An all singing all dancing piece of kit!!!! Amazing!

Quick, efficient, fabulous customer service, easy to use even for computerphobes!!!

Training conferences ... they're difficult to hear and if you can't remember something or need a prompt you have no choice but to make a service call which invariably ends with a call back. However, the customer service is second to none and nothing is ever a problem.

Just had the software installed. Fantastic, very easy to use with all the features I needed in my barber shop

Just amazing support & system can't say any more!

We've only had phorest in our beauty salon 5/6 weeks & just loving it! I can't believe how much this system does. Hopefully one day we will use it to its full potential. We are still learning so much & so pleased I went with phorest. I looked at quite a few systems & glad this is the one I went for. Amazing help from everyone & I think I used my support monthly fee in the first few days haha.

Best in class for salon services

This software is definitely a step up from what we had before. It gives us exactly what we needed to keep track of Staff schedules, client appointments and business finances and marketing. There is no cons really just a few bits that could be enabled to make life a bit more smooth sailing like in client screen instead of having the client address details i suggest using that column for the Treat Card number.

First day with phorest was brilliant

Easy to use, easy to learn. Fantastic customer service

Would like a play system so that when we are showing new staff how to use the system they don't affect with the live version.

Not good if you have problems with your broadband as the whole system is down, not sure if there is a way this can be resolved.

Phorest support is great, always get a call back extremely quickly, and problem is usually solved there and then. Always very polite and helpful

Phorest is now part of our team within our salon

Our salon in now much easier to run since we have had Phorest. Clients always say how professional our system is and that they love getting the text reminders. We have saved money by our clients turning up for their appointments and not just 'forgetting' !!
Phorest is like having a Personal Assistant. We get all our financial totals either daily or weekly etc. You certainly get what you pay for !!

Salon software used and linked between my two beauty salons.

I would say that since using phorest, it has single handedly elevated my ability to truly understand and analyse what goes on in my business, has given me a professional edge against other salons and has enabled me to apply a personal touch to my front of house customer contact. After nearly 10 years as a salon owner I really don't know how I managed the first 8 without phorest in my life!

Efficient, Patient, Innovative!

Compared to another salon software system I've worked it, Phorest is more user friendly & forward thinking. My previous salon software is only now becoming cloud based, whereas I'm with Phorest 2.5 years & they've been cloud based since I began with them. Louise exceeded my expectations recently with her great marketing assistance, with my new clinic set up which is an added bonus .

Fool proof

I have used the software for years and find it easy to use and easy to teach new staff. Customer service is very efficient and a problem is usually resolved in minutes. They are always adding great new features. They listen to salons who want updates or ways to make the system more efficient or effective and work on new ways to improve. I would always recommend phorest software.

Great system

I have used Phorest for over 3 years and have found it to be very easy to use and up to date due to regular updates
Pros - easy to use, user friendly, secure with PIN numbers, great reports, brilliant marketing/reminders, basically does ecerything for you from wages, to stock control, fabulous training and helpful advisors
Cons - if the Internet is down it can be hard to access.

I couldn't run my business effectively without my Phorest System. Slick, efficient and professional. So many functions to assist with every aspect of running your salon day to day and marketing your business. Plus, the customer care is faultless, instant asssitance if there is an issue or you just need advice on one of the many functions this wonderful piece of kit offers!

User Friendly With Friendly Support

I find that the software works well with working out developing times etc. I like the way it is simple for cashing up and if I need to amend staff rosters put in holidays etc.
Couple of cons; when I move an appointment , it seems to upset the developing time and the appointment times. Also, when I look at a client card I cant see their future appointments.

One week in!

So far so good! Loving this system. For a complete computer novice it is so user friendly and our customers are loving the reminder texts and emails they are getting.
All the staff I have dealt with have been fabulous including David who installed system and Aiofe and Ronan from head office.
Looking forward to learning what else this system can do.

The system has to be one of the easiest to use but has the best functionality operationally
Working for bigger companies that need global reporting Phorest has by far one of the best reporting systems that I have used.
From set up they have been amazing and the support is phenomenal, nothing is ever too much trouble.

ITS VERY COLOURFUL EASY TO USE ALWAYS MAKING GREAT IMPROVEMENT EVEN THOUGHT I DON'T ALWAYS LIKE THE UPGRADE LAYOUT WE GET USE TO IT VERY QUICKLY .
Love the online booking from our website and anything that i want to do the system has the option.could do with a reminder pop up for payment on the booking diary itself so it will flash at you .

Customer service second to none. In no matter what area of business I have worked in for more than 20 years I have never found a company so approachable,interested in the success of my business and open to new ideas.

Have even recommended them to my banks business manager to use with other business in the beauty and hairdressing field

As a marketer myself, in my opinion Phorest not only provides the best, most intuitive salon software, their marketing support is second to none. I look forward to reading the Phorest blog every week, it's always choc-a-bloc with great ideas for salon owners. And their template to send out e-newsletters to clients gets better and better!

Great software, picking it up quickly and fantastic support!

Very helpful system and easy to pick up.
there are a couple of things and recommendations we think would improve our use but these are small details such as having more than one preferred staff member for a clients different treatments in different departments.
The marketing is very useful and effective as well as being easy to use.

Nothing's ever too much

Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. We were very nervous about the change to being computerised but a year on would not be without it. Even when we ask silly little things they guide us through. The marketing is great and so easy to use, I would say just do it and with the team at phorest to lead you you will never look back.

Absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic. We've had amazing service from everyone involved in our set up so far. We had a query with setting up Facebook At10pm, and even then had a response from our technician. The response time from emailing a software question in the salon has so far not been longer than a few minutes. I wish I'd invested years ago!

New user

From initial contact, through product selection, clearing payment, receiving hardware and product training the whole episode has gone smoothly, quickly and with no issues - except the receipt printer was a chargeable add-on which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase

Phorest provides an easy, intuitive system for handling the everyday business of a beauty/hairdressing operation. There is a steady stream of innovations and updates, which often pre-empt your request for them.
All this is coupled with comprehensive management reports, allowing every part of the business to be analysed.

The best salon software

Phorest is by far the best salon software I have used in the last 17yrs in business some of the best bits have to be the marketing, social media and follow up actions it so easy to work and saves me so much time overall I'm delighted with Phorest, they're a wonderful team too and extremely efficient when problem solving

Amazing system & great customer service!

This system seems amazing love the way you can control your bookings wherever you are & manage the business from home! A bit stressful to start , recording how much stock you have and adding new products to the system but I can see once it's all sorted it's going to change my life! Would definitely recommend phorest !

Top Product with a Top Team!

I love using this system! I only have it in a week and it's already making life so much easier! No more carrying around a big heavy appointment book or having to remember to text my clients the day before! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and they get back to me so quickly with any questions that I have! :D

Online booking service is a god send to the salon and the reviews are a great idea.

Loving it

Moved from I-salon, 3 weeks in and everyone is loving it. Does so much more than we are used to you but enjoying finding all the added extras. Everyone has found the transition really easy and our clients are just as excited as us with the marketing side. Training is fab and so easy to organise.

Everyone is so helpful

I think Phorest is designed excellent, it's completely personalised to suit your Salon/Hairdressers/Nailbar, which makes it so user friendly. The colour codes make it easy to navigate around it, and the stock make stock taking a lot easier , business is run more efficiently using this software.

Simply the best

I absolutely love the attention to detail in the training that they provide. The system is very easy to use and does just as advertised. The only suggestion I have is same day text reminders for clients. Currently, it is only 24hrs in advance. Other then that I am very happy!

So far so good

1st week with phorest and the transition has been easier than i thought, the training we had with agent was really helpful. He was patient and adaptable and has been in contact whenever we need him with any answers to questions we had. Looking forward to going LIVE tomorrow!!

Fantastic asset to my business

This software has been a fantastic asset to my business. Im so delighted I went ahead with it as id been thinking about it for a couple of years. It's so easy to use even for a computer dummy like me. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and the team at Phorest so supportive

I'm getting use to it

So far I'm impressed. It would be easier if the iPad app was in 12hour format not 24 hour. Also if a whole month could be selected, if it can I haven't found out how yet! And if a home no was a option with the make sure a mobile or email is put it to make a booking

Simple to use. Straight forward. Extremely helpful in all areas of salon management.

Pros - Marketing help.
Many different reports easily accessible.
Phorest team always on hand to help. They really do listen to what you say.

Con - Sometimes the internet lets me down which means I can't use the software.
Takes up a lot of internet usage data.

Excellent, Simple, Quantum Leap ahead of SalonGenius

It's fantastic in relation to marketing, Linking up with our Facebook & Twitter accounts. Emailing/Texting clients etc. Particularly happy with the text reminder.
Very easy to navigate around.

Cons.
Some menu options are hidden or not as easy to find.

When ever I have any issues id be emailing to Cahir, even if its not hes area, he will always Help and solve anything.

Glad I am making the switch to Phorest as I have been with a competitors company for 5 years !

Still learning as my training was just yesterday . The support team was great as when I got home I had trouble with my Mac Book . But no worries Steve helped and then called back to make sure everything was working ! Thumbs up !
