevant team members. We can quickly find customer contact details and keep track of our interactions with them using the notes section.
Vorteile
Really Simple Systems loads quickly and is easy to use. Logging on is a quick process and customer information is easy to find. Having the master company account for each organisation we deal with and then the contacts for each organisation is ideal and easy to use. I would highly recommend Really Simple Systems as a great CRM.

It is really easy to use and a doddle to customise. Keeps all of my records in 1 place and I can see at a glance my workload for any given day.

The only real negative that I can think of is that you are unable to block holidays off to prevent inadvertently making appointments.

Their Customer support is the best. I send an email and they respond quickly. I thought as a UK company, getting a response to a request would be the next day at best since I'm on the west coast. Some things are easy and I say Duh, but some are complex and you get the same excellent service. It is easy to do marketing campaigns, it is easy to change fields and add drop downs. You should think things out before moving forward but know that you can change a field. The flexibility is great. And there is also online help, videos, and webinars. It is simple to use and understand.

It really is simple. Reports are easy to run. I've used other CRM's and the reporting can be very confusing. It is not over done. It is a CRM, not trying to run your inventory or production from this software. You can pick it up on your smartphone and tablet, which is helpful for on the road sales folks. Quick support answers are always helpful.

The limit of the 20 fields.

We have used this system for many years now, and I am very happy with it. All employees find it easy to use, it is very straightforward. From my point of view as administrator - it is easy to add employees as the company grows, it is very easy to train the employees and it is very easy to monitor.

I am finding it hard to think of a negative - maybe could be slightly cheaper!

Intuitive and reliable
Overall excellent. There seems to be a lot of support and the system works very well.
Vorteile
I wouldn't be able to do my job without this. I don't need all the detail/options available but it suits me fine to use what I do need.
Nachteile
I have had occasional trouble with Tasks columns resetting so I can't see Account Name or Description. These can be reset but it's a con to have to do it. That said this problem has only occurred occasionally and has not been a day to day issue.

Easy to use platform for a small business like ours
Service support has been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they have helped numerous times with data uploads.
Vorteile
I create email campaigns easily using the pinned templates that I have created which saves loads of time. And using campaigns I can resend to non openers at a separate time. I have used the data from the campaigns to monitor responses over time and work on improving my content to secure higher open rates.
Nachteile
Occassionally I have difficulties with the sizing of images on the email templates they appear very small but when sent do not appear the same size. I would like to see an easier way to have two coloums side by side. or for the text to flow in one box between two columns. Some more interesting bullet points and maybe emojis would be fun.

As a company we've been able to grow considerably due to the fact that Really Simple Systems allows us to easily keep track of communications with our existing accounts and potential customers. We've been able to drip feed marketing emails and other mailshots using their fantastic email system.
Vorteile
Really Simple Systems is fantastic. I've never had an issue with it. It's a highly capable system with all the features you could need from a CRM. The email tool is fantastic and the dashboard gives you an at-a-glance look at your sales performance. Also, if you ever get stuck, their support team is incredible.
Nachteile
The only thing I haven't enjoyed is the time between version 4 and version 5. In the changeover period things became slightly clunky and it maybe wasn't as seamless a process as they might've wanted. It's all working fine now though.

We have been using this Software for nearly Six years now. What we like most about this software is, we never faced any major issue in using this software. We almost always got immediate response whenever there was any concern. And also, there was hardly any downtime.

The pdf reports I run are not sequential & have gaps on the various pages. ie a general report I run should only take up 4 or 5 pages, but actually runs over 10 pages with lots of gaps. I cannot see anywhere or how to adjust this in the setting

Simple, effective & good value
I wanted to introduce a CRM system to our small company in order to have a central database of client details and store documents against them. I've used CRM systems for many years in previous roles and found them invaluable as a marketing tool, so looked around for an online system and found the Really Simple Systems CRM.
It's very user friendly and even the free version has a good range of features. A good value subsciption then adds other tools and the ability to link email to contacts etc.
I haven't used it to its potential yet but I'm sure it will be able to grow with our company.

So nice, I'm using it twice
My previous job used Really Simple Systems, which was my first experience with using a CRM. I realized how much easier the CRM made my job. Sure, it takes time to enter information, but once it's there - I can access it from any device. I don't have to wonder what the receptionist's name is at the appointment I'm about to walk into. I just look it up. I like the way the tasks are presented each day. It organizes my time and my bits of information. At my current job, the company doesn't provide a CRM. I signed up for Sales Force, because I didn't think Really Simple Systems had plans for single users. After a few months of Sales Force, which I found cumbersome and just "too cute" - the whole thing is built around a camping theme - I went to the Really Simple Systems website and saw that YES, I could sign up as a solo user. It was a happy day. I immediately signed up and I'm so glad to be back.

It is so simple to use. I truly feel like the system was designed by people who do my job and know how to structure a CRM that flows naturally with my business.
Nachteile
The save button on CONTACTS seems misplaced to me. It's the only button of its kind on the accounts and I often forget to hit save before I exit that item.

Exactly what it says on the tin!
I have been using this product for over ten years when I was introduced to it when working at Iizuka and subsequently for my own business. I have also introduced it to other small businesses and one homeless charity I worked for called Emmaus. RSS were generous enough to provide it pro bono! It was a fantastic way of keeping profiles of each resident and sharing the information should the resident move on to another establishment. It solved a complex problem very easily!

The product is very easy to use. It is easy to manager clients and the interactions with me. whether it be by phone or email. With the subscription product, emails can be synced with the client details which saves having to copy and paste.

Support is Amazing
Really Simple Systems CRM has easy search features which I really need and I can customise these which is an added bonus. Most of all it is the customer support that is the game changer. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been so helpful. I am only a small business start up and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as gone over and above with helping me set up my CRM to suit the business needs. It has really taken the stress out of it all and I cant thank him enough for all of the fantastic advise and fast response to my questions.

I really like it's simplicity.
Vorteile
Really Simple Systems was recommended to me by one of my clients and having used Hubspot and Soffront before I found it really easy and straightforward to use. The layout is intuitive and it doesn't need much explanation to get to grips with the features of the software.
Nachteile
Would be great to have an extra page for the accounts that have bought, so they can leave the pipeline and it just leaves the prospects on the accounts page.

Using to help record and track existing and new customers. Most importantly to segment for targetted marketing
Vorteile
Once used for a while the way various features of the software link to each other are really useful. Email tracking is a great feature, as is the email builder tool.
Nachteile
Nothing really significant. Like all CRM packages takes a while to come to grips with, but as is often said, practice makes perfect.

Perfect product to organise all of your customers and enquiries. Every sales business should use it.
Vorteile
Easy to use and gets all your sales enquiries organised as you go along. Ideal for a non techie person so it is perfect for a micro business of a large sales force.
Nachteile
I still have not grasped some of the terminology...like "opportunities". There is no box for email address'.

Speed and ease of use. I've had only good experiences so far and the team at Really Simple Systems have been helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to any firm!
Nachteile
None, it really does improve on anything I've used previously. This includes the big software names in the market.

Great for UX teams
Vorteile
It allows you to store all of your contacts, both clients and participants for research interviews, in one place.
Nachteile
Could use some more integrations, like with AirTable, as a lot of our analysis happens in there.
