I kept looking for software which is more powerful than a trellis board, but doesn’t take a full time trained professional to manage (looking at you Jira!)

Nifty fits that perfectly. It’s made a world of a difference to coordination in the team, makes it super easy to build estimated project dependencies and timelines, and most importantly is easy enough to use that you keep those estimates up to date!

Nachteile

Nifty is still early! There are some bugs and slowness, but the team has really impressed me with how fast they are to respond to feedback by shipping fixes or updates.

I would love some AI features to help on nifty and I noticed some of the notifications didn't come across even though I changed settings.

Super easy to set up, and a huge help with project deadlines and team communication. The roadmap feature is the perfect way to reflect on your work as well.

It's really helpful that everything is in the same place, and I don't have to switch between 4 different things to get the same level of functionality.

The best part about using Nifty is that I no longer have a ton of different tabs open running different applications. Our team used to use clockify, dropbox, whatsapp, etc. for communication and organization and it's so nice to have all of those features centralized in one location.

Since I'm just a user rather than an admin I don't have as much access to monitoring things as I would like

Ease of use and setup. We could get it set up within a day, moved some of the things from Trello, Notion and Slack over.

The task management feature of this app has been a game-changer in terms of communication and organization. It makes it much easier to collaborate with others and keep track of the progress of different tasks. With the ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and receive notifications, it's much easier to stay on top of where we are in a project.

My biggest complaint about this app is the lack of a whiteboard feature. Not having the ability to sketch out ideas and concepts is a major downside, and it's something that I really miss when using this app. I hope that the developers will consider adding this feature in the future, as it would greatly improve the overall functionality of the app.

Nifty is fairly easy to use and works as well on mobile as it does on desktop . The search function work amazingly and the log-keeping for done projects is top-notch .

The interface is clustered with too many features ,most of them not really that useful .The time tracker is buggy and inaccurate .Nifty is also lackluster when it comes to the reporting functions .

This is a really pretty software. It just looks so cool that you want to be in it all the time. It's the most beautiful online tool I've used and sets the standard.

I've taken project management classes in college. But implementing this tool was a little much for me. There's a lot to take in, and that's really great for most people I guess, but for simplicity and speed of implementation, it suffered for me in that area.
