UX could be more transparent, the construction of it is understandable taking into consideration many functionalities, but it could be a bit more intuitive.

Nifty is great to manage my team and attribute tasks to every one. I use it with "guests": collaborators who just have to do something simple but I want to monitorize with Nifty

Nachteile

They should add some very simple tools, filters or button to make easier the navigation and the user experience.
I mean a button to go back at task screen from settings
A "order by" button in milestones and tasks
etc.

Every new client, after payment and contract will automatically get the login details (with Zapier integration) and an email to ask them to download the app.

Nifty is the main comunication channel for clients, practical to use, fast, simple.

Besides , we can also share docs and manage projects with team.

Nifty enabled me to work in one workspace and has really helped my team be organized and accomplish its milestones.

The chats on web, mobile and other means are not always so in sync.

So I use Asana for more than 1 year until last week i try Nifty, check all the features and decided to stop my monthly subscription and move to Nifty.

I have small team, 1 code is enough for me but, think of my big plan in the future, i will get more extra codes.

Ability to record time on Projects.
The structure of Projects /Tasks and how they related to Portfolios was good.

Would like to see some better reporting around time spent on projects.
Would like to have the ability to customize widgets and add widgets

Nifty is a solid product and works great in collaboration, actually it is supported by a great team, i love working with it daily.

I love how easy it is to navigate the app, both on mobile (iPhone) and online. It is also easier to notify people when you already done your part. I also love the motivational quote when you first opened it, it makes me want to do the work.

Nachteile

The site is a little bit slow to load but everything is fine honestly.

Very intuitive UI, Nifty team seems to have a lot of experience using project management tools; the app is full of features, a real "all in one" for project management... the response to actions is quick, works as expected and beyond.

I really miss the time tracking feature, however, I've read they're working on it, what will be amazing. Nifty team seems to listen their user base and the project is evolving according their needs

Very easy to use! It has a timer feature that alows me to know how long I have spent on each task, and I love being able to assign tasks to my empolyees.

Customer Support and that I can have everything my team needs in one place. We have our brand materials, projects, affiliate launch details and so much more. I like that it sends me reminders when I have a task due.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but like anything that is powerful the time invested is worth investing.

What I really like about Nifty is that it has become a one-stop place for everything task related. I can track my own progress, create different tasks and even add files. It's easy to use and to start working with.

Nachteile

I have worked with other project management and task management tools that have a bit more oversight in terms of what is a focus right now and different levels of priority. So it's not so ideal for teamwork.

Nifty has been easy to set up and create deadlines, assign roles/tasks during a project, and keep track of where I stand in a transaction. I like that it reminds me gently when I am behind (you can set it up to remind you in the app or by text or email, or all three).

There is a little bit of a learning curve, but that might have been my own personal challenge because I've never used project management software like this. There are not many templates available, and the ones that are pre-installed are extremely basic so I have been creating my own.

All in one place! the nifty team keeps providing new updates that extends current features. Easy and simple software. They even have mobile application, so you get notifications on the go!

There are many, but it might change after the date of this review, so double check. My only complain is lack of few features as: Native API for extensions (they support zapier, but it is not the best solution for integrations) and there is no rich text edit feature in docs. (Few days ago they had an update that added 5 features that I was missing. It keeps getting better)

It has the functionality of several other software tools combined at a competitive price point. Moreover, it has a sleek and modern UI.

The product is still actively being enhanced. That's why some frequently used integrations didn't exist previously, such as Microsoft Office 365.

Also pricing adds up if you have an even medium sized team although i am not sure competitors are that much better

I compared project management for months. I have tried the really expensive ones and the free ones. Nifty compares to the high end project management tools since it has much more than what you could expect for the price range. The user interface it’s what it attracts me the most since I was about to sign up with Monday before I saw Nifty. I totally recommend Nifty.

The user interface is great, however, I would like the interface to occupy more screen room when it comes working on the specific folder ( project ) I choose. Minor details.

The All-in-One structure of this software! It was really difficult to have an overview over every tool we used to before e.g. slack, trello, asana, drive etc.
Another point is the milestone overview feature as gantt diagram.

Sometimes the Google Documents and Sheets is not function properly.
