Makes Salon Life Easier

Phorest Software has made the running of my salon so much easier and much more efficient. It also offers a great sense of professionalism.
The clients in particular love the sms reminders feature and of course the Loyalty Treat System.

Spring Email

Asked for help doing a spring newsletter and had a call from the representative within an hour. I sent him the material and he took over the rest. What an amazing service. I wouldn't have been able to do that myself. Thank you so much

I've only used it for a few hours but I'm enjoying it already.

Program seems great so far. I've only been using it for a few hours but I'm excited to get into this program! I wish the Phorest Go had week view but maybe it does and I haven't figured it out yet. I'm loving the program so far.

Best software I've ever used!

In over 30 years experience in the beauty industry I have used so many different softwares but nothing was easy, practical and wonderful to work with as Phorest! I am in love with it and I will recomment it to wvery salon owner.

The software is great and staff are amazing

Not just a pretty face

A lot of salon systems can look bit boring, I like how phorest looks & how easy it is to use it & change things, can't wait to get using it more.

overall impression is that its a fantastic product still under a degree of development, the team servicing the programme etc are more than competent and helpful. they give me faith to hang on with the concept with a long view

Find it good ,can sometimes run a bit slow and freeze

It's a great software I just really need more training to improve my ability to use it fully ..
When it runs slow it's normally resolved very quickly and we always receive information as to what is the problem

So far so good .. Day 1

Support from staff in particular Joanne had been wonderful.. Having just changed from paper to computer it's been very daunting and nerve wrecking but the support from Joanne in HQ has helped me so much ..

It's exceptional once you know how.

I don't do the classes because they go through them really quickly I get lost and don't learn anything. The callback service is fantastic so if I need to know something I just ring. Very happy with it.

We made the right move

Earlier this year I changed blackamber to phorest, and to say we made the right move was an understatement. The team love the system and from a managment point of view it's made things so much easier

Fab from day 1, everyone who joins our team pick up the system very quickly. Any problems we've had have been sorted more or less straight away. I've recommended you to quite a few salon owners.

Love how easy the software is to use and how accessible everything is with the home link feature. Automated reminders also a massive bonus! Only used for a day but I already love my new system

Easy to use and has everything we need to control our appointments and client card, it does so much more than we thought and we haven't even got around to using the marketing side.

User friendly!

We were using booker but after searching for a better software we came across Phorest. Phorest is so easy to use and navigate it's just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

My main downside is the ability to book training courses when I'm fully booked with clients . I want to absorb everything but I'm limited by my appointments ....argggh

It was a bit confusing at first, as I had no salon experience in the past.

I have found the support of Phorest Salon Software to be prompt and friendly. Whoever I have spoken too have always given their time exclusively and been most helpful.

Easy to use does everything a salon needs

Apps are great for booking clients in out of hours and checking your day before work. So simple to use and any problems are fixed quickly calling Phorest support

I love Phorest

I love the software. The only con I have is that if my receptionist makes a mistake with the subtotal for a client and hits pay. I can't go back and change it.

I haven't been using the software long, but from what I can tell, it is set up in a great way that I can learn it easily. The customer support is phenomenal.

Love the ease of Phorest software. New update looks really modern, although prefer slightly bolder colours as they're easier to see at a glance.
